Our waiter was superb. Food was delicious. Was pleasantly surprised by the value and taste.
Should not be on Open Table. There is no hostess and the seating is more of a bar. I was there on a busy night and there was mass confusion about people with reservations vs people sitting down when a table opened. We left.
Did not accept open table reservation.
Reservation was not honored. After a 45 minutes wait of being ignored we left. Yes it was busy but people were grabbing tables as they opened. It was complete mayhem. Poor service.
So NOT what was expected....It's not really a Restaurant...It's more like a bar that serves food.
Only One waitress...who was beside herself busy...trying to keep it together, but visibly 'in the weeds'....didn't get the drink order right, but no one complained because she was so Exasperated!! Really wasn't a great experience. This should NOT be described as a restaurant...it is a bar.
Expected a true restaurant but found an area of the lobby blocked off as a bar with tables for food. Salad was really good but not a place to impress for a meeting.
staff unclear if lunch was on ground floor or on mezzanine.
arrived 15 minutes prior to lunch service. was seated (although the hostess did not wish to) , not given menu until beginning of lunch service. asked if I could place order to have it entered at beginning of lunch service, told no.
after placing order, server returned to say that they menu had been changed and the first two items were not available, one of which was soup (no soup that day). no new menu presented. second choice from old menu was served.
Lacked the level variety I was anticipating based on the price that was charged
The food was amazing! The service and wonderful and the hostess made sure to tuck my partner and I away in a little quiet spot that made it extra romantic. I will definitely be back.
The food was good, but we were exhausted from moving my husband out of his office into retirement we did not really notice much else.
