I took my GF here hoping to find a highly rated contemporary gourmet Chinese food experience and, it was just “ok”....on a par with something we could all find locally and not even as good as PF Chang’s for s heftier price. Peking Duck was a tad undercooked and not crispy and the breading on my GF’s Honey Walnut Shrimp was not delicate. It was more like a fish n chips type of batter with too little sauce. Not bad, just not special.
I’ve had much better Asian food for a whole lot less money. Food was bland definitely and not anything I would want to have again. Get out of the resorts and out in the local neighborhoods if you want Asian in Vegas.
We really enjoyed our meal ,we had Peking Duck,it was just incredible. The tapas we chose was duck and goat cheese quesadillas. So unique and tasty. They have several fusion dishes to try,we went with the Walnut Shrimp with a lemon aioli sauce. What a treat.not as sweet and gooey as others that I have had.I liked this much better. We will be back again to try more things.
After a two year absence, we returned. It was a wonderful homecoming. Cocktails remain first rate and generous. The vegan kung pao chicken was wonderful as I remember. Vegetable noodle dish also was wonderful. Veggie rolls crispy and savory. It remains one of our all time favorites, it's just hard to get here, but we will return!
We had a really amazing waiter that was so accommodating and friendly . It was two of my girlfriends birthdays and he brought out a treat with candles for them. Only suggestion would be some more Vegas options on the menu.
Service was good. Food was good. Noisy! Seated upon arrival.
Great food. Great drinks. Felt more cafe like than we thought it’d be.
Each item we ordered was delicious and well presented. Highly recommended!! Excellent service!
Excellent family-style Asian cuisine
Fantastic meal! Had the basics - veggie lo mein - and some unusual dishes like tempeh kung pao and all were great. The cocktails are really really amazing- the lychee martini rocked my world. I would go back but would like to order more adventurously next time.
Best sweet and sour chicken I ever had! Large pieces of white meat and breading was light. Loved it!
Staff was all very friendly and professional.
Really great staff.
The har gow noodles were fantastic.
It was great!
Absolutely loved our dinner at Fu Asian Kitchen. We went for dinner before the show - it was a relaxing experience with amazing food. Service fabulous as well -- everyone working hard as a team. We'll be back whenever we're in town!
Family style dining. Very good food!
The food is consistently delicious. The waitstaff, though? Not so much. We had to ask the waiter several times for drinks; he was lackadaisical in his answers about the menu and on other questions that we had. There's "mellow" and then there's "barely alive." He was the latter.
First time at Fu Asian Kitchen and blown away by the great food, good service and overall ambience. The Walnut Chicken with lemon aoli was over the top.
$ indicator is not accurate. Light dinner for two with 3 drinks and 1 shared dessert (No appetizers) over $120. Food and service was great but overpriced for your basic Asian menu items. One bottle of water was $7. Enjoyed it but was looking for a less expensive experience.
W were in Vegas and wanted to give this place a try and was glad we did. The food was very well prepared and the servers was awesome. Great value for the prices as well. (considering your in Vegas)
Delicious food and great service, everything tasted so fresh!
Great drinks, great service, great pre-Magic Mike dinner.
Good place to eat, but just okay in terms of costs for the food. Service was good, but not exceptional as you'd expect at a high end hotel restaurant.
Korean BBQ was awesome! Service was fantastic! Overall great place to have dinner!
Server was rushing because it was almost 10pm, didn't take time to explain the menu when we had questions. Food was good, the server needs customer experience training immediately...
easy to find , fresh crispy and crunchy when called for, hot spicy when asked for, and large portions. good good good.
the fried rice was horrible, they either forgot soy sauce or oyster sauce, or they just have. no idea what fried rice, the waitress was ok but she didn't comeback with the correct change, so I'm assuming she did that to ensure a tip, which was uncomforting, I got the general tsos in replacement of the fried rice fiasco. Still not great, don't go there.
Great service but food was lacking.
My husband had the shrimp pad Thai and he remarked that it smelled like cat food... it did!
I did the black pepper tenderloin. The grilled onions and mushrooms were delicious but the beef had a funny texture. Hot and sour soup was not bad.
Great ambiance and location but likely wouldn't be back.
Melissa our server was very efficient...Food was excellent ...did not like our drinks-Year of the tiger, ox, pig, etc.
I booked our reservation through open table but the restaurant had no reservation for us in their system even though we had a confirmation number. The restaurant was kind enough to squeeze us in on a busy night!
Came here before a concert. Food and service exceeded my expectations ! Really good Peking Duck !
Apps were great. Entrees were okay. Not a lot of flavor and a bit oily. Service was good.
Fu has a fun vibe and excellent family style dishes as well as tapas. Highly recommend the Hot and Sour Soup and the Crab Rangoons if you are looking for some light bites. You defiantly can't go wrong with the Sweet and Sour Chicken if looking for a great meal.
Made a last minute reservation here before seeing a show at he Hard Rock Hotel and boy was it worth it! Very friendly and helpful staff met us and showed us to a great table. They helped us chose a good wine, amazing food and basically a wonderful experience from start to finish. Table water was topped up without disturbing us and no pressure to order extras or pay quickly! Awesome place and highly recommended! Thank you for a wonderful dining experience. :)
the dim sum was very tasty, service was fast and efficient
Great food again! It's our second visit for business during a conference with invited business guests. We all had a great meal in a nice environment.
Fu was a great choice for dinner. It was simple and tasty and the food was what was expected. A charming restaurant without heirs. I would definately come back angain and again. This was not the first time I've been there nor will it be the last
Americanized Chinese food; it's ok but there are better authentic options west of the strip in Chinatown. The salt and pepper calamari and shrimp are deep fried with a thick batter rather than a crispy thin batter. The duck is ok but could be rendered a bit further for crispier skin.
Hidden in the back of the Hard Rock Hotel. If it were closer to heart of casino it would, no doubt, be busier. Very good food.
The staff was courteous and welcoming. Thank you! p.s. the ambiance was perfect! I enjoyed the music as well. :)
A great dining experience! The food was cooked to perfection and portioned just right. Wife had a cocktail that she loved. The service was outstanding. We will definitely be coming back.
