My husband and I love this place. The food is always awesome, the staff is awesome and the overall experience is always fantastic!
Our chef was amazing! So personable! Fun! Entertaining! Our server was very attentive and was very available. We had such a wonderful time. Will definitely go back for more!
Great as always go back to the seafood sauce though. Yumyum isn’t good
I've always been a fan of Japanese steakhouses, but my wife is a tough sell. It had been a while since we'd been here, but it was just as good as I remembered. If you've seen one Japanese steakhouse, you've pretty much seen them all, but the food was great and the chef's show was time-honored, but funny. The one pleasant deviation was the soup (broth with onions) and the egg roll that we added-on. I'd never head either at a JS, and both were good. There was an extensive appetizer list, and the other guests at our table tried several, but honestly, there is so much food that appetizers are not necessary. Prices were reasonable.
We enjoyed our time.
The overall experience was amazing! With the quality of the food and the professional preparation and service, we could not have asked for a better dining experience.
Fun place to go. Good food. It really depends on who your chef is. They are all good, but some are exceptional. It's gotten a bit expensive over the years though.
Food was not up to par for the price we paid! Cook seemed rushed and did not interact much. Waitress was GREAT though.
Went here for daughters bday. It did not disappoint. Great service great food.
Service and food were very good. Our server was very attentive!
We bring our exchange students to this restaurant each year. They enjoy the show and the chefs (in this case, Victor) are always fun and do something special for the kids. The food is good, too. :-)
Great place food is always good.
Food is consistently good. Hibachi prices are a little high, but the chefs are entertaining. Sushi during happy hour is a great deal.
Lunch was pretty good, didn't get any bean sprouts 🙁, so I was sad for that. Didn't get the 2 sauces the chef dips out. Another sad thing. Our cook did no tricks, which we were looking forward to since we a newbie with us.
Overall, food was ok, ( I've had better there) our waitress was amazing with great service from her. I ordered extra chicken, didn't get too much extra.
It was awesome . I was very pleased.the food and service was great.
The service is always excellent and the food always great!
The cook and server were both friendly amd inviting. Felt it was dark and stuffy inside not ventilated well.
Had a fantastic time!
Always a great experience here. I actually look forward to eating my leftovers. And wow, that salad dressing is insane. I bought a bottle for home use.
It was great
Our waitress was great and we loved the food!
As always we enjoy Fujiyama and has become our go to restaurant when we want to go out to eat, the food is consistently good, some of the best shrimp (dynamite/hibachi) and lots of different sushi options. This visit our hibachi vegetables were mainly onion and that’s not our favorite but our chef and waiter both said on our next visit if we request no onions they will gladly facilitate or substitute and we just got put in the know that the garlic butter is a secret that most don’t know about but available on the menu that only frequent customers know to ask for!
Fujiyama is very favorite hibachi restaurant. The entertainment is the best around. The air was very smokey and our food was a bit blackened although it still tasted great. The remodeled entry way is so nice and clean. I can't wait to come back!
We had a fabulous
Meal as always. We have been coming here since they first opened and have been coming ever since. It seems to get better each time. We love this place
Food and service were excellent. Will return soon.
It was a great place to go as usual. I've been there many times over the years and have never had a bad experience. Service is great
This place is amazing. We go here at least once every other month. Service and food is great.

IT WAS AWESOME OUR COOK OUTSTANDING!!!!!!! WE WILL DEF BE BACK!!
We eat there several times a year. This time the food was terrible! We both ordered filet and the meet was stringy and couldn't chew it. Also, the chef covered it in teriyaki sauce. It wasn't a good experience. We wont be going back..
This is my favorite Japanese Steak House in all of Indy.
The cook waS very interactive with my toddler and made her feel comfortable. Everyone was wearing mask as well.
My father loves coming to Fujiyama so every year on his birthday, we enjoy dinner as part of a family tradition. They have great food, drinks and ambiance. I will say the prices are a bit higher than other hibachi restaurants in town.
We enjoyed it very much. Our chef was the best and the food was delicious!
The wait staff was attentive and helpful.
The chef was very entertaining and helpful.
Food is always good and seating was fast on arrival. They kept customers more spaced apart then normal due to what is going on right now.
