Chefs air all of their culinary secrets at Fujiyama Steak House of Japan, where they expertly slice filet mignon, flip pieces of shrimp into the air, and grill mounds of rice at hibachi tables as diners watch. Guests can also marvel as sushi masters stuff the freshest fried shrimp, avocado, cucumber, and crab inside the dynamite roll before deep-frying the entire cylinder to a crispy golden brown. They create this same crunch in other maki specialties by incorporating tempura-battered shrimp and chicken.

I took my husband here for his birthday dinner and we had a wonderful time. We made reservations and were seated within 10 minutes of arriving. The staff was friendly and our chef was very personable and talented. If you are looking for a bit more fun during dinner, this is a great place to check out.
Overall good first experience but don’t even bother making reservations. Ours was for 8:30p. We arrived 5 min early and wasn’t seated until after 9p. We were skipped several times and it took me going to the hostess multiple times before she realized it. And never apologized. Sad. But after that, it was great.
We had reservations well in advance for Valentine's day and their were (10) of us!
The place was packed, due to the special day, so that's probably why we weren't seated till about 30 minutes after our reservation time. No complaints, as we had a good time in the bar.
Our chef was amazing, as were most of them that night. I love this place nad need to figure out why we don't go there more often!
We had reservations but we didn’t expect to be sat so quickly for a Saturday night. We immediately were greeted and put in an order for sushi and it came out perfectly. The hibachi was good and the service was excellent as well. This is our favorite restaurant!
We had a 6:00 pm reservation as we were bringing 2 small children and wanted to minimize the wait for a table. We were seated at 6:35 as they obviously overbooked. We finished dining around 8:15 pm, as it took quite some time for a chef to make it to our table. This has happened to us on more than one occasion and we will find a new place to take the kids for an entertaining dinner.
We had a 7:30 reservation and finally got to our table at 8:45. Worst front desk service I’ve seen in a while! Kept telling us: 10 minutes! 10 minutes! You’re next up! If we didn’t like the food so much & the hope of Victor cooking for us we would have left! Turns out Victor was at the next table starting at the same time as our chef! Just a bad experience at a restaurant we really liked!
Worst experience and worst cook ever out of all of the times we’ve been there. We expressed our concerns to the hostess, who brought out a supposed manager who didn’t seem too bothered by it, but knew exactly who our cook was. The eggs were raw and runny in the rice still and there were eggshells in it too. Our steak was way over cooked and the lobster had a fishy smell to it that it’s never had before. There wasn’t any show at all and he was very impersonable and never interacted with anyone at our table. Very disappointed and mad I spent $150 for a family meal that we ended up throwing away. We drive almost an hour 1 way to get there and most likely will not be returning and have been letting our friends and family know about our experience too.
The wait for a table was terrible. We had reservations for 6:30 but we're not seated until 7:10. Took forever to get our drinks, soup, salad and check. Which explained why it took so long to sit down. Great food and a fun chef saved the evening but missed going to the movies because of the delay.
Should never have made a reservation b/c it didn't matter. We were there for an hour and 20 minutes AFTER our reservation, which we were 10 minutes early for. The place is way over priced compared to other Japanese Hibachi experiences in the area. Won't go there again.
Fun place, great food, very good entertainment! Family friendly, great for parties and celebrations. Kids will love to watch as the food is prepared. Our cook was amazing and the food was fantastic! The restaurant is clean and beautiful. We will be back as soon as possible!!!
That's what's my favorite restaurant for the past 30 years. New owners have taken over since I moved out of state. I try to come back every time I'm in town. Wife waited 30 minutes for a drink after asking three times for it. We were advised he couldn't bring us our drinks because he was new. So I went up and got the drink for my wife. We had six people in our party and there was two people from another party all of us had excellent cooking service from the chef but the worst service from the waiter. We ordered Sushi it never showed up so we cancelled it after they were halfway done with preparing our meal. I advised the female manager after my wife could not get a second drink and I had to walk up and get the second drink from the bartender and also refill everybody's drink at the table. She said oh so sorry. We spent $200 and didn't get a lot of what we ordered. There was no concern for service whatsoever they had people waiting to come in so the manager was not worried about helping anyone she was just making sure we got out of there quickly so they could set some more people down. This used to be the best restaurant and now it is the absolute worst do not go and waste your money
