Went for Dine Out. Duck spring rolls and creme brulee were good. Had the pork tenderloin for the entree and it was okay.

Great service and not so good buffet (was excellent). Missed condiments and most items very over cooked.
Know it's not restaurant s fault but very loud crying baby for 1.5 hours, a bit much and as you look at other patrons they were not impressed and believe we left early due lack of inability to hear each other.

2nd visit this month. The food is outstanding.and presentation is one I would expect from downtown restaurants. Service is good. Quiet setting. We really enjoyed our experience. We also came during dine out vancouver and the menu options did not disappoint.

If you like a quite time with the significant other, this place fits the bill. Went to try the Dine out menu. Fish was overcooked a bit. Appetizer spring roll and the gelato shots were quite epic.

We came for weekend lunch. Restaurant was very quiet. Service was very attentive. Food was fabulous. I was surprised to find this restaurant to be as good as it was, and in a hotel. We will definitely be back.

I was disappointed in the food offered and the quality. The roast beef was dry and tough. No bagels and cream cheese to go with the lox. Croissants had a stale taste. Would not return for another buffet brunch

The staff did a great job, even with doubling our reservation at the last minute. We were in a separate part of the hotel dining room and they handled all of us like the pro's they are. No complaints.

Took a friend here for a birthday brunch and it was great. Although the items are fewer than a lot of other buffets I've had there was more than enough choices - seafood aplenty and a good variety of meats as well as cereal, bread, fruit and side dish options. We had a marvellous waitress as well. Will def. consider going to Fresh again.

The turkey was dry. The stuffing was shaped like a puck. It was not quite what you would expect. The service was very good. Over all I could not recommend this restaurant.

We visited this restaurant for the first time as we were given a gift certificate from friends. We looked at the menu online and because of the prices thought it would be more 'upscale' than it was. The food was okay but not special. We presented our gift certificate along with an appropriate tip. To our surprise the waiter informed us the gift certificate could not be used as part of the tip and that we would simply forfeit the balance. In other words... if the bill came to $ 80.00 they would not give you change from the $ 100.00 gift card and you had to add a cash tip on top of that. Not even sure if this is legal????

Fresh is always my restaurant of choice for business lunches or early dinner meetings. The restaurant has a very relaxing atmosphere and the seating is exceptionally comfortable. The staff are very attentive but, more to the point, totally understand business requirements and the need for undisturbed talk. On the other side of the coin, its a great place to simply enjoy a nice lunch or dinner with your partner in life, the restaurant has a wonderful feeling of "welcome". Always a first class act, so congratulations to Fresh!

My husband and I really enjoyed our time at this restaurant. The waiter was very informative and her recommendations were delicious. We ordered the steak and the chicken, both we would order again. Pleasant dining experience over all. A little pricey for the portion you get but it's expected since it's a "hotel restaurant".

Went here for Easter brunch with my family including two little ones (2 & 4). We enjoyed ourselves immensely! There were plenty of crabs legs and delicious brunch items, and even a chocolate dessert fountain. Kids loved it too. Service was excellent! Will come back soon!

We really enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Service was excellent. All the food was absolutely delicious. We will be back. If any improvement could be it would only be the eggs benedict. Unfortunately they were dry and unfavorable. 4 star Brunch but close to a 5 star :)

Was nice. Our waiter made a good appetizer suggestion and that was delicious. The food was ok but with out the sauce or jus was not overly flavorful. We didn't have more than one drink nor did our water get refilled.

We had been to the Sheraton years ago and it was my birthday. Wow what a décor change!!! It was a lovely quite atmosphere and the food was delicious. A great menu that was very different, not your run of the mill menu.

Very good selection of salads and seafood appetizers...the smoked trout was delicious. Good variety of hot dishes (thought the salmon dish a little dry) and wonderful choices of desserts. Our server was very helpful and gracious.

Food was good. Sunday brunch had only 4 items. Apparently you could get an omelette
made but where not told that until we were almost done.
Not worth the $30

Tried Fresh because we had a gift card. Ordered from Dine Out Vancouver menu & was disappointed. Phyllo tart was good, presentation and flavours were good, Crab stuffed Egg was disappointing, Halibut was good, cooked well, flavours were good, presentation was nice. Hubby's lamb was presented well but was way overcooked, unsure if flavours didn't meld but lamb tasted freezer burned!. To use balance of gift card we ordered the Braised Lamb Pappardelle to take home, it was pretty good. Have heard the Sunday brunch is excellent, we might try it. Service was ok but not great. Wouldn't rush out to this Restaraunt again.

Overall this restaurant was good. The food took awhile to come out and when it finally came it wasn't very warm. We were all offered a complimentary cappuccino for the length of time we waited which came out just in time for dessert. The food was good but the lamb slightly overcooked. The service was attentive for the most part.

My party of five went looking for a nice locale to enjoy a dinner. Our waitress was pleasant and quite knowledgeable about the menu items. She visited frequently to ensure our meal was to our liking. We also enjoyed the fact that we could have a conversation without having to yell at each other over the loud music.

At the conclusion of our night we were very happy with all aspects of our dinner.

Brunch is affordable at only $30.00/per person but keep in mind there is no carving station. The selection is a tiny bit limited but they do have a large selection of salad options. Our server was professional, attentive and we could not ask for more (we were the only one of 3 tables in the restaurant though). I would recommend coming just to see if you like their selection.

We were seated way in the back of the restaurant in an very empty establishment. We didn't know who our waiter/waitress was supposed to be, but they left us for very long periods of time with no service. Had to wait for one of them to come to the back of the restaurant where we were seated to get noticed so we could ask for the bill. The food was very lackluster. I would not return.

WE book this place consistantly for business lunches and breakfasts. It is easy to get into - easy parking, only location in the neighbourhood thats not "chain-ish" and is perfect for meetings.

The food is consistant and the servers are amazing. You wont be disappointed here!

We tried Fresh for the first time for a Sunday brunch.
We were very pleased. This is the best brunch meal we have had.

There is a wide selection of quality menu choices, all fresh and appropriately hot or cold. The Eggs Benny were still runny with a muffin not heated to hockey puck texture - my test for a good Benny! All the other items, Pork Tenderloin, Chicken, Bacon and Sausage, Scrambled Eggs, French Toast, were fresh and perfect. Very unusual for a buffet brunch!

This restaurant is called "Fresh" and I certainly agree that the name applies to their food.

Thank you for a very pleasant Brunch!

While, Fresh tries to tout itself as a modern, fancy restaurant, it definitely felt like an average hotel restaurant. It was filled with kids which totally ruined the atmosphere. However, our appetizer was excellent. Although my husband's steak was quite good, my cioppino tasted fishy and didn't have enough broth. I don't want to go back.
