Fuego Steakhouse - Fiesta Henderson
We have been here to Fuego several times. This was the first time my steak was not prepared the way I requested. I did not return it to be cooked again because when you do that it disrupts the overall meal experience because your guests have their food and are ready to eat and you do not because you sent it back. I requested well done and received medium to medium rare at best.
The service was excellent and the ambiance is always very nice. I still recommend Fuego and will write off my meal preparation is an isolated incident.
Everything was good as usual, except:
our waiter seemed a bit under experienced and made a few mistakes,
and a table was placed a little too close to our booth.
It was quite busy on Mother's Day which may have caused:
food delivery too slow (about 45 minutes) and noise level too high.
The food was very good, and Jose was excellent, as usual..Sandra was her suberb hostess..our favorite restaurant..
I had a petite filet and it was cooked perfectly. My wife had the Halibut and it tasted like a fired frozen filet. Mushy not flaky like it should be.
Sides were good. App was good. Waiter a little slow to refill. Food took over 30 min to get and place was not busy.
It's a very good steakhouse for the price. The entres come with sides which is very nice. They had a guitarist performing which we found to take away from the dining experience.
FUEGO STEAKHOUSE inside the Fiesta Henderson Hotel is the perfect place for taking friends out for a special occasion, or possibly a birthday dinner. We have visited at least 6 times and the food is consistently excellent. The service has always been spot on. On Friday nights they even have a crooner singing old torch songs. I especially enjoy the selection of hot rolls services with dishes of butter and the steaks are cooked to perfection. A great place for a friendship dinner or just you and your significant other.
Busy night for a Wednesday. Did get seated shortly after our 7:00 reservation and had drinks and 1st course in a timely manner. Main course took a litter longer than usual but again it was pretty busy. Filet was done well as was wife’s shrimp. All in all a great value. Great people.
When it first opened, Fuego was on our regular rotation when dining out. But as the years went by, the quality slowly went down, to the point where we stopped going.
We were sent an offer to try it again, so we gave it a shot. The calamari was very good, better than expected, as well as a good serving size. Not overcooked, definitely not rubber bands. The ribeye was enough for two to share, well seasoned, tender and flavorful. A winner. It came with a baked potato.
The hot buttery, flaky croissants in the bread basket were as good as ever.
And as an extra bonus, Wednesday was half off the entire meal, including our wine, if you used your Station points.
As Ahnold said: We'll be bahk.
Good food, nice choices, fair prices, great service.
It was a nice meal and a good value compared to other restaurants in the genre area.
Good as usual. One of Las Vegas's best steakhouses.
An unexpected surprise in one of the older casinos. Very good food, selection, and service. Live entertainment on a Saturday night. The area was screened from the noise of the casino.
Steaks were amazingly cooked and yummy!! Worth every $..
The ambiance, food, and service was outstanding! We were also pleasantly surprised and entertained by the amazingly talented singer during our dining experience.
We go to Fuego quite often and always ask for Mark as our server. He is efficient and personable. We enjoyed the crab legs and ribeye steak. Both were excellent and we are planning to go back with friends in a couple of weeks again !
nice quiet ambiance , friendly staff , great food: always our go to place with out of town guests.
Took my grand-daughter and her husband for the first time (we have been here before and love it) they were very impressed and will eat their again, and they couldn't belive how reasonable priced it was. The only thing missing was Marc, our normal waiter, who was on vacation.
We enjoyed our dinner however it took longer than expected for us to get our entrees.
Been going for a long time.
Love the place, people and food.
It was a great meal and the stall was wonderful. Highly recommend to anyone.
Food was good. Waiter could have been more friendly to serious no small talk to make our
experience more enjoyable
Quiet and delicious
When we arrived the hostess greeted us with a smile, are waiter was outstanding
Good service, food and price.
The food was good. Price is good. Our waiter Jordan was excellent. He gave good service with a smile and a good attitude. The busboy however, could have a better attitude. That’s why the overall rating was not 5 star.
Food and service was amazing! We love the singer, but our table this visit wasn't good. We we're right by the kitchen, very loud and table was too tight to sit in and I'm a small person
Fabulous steakhouse. I had a perfect well done steak the guy that does the music is perfect .
Birthday for my wife. Much better than I expected. Excellent service and food was cooked to perfection. Scott our server was very attentive without being too much there.
The chateau briand for two is absolutely delicious and a great value!
We are repeat customers who really enjoy the food and service. We highly recommend this steakhouse.
Our waiter was mia for over 30 minutes. Had to wait over an hour for our food. It was worth the wait but would of appreciated some input from the waiter.
As always the service and food was excellence.
A little disappointed in the level of music.
Need to tone down - people should not have to yell to be heard at the dinner table.
Marc was our server and he is outstanding.
Feels like you are in Mexico with decor. Food is very good. We had the prime rib sliders wich were very good. My husband had the shrimp & crab & I had the tableside salad with blue cheese. Everything was very good. Service was excellent. I will go back.
Why go the a restaurant on the strip where you are going to pay double and get rushed out if you are not buying bottles of wine. My husband and I had the filet mignon and both dishes were done to perfection. We were not rushed but not forgotten either. Overall great experience.
it was very good for what we had and the service was very good.
Fuego is a nice gem of a restaurant inside a smoky casino. Their food is consistently good and they have top-notch staff. Our waiter Jason and the bus person were great.
Fiona was the best. I was totally stunned by the food quality
Ask for Fiona to be your Server. She has been at this location for years and knows how to take care of her customers. The table side chopped salad is fantastic.
Always the first choice for great food and service. Some days reservations are a must. Smaller and quiet place that is not known by many and that makes it very a special secret.
As a long time customer of Fuego's, I know many of the staff. Our server Scott was a newer staff member but did a great job.
