FT33 in Dallas' Design District features Chef Matt McCallister's seasonal inspired modern cuisine. Guests are invited to experience an inventive menu highlighting fresh bounty from the FT33 garden and locally sourced artisan ingredients.

Conceptualized by Hatsumi Kuzuu of Kuzuu Design, the restaurant's design blossomed from merging barnyard and industrial architecture together to create a modern yet rustic feel.

FT33 amazing as always! We ordered the prix frixe menu, as we have in the past, and it did not disappoint. Our main dishes were the gnocchi and the fish. This gnocchi was the most amazing in flavor and cooked to perfection. Favorite course was dessert-Spumoni! We will miss this place but looking forward to Chef Matt’s next venture! Service and atmosphere were terrific as well!

Great food and service. We ordered the tasting menu. The dishes were unique and creative. My crab salad was refreshing, beef tongue tartare was bursting with flavors. Lamb neck with cabbage and radicchio was rich and flavorful. Dessert of blueberry galette with ice cream was good but comparing to other dishes was nothing out of the ordinary and was a bit less creative. Will miss this restaurant.

FT33 is one of my favorite restaurants in Dallas. We have been following Matt for years and have enjoyed his food. This was probably the best meal of his that I have had. The wine pairings were on point and the waiter was knowledgeable and a lot of fun.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in the Dallas area. I will miss it when I move. The menus change weekly and they are always coming up with new and exciting combinations of flavors and textures. It's very popular with the younger crowd but us old folks like it too.

Working a little too hard to maintain hip factor and relevancy. Active, tight space with P Diddy dropping f-bombs in the background seems out of sync with foodie, prix fixe aspirations. For the price and ‘Self-aware’ staff, I expect a less frantic date night.

Menu was extremely creative and even innovative. Presentation was homey chic, but flavors were fresh and enduring. Dessert is disappointing - both were mundane and unimpressive.

Knowledgeable server with pretentious door staff.

Wine list keeps pace with the entrees and flavors, multiple unique and unusual finds on it.

Visited after a 2 year sabbatical and they’ve only gotten better. I love the transition to a more local vegetarian menu. My husband and I got the pre fixe menu and it didn’t disappoint. Very well done, everyone who claims to be a foodie has to visit the best restaurant in Dallas!

Food was outstanding. We did the 4 course tasting menu with the wine pairing and everything was great. We let the waitress pick the various dishes and she did a wonderful job. Highly recommend !!

When you walk into a restaurant of this caliber - and it's 5pm and the place is empty -- don't seat me at a bar stool table near the front door. First impressions are everything. Stop talking on the phone and pay attention to the people you are greeting. Besides that -- the food was delicious. Presentation was fantastic. Our waiter was enthusiastic and very knowledgeable.

Loved the space, decor, and relaxed atmosphere, but more so, the food was heaven and the service impeccable! My sister and I did the fixed menu, and one plate after another floated out perfectly timed. Each dish was beyond my expectations, and I must admit, with each bite of the pasta alla chittara and the gulf fish with fume, my eyes closed to savor every second. Hats off to the Chef and his crew.

We really enjoyed the food and the wine selection was outstanding. Mike recommended a fabulous wine with our meal.
One thing I wish they would stop hovering over the table. Sometimes part of the entire experience is being able to talk without interruption.

Always a great experience. Chef’s blending of ingredients is second to none in Dallas. It makes a difference if you care about the food. The clientele will feel cared for. Staff are also well trained. Missed our sommelier tonight but got another good wine for home collection tonight. Cudos!

We travel to Dallas a few times a yr. This is our absolute favorite spot! We travel here for the Guest Chef Series as often as we can, too. We follow online as well. My husband's a chef so we have mad respect.

It was an incredible experience. The food is amazing, an authentic adventure for the palate. The service and attention received were specials. And we had the oportunity to see how chefs prepared each recipe since we’re sitting in the table in front of them, it was unique. Also they were so kindly preparing an anniversary dessert for us. They paid attention to all the details that made an unforgettable night.
My only sugestion would be to have a music that will go hand in hand with the atmosphere.

Group of 4 and we ordered everything on the menu to share. Every item was wonderful, not a single marginal dish and the service was great and helpful and very friendly. Even the bar tender was great to talk to and learned about all their infused drinks and preserving techniques the restaurant uses. Great place for a group who like to share their plates. Highly recommend, the staff does an excellent job!

I really love your restaurant and I was excited to take my parents there for the first time. However the service was sub par which was very disappointing. We had plates left on our table all the way up until our next dish came out, food took longer than usual and the waitress just disapeared for a bit. Was very disappointed with this dining experience especially since all other experiences were phanominal.

Chef Matt McCallister creates meals with such flavor and beauty which you won't forget once you have eaten there. The atmosphere he created at FT33 is the perfect setting to enjoy both the artistry in his food presentation but also experience the flavor journey as enjoy the various courses. He is a James Beard semi-finalist and his work reflects that excellence.
If you can get table 33 so you get to watch him and his team in motion, I highly suggest it. I also love how he uses the seasonal vegetables as a painting palette to his work. Their menu can also handle vegan or vegetarian, just ask the staff. Menu is ever changing and they offer great wine and cocktail pairing with any dish. You always remember and meal from there, that is one reasons we keep going back.

Hands down the best restaurant in Dallas right now. We ordered the tasting menu plus the charcuterie to start, and every dish was even better than the last. The chef utilized local ingredients in creative, unique and absolutely delicious ways. In every dish we had, each flavor complimented each other. Especially loved the beet dish with roti, the snapper crudo, the gnocchi (out of this world good, light, fluffy, creamy goodness), and to end - the paprika popcorn butterscotch dessert. The sommelier picked the perfect wine pairing. Highly suggest this restaurant for foodies/anyone who loves unique, delicious food.

The food was excellent and the service was great. Brandi was our waitress and she couldn't have been better. I recommend the pairing of food/wine and let your server choose your courses. I'd go back there again!
