Great menu with appetizers, share salads and good mix of mains and sauces. Try the pasta with your favorite sauce and main course. Great service all evening.

very good although advertising fresh pasta...have been there twice this summer and both times they 'HAD JUST RUN OUT OF THE FRESH PASTA"...Saturday night at 7pm???? HMMMMM...thinking there is NO fresh pasta.

We were there twice this month! Consistently excellent meals and service! Alla Fuze options - mine with veal, husband's with salmon - include shrimp, scallops, and lump crab in lemon butter sauce and are to die for! Great place to bring friends and family to this neighborhood BYOB. Only wish they were open year round in this shore town.

Very disappointed in the limited menu and our meal ... so many better Italian choices in the area. It wasn't terrible but we wouldn't go back. We will stick to our incredible choices in Sea Isle

Celebrated my birthday while down in Avalon, NJ. Enjoyed the fine food and the service plus, a much better value than the Princeton just across the street.

Service and ambiance were fine but food preparation was only fair maybe worse.

Disappointed with the Shrimps scampi. Bland, little garlic flavor, tasteless sauce. Overpriced for my entree. Addl charge for side of pasta with Veal Marsala.
Bridget was a great waitress, busperson was attentive but not intrusive.

Wow, what a perfect end to a great summer!! Atmosphere, food, service - ALWAYS top notch! The owner, Richard shared his wine passion by sharing a special Pinot Noir with us! What a perfect host👌👌👌👌. met the owner and wife at golden inn bar. mentioned it was my 10 year anniversary that day and were eating out. he said i should check out Fuze. Set us up at a great table outside and gave us a bottle of their very own Pinot Noir. All that aside, food was all star. Meatball app was as they described. Delicious. we had Bolognese and Veal as entrees. Both were full of flavor and wonderful. Tiramasu capped off our evening, perfectly prepared and ate every bite.

Definitely highly recommend for italian food.

Two of our party ordered veal dishes which were red inside. Sent them back & they were returned still red. On the third time they got it right. In addition to finally eating 20 minutes after our guests were done, one of the veal items got smaller in size each time it came back. My veal parmigiana, which I often order here was incredibly small.

Food runners assisted us. Our server seemed to avoid us for fear of incurring our anger, which never happened.

Overall, a very disappointing evening.

The food was amazing,I enjoyed the veal alba fuze which was out of this world! My husband had the veal parm and he thought it was delicious! This was not our first time here and we will absolutely be going back. Can't go wrong!

We have always enjoyed the food at Fuze and have recommended the restaurant to many of our friends. In years past we frequented Fuze much more than this season strictly due to the behavior of the new manager. Never in all of our years of dining have we been treated so rudely. We can't dine somewhere and be treated in such a disrespectful manner. It's a shame because everyone else that works there are professionals. Because of Kate, even though the food is very fresh, we will not return. Hoping next season Fuze will be back on track.

Good food as always. Requested outside table, arrived on time and spotted a table for 2 outside. Informed table for later reservation, although I was there on time. Left an hour later and table still empty ....
Should be more accommodating and stop misleading customers. Could lose business.

Had a wonderful meal
I ordered the eggplant rollatini and flounder a la fuse
I never order flounder..boring right? WRONG! ...can't wait to go back and order it again
Eggplant one of the best ever
I will order the exact same next time

Always a wonderful meal but felt very rushed this time for no reason as there were plenty of open tables. Bread was cold as was the roasted garlic
