Went Valentines Dinner. Preset menu we were aware of but didn’t know the available options until we arrived. $100 per couple plus drinks and tip. Our server was excellent. I had grouper and thought the portions were small. My wife had Scallops and rice. Her dinner was cold. Dessert was Bread Pudding which very dry per our likes
Great service. Food very good. Quality. Professional. Will return.
Very nice. Surprisingly warm environment.
A nice evening out with family snd friends good food as always
In past we have enjoyed eating at GFoleys. Food was not great for fixed menu & not festive for NYE. Will not go ahain
Enjoyed a delicious dinner on Christmas Eve. The service was excellent and the food was perfect. Have never had a bad dinner there. Highly recommend this restaurant.
Food and service were outstanding. We sat in the windowed room, it was beautifully decorated for the holidays. Didn't have room for dessert, but ate some anyway.
The dining room was nicely decorated for Christmas. We had three different fish dishes and all were excellent. Service was just right.
Came on a Friday. They were pretty crowded, think they had some parties going on. Service was great, think his name was K. Food was fantastic. The cheese balls appetizer and the grouper were out of this world. Will definitely be back.
Our server, Mollie, was so sweet and helpful! When we arrived, there was a large party near our original seats. She asked if we would like to move somewhere quieter and was so cheerful to help us do so!
The food was phenomenal and an appetizer and splitting an entree is more than enough for two people. Get the creme brulee for dessert!
Bread could be better.
No cider seems to be a weird FL thing.
We were celebrating my birthday, so decided to come to g Foley’s because I wanted our evening to be special.
The place is lovely, would have been nice to have a little music playing.
There where 2 Christmas parties there who where having a nice time no problem .
We ordered 2 soups which were cold so sent them back, the manager looked after us and took them off our bill. He took care of the problem which was great.
The food was good but took a long time waiting for it. I know it was busy because of the Christmas parties going on so did not stay for dessert.
Wishing you a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year
We had she-crab soup for an appetizer - it was "meh". Our entrees were good but small. Service was very slow (our waiter was new). He was nice though. This was an our 27th anniversary dinner so a special occasion for us. We probably wouldn't choose this restaurant again but it wasn't horrible - just not to our liking.
One entree Undercooked and the other was so over cooked it was like cutting leather.
The atmosphere was amazing the food was out of this world the service was great definitely in my time here at Panama City it has been the best overall meal and It will be a do over before I leave.
Steak was sub par, cooked well, just a poor piece of beef. For 30 bucks, it should be prime, not Select that they are selling as Choice. Full of gristle.
Chicken was covered in Goat cheese, not a dollop or even a scoop, covered. We could not taste anything but the goat cheese.
Excellent yummy food
We have visited several times. Fresh red snapper was served gluten-free (thanks, Chef). The service was attentive, professional, and prompt. The salad, entree, sides, and creme brulee were all delicious.
Brandon was most attentive without being intrusive. Food was excellent and the atmosphere was gay but not raucus . totally enjoyable evening. Looking forward to my next reservation there
Great experience from the minute we walked in the door. 14 oz. ribeye was amazing! Loved the Grapefruit Vodka Martini during happy hour.
Food and ambience were good, service was ok. We were celebrating our 14 yr wedding anniversary and were dressed to the max, expecting a romantic and special dinner. So it would have been nice if server would have asked if we were celebrating something special and offered a complimentary desert, with the money we paid. So I think they did the bare minimum. Many 5 star restaurants will ask and offer things like that for birthdays and anniversaries, but not here.
Server had no knowledge of the menús. Appetizer we ordered was well below expectations, the worst part of it is the fact that the server couldn’t even explained what was in the platter we ordered. As far I’m concerned the server had 0 knowledge of the menu and he couldn’t take constructive criticism that he asked his manager to talk to us. The only problem was the he sons y want to listen to our complaints....
A mixed bag. Pork and fish were fine, but the $30 ribeye was a 14 ounce piece of fat. Manager gave us a discount on that but still it was disappointing.
I do love this resturant however for the prices they charge in this city, compared to other resturant, I think it’s a little ridiculous to nickel and dime people the way they do.
I came in during happy hour, did not order any drinks off the happy hour menu, paid for price and when I asked for an extra stick of blue cheese stuffed olives they charged me a dollar for the extra stick.
Food was good but one one person who had a $45 check all by myself and they wanna add a dollar for two stuffed olives, yeah I think that’s a little much
The waiter was awesome however and I do always love their food but it little stuff like that which turns be off
Great spot, and looked like a great bar too with a good happy hour. Side note, this is in Panama City but very convenient to PCB for you beach goers,,,
The lunch menus is a bit too limited, but it's a bargain price for what you get.
My wife had the chefs special of the night Sirloin with crab meat and I ordered the crab bisque and shrimp and grits. The bisque came out right away and was delicious. Unfortunately it was all down hill from there. We sat for 40 minutes before our waiter came over and apologized for the slow service. We got our entrees about 10 minutes later and the food was not hot. Shrimp and grits were okay. Portion was very small. My wife's steak was tough and a very small portion. No worries about the size since she did not eat it all. She says it was mediocre at best and expected a much higher quality in a chefs special at $40 plus. We waffled back and forth after our last visit if we should come back to G Foleys. No waffling after this visit, we will not be back.
This is one of those restaurants that you can see Robert Irvine walking in the door and he really needs to come
Starter cheese plate the meat with a knife was hard to slice cheese clumps
main dishes prime rib ( special of the night) over cooked no seasoning
filet mignon salty , tough to the point of being uneatable
both dishes had asparagus way over cooked
did not stay for desert just wanted to call it a night
We have been to G Foley’s on several occasions while on vacation. Every time we have been the service and the food is wonderful. Also try the bread pudding. Always great!
Great food and service. Always love the ambiance of the place. Will be back again sometime soon!
Service very good. Martini outstanding. Noise level too high until two families with small kids left. Food is always very good. Try to eat hear whenever we are in PC.
Excellent service...the second time we have had Chris as our server.
The Tarpon Dock grouper and the snapper were both delicious. They need to improve their crime brûlée...it resembled vanilla pudding.
Service was awful. Music was great. Food was good. Gorgeous evening so it was great to sit outside
Me and kay really love coming here and is our frequent Friday night after work spot
It amazes to find such a large venue nowadays. The post Labor Day week must be the beginning of off season in Panama City. Quiet dinning room, dark and quiet bar area. We enjoyed our date night in a dining room off the parking area- lots of fans a bit cool. Chef made a quick visit to the table next to ours- Wait staff effusive and attentive. Steak was well prepared.
I usually enjoy G. Foley’s but last night was a very off night for them. The fish I ordered was not fresh as well as most of the plate. Very disappointed. Not sure if I’m going back
This was our first trip here but we will definitely be back! Our new favorite place!
Everything was amazing! The service we received from Tiffany, the drinks were amazing, the food...wow and the atmosphere was perfect for what we were looking for. My husband and I were on vacation and couldn’t find anywhere to eat that was good to be honest. We finally found your restaurant for our last night there and it was phenomenal. We ordered the shrimp angel hair pasta dish and it was one of the best meals we’ve ever had. We will be back! Thank you! Andre and Tracy Cimo
We got there for lunch and the place was 3/4 empty.
Got the daily special, salmon.
Came an hour late but it was really good
