   Fusion is a beautiful outdoor restaurant with views overlooking the island. Service is excellent. The food is delicious, try the sushi, it’s amazing!

   The seafood risotto was immaculate. Texture, taste and colour was on point. I love the team dynamic of the waiters. From the welcome to the end.

   Impeccable service and interesting, perfectly prepared dishes in a contemporary setting. Very impressive. Try the unagi mango sushi beyond delicious.

   I had the gyoza and lobster and enjoyed my meal but my partners calamari and lamb shank left a lot to be desired, especially the lamb shank. It was unappetizing to look at (was it just boiled? I dunno) and tasted very gamey. First time I’ve been to fusion and everyone not enjoy their meal. Service was 10/10

   Fab experience as always even I for a second felt cool till I realised I was 58 and well nourished …only thing missing was manesh who was taking a well earned rest …the creator of it all
