Everything was delicious, Especially the tuna sashimi pizza and the toro special. Service was great even though it was pretty crowded. Highly recommend it.

we've been to fushimi several times and always been one of our favorite place to go. Saturday we went, and was disappointed. There was NO service at all. we sat down for over 10 mins, our server was no where to be found. we got water from some other waitress but our server never came until we flagged down someone to ask for our server. he came and didnt introduce himself, didnt even hand out wet towel to clean our hands like they usually do. we placed our order. food came out. but our server never came back to check on us, to add more water, making sure we have enough drinks etc. i saw him walking back and forth, cleaning another table but never one time he came around to check on us. when we were running low on water, i had to flag someone down to ask for our server to add more drinks. we ordered 1 warm chocolate cake for dessert for the kids and sat there for over 10 mins, and still no cake. flagged down another guy walking by and complained. he then sent out server over to tell us it took a bit longer. was not happy at the restaurant.

Great ambiance and good service. My teriyaki chicken wasn't anything exceptional, but the drinks and sushi rolls were very good. Overall a good spot for a date or chill night with friends.

Fushimi never dissapoints! The ambiance is always nice, the background music was at the right level, the food was amazing! Ordered the roasted duck appetizer - so flavorful! The lobster miso soup was delicious! Had the chliean sea bass for dinner- seasoned perfectly! Bravo!!

Great sushi restaurant

I always love Fushimi, but my friend had the steak and it wasn’t good. They readily took it back and substituted another dish. Mine was delicious. I had salmon which was great. The martinis were really good. I have been back since and everything has been perfect

The fried rice we ordered came out 20 minutes after our sushi, which was very disappointing and we couldn't enjoy it with the sushi. they did a very poor job with timing and it make our experience not enjoyable

We have visited this location twice already and it never disappoints. The server was extremely cordial and the way he moved was so fluent, it looked like he knew very well what he was doing. The food was delicious, my favorite are the crispy mashed potatoes...they are just heavenly! If I were to nitpick anything was the dessert, the coconut mango cheesecake tasted a bit like chai tea. Overall I was very satisfied with the meal.

I have been eating at Fushimi Bay Ridge for years now and each and every time I have eaten
there they never disappoint. Food is always good and fresh and there cocktails are fantastic.
We have taken many friends there over the years, and they love it too.

I went to Fushimi in Bay Ridge on a Saturday and was surprised how empty it was. The quiet atmosphere was a nice shift from a regular evening out. The customer service was wonderful. He catered to my friend and I extraordinarily well. We had the teriyaki (chicken) and shrimp with brown rice. It was cooked well. The seasoning was great as was the texture.

This is my first time at the Bay Ridge location and the food here was also on point. We ordered my favorites, the crispy calamari, rock shrimp tempura and the FRIED MASHED yummm! Everything was delicious! Thank you for singing Happy Birthday, the banana dessert was soo good!

It was my bf 30th birthday dinner. It was Thursday 7pm and not so busy. I’ve been to this place few times, and everything was great. This time it was supposed to be special, and yes, it was a nice touch with a birthday balloon. However, the girl at the front forgot my order of a cake with a candle. And the waitress forgot about our roll order. It was not busy, again I repeat. If it was, I would totally get it. I wanted everything to be perfect.

What can I say. Food was very very good. Service was top notch, very courteous. And I was given a Father’s Day gift that I was really not expecting I will be back for sure thanks !!!

I really loved Fusimi. The food was great and service were excellent. Our waiter was so attentive. The lychee martini was perfect. I had salad with grilled chicken and then I had the steak for dinner. Everyone in my party enjoyed their dinner, it was delicious! The restaurant is beautiful. I would not hesitate to recommend this restaurant.

Getting worse and worse over the years my kani salad tasted like lettuce, steak was under cooked when asked for well done, fish was not as fresh as used to in Fushimi on a saturday nonetheless

Never had a meal here that wasn’t excellent

Sushi are fresh but on the smaller size, the rice however was too cold for sushi it should have been at room temperature.
Rolls were not memorable with too much mayo.
Service was attentive and sweet by our waiter who went all the way to make our dining comfortable and memorable.

So average, so mediocre, I was really surprised to see such an inflated rating. The soup, the drink, the entrée - first delayed, then all served at the same time. The waiter impatiently kept clearing the table of plates, one plate at a time. His hands constantly hovering over the still unfinished dishes.
Was he so eager to go home early while we still ate? That was unpleasant.
The ordered cocktail didn't seem to have been done according to the recipe. Too weak. If not for the price, it felt as if it was a no-alcohol drink.

All in all - a dissapointment.

I enjoyed the food. The drinks were awesome.

The sushi here at Fushimi as always is outstanding. My favorite is from the signature menu Fire & Ice
