FUSE Restaurant~Entertainment~Emporium offers Caribbean influenced Soul Food in a casual fine dining atmosphere. Located in the heart of Toronto's historic Corktown district. FUSE offers flavourful dishes (with no salt or pepper on the table). Our menu, created by Executive Chef Jerome Bishop, is inFUSED with succulent Caribbean spices. Whether it is our Kalbi Beef Short Ribs , our original Chicken & Red Velvet Waffles our Pad Thai or our Jerk Chicken Supreme. the goal is to be inclusive and representative of the diverse palates of Toronto, through taste.

FUSE brings to Queen St. East a live entertainment offering called ELEMENTS OF SOUL that includes Jazz, R&B/Soul, Blues, Funk. Spoken Word, Comedy and more. Entertainment is as much a staple at FUSE, as is candied yams.

We cater all private events at our establishment. There is no limit to what we can do or clients are free to select any amount of items from our existing restaurant menu.

In addition to our main dining room, we have a beautiful 2nd floor loft that is adaptable to a wide array of private functions including dining, fundraising, corporate affairs, retirement parties, birthdays, anniversaries and fundraisers. With dedicated servers and access to the private bar the Loft is an incomparable amenity and further distinguishes FUSE from other establishments.The main dining room and the upstairs loft can be booked individually or jointly. FUSE presents "ELEMENTS of SOUL", an entertainment experience inclusive of LIVE Jazz, R&B/Soul, Funk, Blues, Latin, Acoustic/Singer-Songwriter, Spoken Word and Comedy. ELEMENTS of SOUL takes place every weekend and provides our dining, dancing and dating community with the best soul based entertainment that the city of Toronto has to offer. Beginning October 1, 2016 we will be including an entertainment fee between the hours of 8pm - 11pm. This fee will allow us to attract even bigger and better known performers to FUSE and will help us to achieve our goal of being a hub for the best live music within the city of Toronto and beyond. DJ Marlon Mack the Grown School Principal will lead our roster of Toronto's top DJs, who in conjunction with our live performances provide our dining patrons with a seamless transition from dining with entertainment to dancing with DJs.

Very slow customer service. Awaking to place order for over 30 min. Had to order our drink and still didn't come ended up having to go to the bar to pick it up myself. No live music on that day those the hostess advertised it.

We went on Friday for happy hour appetizers which was half price for all appetizers. The food and quality was good but we ended up getting charger full price for our order.

We arrived to an empty restaurant at 615. We asked if we could have a table instead of a booth and was told the restaurant was booked. We sat at our booth. A walk in came in and asked for a table for two and were given a table (not a booth ). We were given the menus which showed beer on draught. I asked what they had and said they only had bottles. We ordered the fish taco appetizer, the jerk calamari appetizer, the black bean sliders and the beet salad. We were told they don't have the sliders any longer on the menu (although they were on the menu). Everything else came out together which was fine except the calamari which was not hot. The tacos were fine and we had to send back the salad as the beets tasted only of vinegar and were inedible. Unfortunately we won't be back.

I was very impressed with the ambiance and menu. Loved it at Fuze! And will definitely be back! My constructive feedback would be that someone should return inquiry calls.

Greeting was awkward. Table was shaking and the chairs were tattered. No real wine choice. Food was cold and dried up. Not a hot new spot at all

Other than the fact that we ate in the dark it was still a nice time. Things I would say for Fuse to be at 100% would be to check phone calls more regularly, check email reservations hourly so guests that are arriving don't feel uncomfortable when saying they have booked a table. For a table that was reserved the location was not appropriate ( to close to the dance floor, hence why we ate in the dark)
