Absolutely loved our dinner at Fu Asian Kitchen. We went for dinner before the show - it was a relaxing experience with amazing food. Service fabulous as well -- everyone working hard as a team. We'll be back whenever we're in town!

The food is consistently delicious. The waitstaff, though? Not so much. We had to ask the waiter several times for drinks; he was lackadaisical in his answers about the menu and on other questions that we had. There's "mellow" and then there's "barely alive." He was the latter.

$ indicator is not accurate. Light dinner for two with 3 drinks and 1 shared dessert (No appetizers) over $120. Food and service was great but overpriced for your basic Asian menu items. One bottle of water was $7. Enjoyed it but was looking for a less expensive experience.

Good place to eat, but just okay in terms of costs for the food. Service was good, but not exceptional as you'd expect at a high end hotel restaurant.

Server was rushing because it was almost 10pm, didn't take time to explain the menu when we had questions. Food was good, the server needs customer experience training immediately...

the fried rice was horrible, they either forgot soy sauce or oyster sauce, or they just have. no idea what fried rice, the waitress was ok but she didn't comeback with the correct change, so I'm assuming she did that to ensure a tip, which was uncomforting, I got the general tsos in replacement of the fried rice fiasco. Still not great, don't go there.

Great service but food was lacking.
My husband had the shrimp pad Thai and he remarked that it smelled like cat food... it did!
I did the black pepper tenderloin. The grilled onions and mushrooms were delicious but the beef had a funny texture. Hot and sour soup was not bad.
Great ambiance and location but likely wouldn't be back.

Fu has a fun vibe and excellent family style dishes as well as tapas. Highly recommend the Hot and Sour Soup and the Crab Rangoons if you are looking for some light bites. You defiantly can't go wrong with the Sweet and Sour Chicken if looking for a great meal.

Made a last minute reservation here before seeing a show at he Hard Rock Hotel and boy was it worth it! Very friendly and helpful staff met us and showed us to a great table. They helped us chose a good wine, amazing food and basically a wonderful experience from start to finish. Table water was topped up without disturbing us and no pressure to order extras or pay quickly! Awesome place and highly recommended! Thank you for a wonderful dining experience. :)

Americanized Chinese food; it's ok but there are better authentic options west of the strip in Chinatown. The salt and pepper calamari and shrimp are deep fried with a thick batter rather than a crispy thin batter. The duck is ok but could be rendered a bit further for crispier skin.

Hidden in the back of the Hard Rock Hotel. If it were closer to heart of casino it would, no doubt, be busier. Very good food.

The good is really mediocre and I was charged more than the price listed on the menu for my entree. Wait staff were very kind. I had an appetizer and entree and two drinks and it cost $70!

We followed Fu' from their days on the west side at the Mayflower. Their Hard Rock location rocks it. Wonderful cocktails, very knowledgeable wait staff, top of the line presentation of a wide variety of food options. My wife loves all foods, my daughter is a pescatarian and I eat a plant based diet. All of us were overwhelmed with the quality and preparations. This is a must stop for all looking for the ultimate Asian Fusion experience, with plentiful portions and not overly priced for a LV Strip location. We get to LV four or five times a year and Fu' is on our must go to list.

The ambiance and service were excellent; however, the food left a lot to be desired. We ordered the dim sum plate, egg rolls and Singapore noodles. The dim sum was dry and bland, the egg rolls a bit greasy while the noodles were good, but nothing to write home about. For the price we paid, I expected higher quality cuisine. We attended an event at the Hard Rock that evening, so selected this place out of convenience.

Delighted to rediscover this restaurant. The Hard Rock Hotel is not usually on our list of places to go but it will be for this restaurant. The food was as good as we remembered it from years ago when the same family had a restaurant called Mayflower which many Las Vegans will remember fondly. The service was impeccable. The food was great. We will certainly be back.

I really enjoyed my dinner at FU, at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. The restaurant was conveniently located, as the Hard Rock was th hotel I was staying at during my recent trip to Vegas. It had a good atmosphere, and noise level was perfect. The service was excellent, and the food was fantastic. I had the Wonton soup, and the Singapore Noodles with shrimp and pork. The main dish was quite large, easily enough for two people. I highly recommend the FU Asian restaurant.
