FT33 in Dallas' Design District features Chef Matt McCallister's seasonal inspired modern cuisine. Guests are invited to experience an inventive menu highlighting fresh bounty from the FT33 garden and locally sourced artisan ingredients.

Conceptualized by Hatsumi Kuzuu of Kuzuu Design, the restaurant's design blossomed from merging barnyard and industrial architecture together to create a modern yet rustic feel.

Valentine's Day Special Menus & More

FT33 is offering a 4-course prix fixe menu at $95 per person and an optional wine pairing at $65 per person (plus tax and gratuity). We require a credit card to hold the reservation, and there is a 72 hour cancelation policy ($25 per person after). Wine bottle reservations are available.

We were there 2 nights ago. The food was amazing. Layers of flavors burst into our mouth but not heavy. The ingredients are so fresh. We leave very satisfied.

Totally disorganized kitchen ruined service. Cold dishes .Manager claimed their food is designed to be served at room temperature . Really ?
Presentation in drab bowls a big miss . Farm to table concept does not disguise mediocre culinary underpinnings . A theme restaurant that totally misses.

This restaurant used to showcase the chef’s understanding of food - texture, acids, etc. This trip was a disappointment. Dishes seemed lost - way too bitter and overcooked. Server lacked usual friendliness too. Hope FT33 can come back to what it used to be!

The service at this place was pitiful. I’m hoping we caught them on a bad night for the restaurant’s sake. It was my birthday dinner and when the waiter took our order I could tell he was frustrated with my friend’s and I’s dietary restrictions, so he just left midway of taking our order and went to another table. I was horrified. This also came as a shock bc when I made the reservation, the restaurant was made aware of our dietary restrictions. Eventually, the host caught on to what had happened to us and he took our order. With that said, we had to start from square one with our order. When the food finally came, they forgot my friends meal altogether which is awkward for everyone else that is ready to eat that has manners. Also, it was not like we weren’t spending money. We each had a couple of cocktails and got a couple of dishes. With it being my birthday, that really sucked. I always like to end on a positive note if leaving a review and I will say that my Gnocchi was fabulous.

Why do I not eat here more?? Simply delicious and a particular emphasis on a creative yet delicious menu. I’ll be back again soon!! Loved the snapper crudo in particular.

1) We had a reservation and ended up waiting for another 20+ minutes at the bar.
2) Drinks were just so-so
3) When our table was ready, we asked the hostess if they could bring our drinks to the table when they were ready and she told us to "wait at the bar and bring our own drinks to the table when the drinks were ready." I've never had this happen before
4) Every item we ordered on the menu was extremely salty.
5) Service was slow

My mom and I dined at FT33 on New Year’s Eve for an adventurous meal. Our cocktails were light and tasty. Each course was divine, interesting, and full of texture and flavor. The service was excellent. I would love to come back. This is a hidden gem.
