No trip to Lake Tahoe is complete without a visit to Friday’s Station Steak & Seafood Grill. Located on the top floor of Harrah’s hotel tower, our restaurant’s features include a dramatic entrance, a 1,000-bottle wine cellar and magnificent views.

Friday’s Station specializes in a wide variety of Certified Angus and USDA Choice beef, ocean-fresh seafood specials and tantalizing side dishes, all served up with a breathtaking panorama of Lake Tahoe and the surrounding Sierra Nevada
• We have a 15-minute grace period. Please call us if you are running later than 15 minutes after your reservation time. There is a $25 no-show fee.
• 1 check per reservation, we cannot do split checks.
• For your convenience, 20% gratuity will be added to the total bill of parties of 6 or more guests
• The entire party must be present to be seated.
• No outside beverages to be brought into the restaurant.
• Corkage: $50 per bottle (750ml) with a maximum of 2 bottles allowed.

We are 3 "older women" who have visited Friday's Station before. We expected near-perfection, which is exactly what we have seen in past visits. Close. But no cigar. Our reservation was on a Friday evening, well before sunset The view of the mountains, still dusted with snow, and a bit of the lake, did to disappoint. Sunset can be even better, so plan your visit accordingly. Our server was friendly, and he made some very good recommendations. However, he was the only person paying any attention at all, and his attention was infrequent. Please note that we understand that understaffing is NOT the fault of the current hard-working staff. Still, it is a problem. The menu options that we chose were well-prepared, lovely to look at, and quite good. There were several prix fixe options, with optional wine pairings, that sounded really good. But we like to make our own choices, and our menu choices were more limited than we seen in the past. Friday's Station can do better. We tipped well for the service we did receive, and we will go back for another try. We opted to go elsewhere for an after-dinner port, as we felt a bit rushed. The Highlander Bar, next door (also on the 18th floor of Harrah's South Lake Tahoe) has an amazing view and very gracious bar staff.

We had reservations at 7:00. The hostess said it’s warm in here and asked my 6’8 hubby to hold his hand up to the air vent to see if hot air was coming out and yes it was not cool air. We were seated and sat in a booth with the sun on us. The blinds are not effective blocking the sun. We sat and sweated blinded by the sun trying to enjoy our meal. It was not air conditioned and then the sun was horrible. Not sure if we will be back.. if so it’s not gonna be a view booth with the sun baking on you

Mother's Day brunch at Friday's Station was wonderful :-) Our last minute, non-view table reservation turned out to provide us with a very nice window seat overlooking the lake! Wait staff very attentive and overall experience great. Hubby had the blackened salmon which he enjoyed, but seemed farm raised (very pale). We asked prior to ordering if wild or farm raised and told wild, but did not appear to be so, (reason for 4's rather than all 5's). Highly recommend the crab & shrimp eggs Benedict! Very much enjoyed the sax player as well!!! Wonderful, upscale restaurant that we've been to many times over the years. Can't beat the view from the 18th floor of Harrah's, the fine dining experience is always superb and we look forward to our next visit. Great place for romantic and special occasions...

Overall it was very good. Excellent quality menu, the food was prepared well, lovely view of the lake, high quality ingredients, however the prices are not justifiable. The corking charge is a bit extreme considering the pour size and the meals, while being good, we’re not to the level of perfection to say it was worth the amount of money spent.

Fridays Station is always spot on with quality and service. We had Stephanie as Our server and her smile and energy and suggestions gave me a wonderful experience. We were there to celebrate Our 35th anniversary however my wife fell Ill and Stephanie made sure to pack up a to go order with input on choices. My wife enjoyed at home. Fantastic view as always.

Frank did an excellent job! Their steaks are always cooked to perfection the sides are delicious and, if you are seated early enough, the views are amazing. We look forward to having another great meal here in the (hopefully near) future.

Friday’s Station is our favorite restaurant at Stateline. The menu is vast and has options for everyone including my wife who is lactose intolerant. Fantastic cocktails and an impressive wine selection. The views are amazing, enjoy the sunset. Our server Stephany was incredible. Fantastic personality, very attentive and professional. Way to go Friday’s Station making our dining experience wonderful as always. Very professional staff. Thank you Alex ! David

We eat here several times a year and have for over a decade. Service has really slipped. Didn’t get a lake view table for first time in years. There were tables available that were never filled. Food still fantastic. Best prime rib in Tahoe. Waiter inattentive and rarely saw him. Very disappointed.

I made my reservation a long time ago, my friend and I were seated at the smallest table in the whole place shoved in a corner. Felt like we were being shunned. There wasn’t enough room for our food.
