Great breakfast and service.
Great tasting food and presentation was pristine in every way.
We had a lovely Valentine's Day dinner, with live music. The gourmet selections were impresive, and the food we chose was perfect. This is one of our favourite restaurants for special occasions, and each time, the selections are different.
We had a wonderful meal. Our server made a few suggestions, and we were never rushed. Friendly, professional service. I will definitely go back.
Ladies night out and we had a great time, the food was not bad with the $30.00 dine out menu, the service was excellent.
I went there for my birthday dinner, DEC 24. with the price ($59 per person) offered for a 3 course meal, I did not expect much at all on Christmas eve. Me & my husband were surprised with the taste and portion of the food served on the table. we were so full and satisfied by the time we left the restaurant. I will go back for more may be lunch
Had the Dickens Lunch buffet and every single bite was delectable. There was something there for every taste. You could taste our ethnically diverse city in many of the different dishes. The dessert buffet was mouth watering. Would highly recommend for a special occasion.
Nice and spacious seating, clean environment , Great service, food was at the right temperature and tasty.
Salads are huge, I'm glad we ordered one to share. We had salmon and prawn with pasta. I a little disappointed when there was only 3 prawns in my meal Drinks on the day were okay but I wish they had happy hr for wine.
Wonderful Christmas lunch with my friend. School Christmas carollers sang during meal.
The food was beautifully presented and was quite tasty.
The service was great and the food was excellent too. I thought it would be packed with people so I made a reservation through open table. However, I was wrong. My daughter and I were the only guests dinning in on Thanksgiving lunch. I was thinking to order their a Thanksgiving special meal but it is only for dinner. I will definitely come back again for Dine Out Vancouver.
Everyone was very accommodating for my allergies (from cumin to perfumes). Thank you.
Only thing to complain about is my sister ordered creme burlee and they use maple sugar and then torch it...ok the sugar burns and the top part doesn't crystalize hard as it should be. What my sister received was not a creme brulee. Very disappointing. That item menu should be refined and changed so it's a proper dessert.
Steak was over cooked. Spaghetti was wayyyyy too salty.
The food was good and portions were ample. We were hosting elderly parents and the waiter graciously re-seated us in a quieter spot. It took a while to receive our meal, but staff were pleasant and helpful.
I honestly like the service here very professional and attentive. The lunch menu items are so so. Food is not outstanding.
The restaurant is under renovation and therefore the banquet hall has been converted to be used as a temporary location. Service has always been good as also the food. However, the layout was not great given that it was in a banquet hall.
We were there at 1230pm and it was very quiet, perfect for our group of 4 women. Our waitress was attentive and pleasant. The food was good, myCobb salad was tasty and "fresh". We would repeat.
Went for brunch. Food selection was not very extensive not does it have much quality. Overall service and atmosphere is good though.
We had a wonderful dinner & overall experience there. Food was delicious for all four of us!
This place never disappoints. The best staff and the best food.
Food is okay, typical hotel restaurant food. The big problem is the confusion over parking. Two hours of parking are supposed to be free if you are eating in the restaurant. However, three of us missed the small nearly hidden signs to that effect and the waitress insisted we would get a redemption only if we ordered more than $20 each. So some received free parking. I did not. I paid $7 for thePort Mann Bridge tolls and $5 for parking, on top of my lunch bill. I will not return.
I love this place. the food is great, the staff is great, the ambience is great.
We always go for their Mothers Day brunch Father's Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. the buffet is amazing!!! The food is so good and the staff, Jordana is wonderful.
Free parking was a plus. Very accommodating with requests. Made extra effort for the birthday celebrant. Food was delicious. Not a typical buffet.
During our recent stay at the Sheraton Hotel in Surrey BC, we dined at the Fresh Restaurant several times ie 2 separate private small dinners for two and one special occasion dinner for 8 people. All meals were delicious, beautifully presented and efficiently served. Every different server was extremely friendly, helpful, and efficient. A special shout out to Coreen. A restaurant could not have a better ambassador than server, Coreen.
The Special Occasion for 8 was hosted by me to honour the life of someone very near and dear to me who died in a plane crash in BC. Two of the guests had received medals of bravery as rescuers at the plane crash earlier that day in Surrey from the Royal Canadian Humane Association. A very important occasion for me, indeed!
The staff, unaware of the reason for the occasion, could not have handled the dinner better. My guests were thoroughly delighted with the delicious food, relaxing ambiance, and good-natured and efficient service. I would very highly recommend this restaurant.
We were a group of 8 (2 ppl cancelled last minute) for a retirement luncheon. On first approach, the restaurant was very quiet and lunch was off to a good start. There were a few mixups with some of the lunches brought out but that was quickly straightened out. I myself had the lamb sliders and fries. I thought the lamb was very greasy and should be presented in more whole pieces instead of a crockpot looking dish. One of my co-workers had the vegetable frittata and she said she did not feel well after eating it. There was also the workers on the skylight/roof above our table that were drilling and made it very VERY difficult to have a conversation. Thankfully the staff asked the workers to postpone and after a few minutes we were able continue our lunch without shouting for the sake of just trying to be heard. I personally would go back for a special occasion but would not seek out FRESH for any other reason.
always a great meal when we go to Fresh @ the Sheraton Guildford's buffet!
Fo our first time there it was memorable - great food and wonderful service. Nothing rushed for a quiet candle-lit dinner. r
Had a surprisingly nice dinner for Valentine's Day. A reasonably priced prix fixe menu with good quality dishes.
We had dinner here for Valentine's Day. The food was superb, the music, delightfully romantic, and the service, impeccable. We go to Fresh for special occasions, and it never disappoints.
The best restaurant in Guildford for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or drinks.
The service was attentive without being overbearing. The food was delivered hot and was very flavorful. The menu for Dine out was great. We enjoyed our evening and were able to converse as the music was only in the background and not over powering.
We booked a table for a special occasion dinner. We chose the dine out Vancouver menu and were not disappointed. Everything was delicious. The wait staff attentive and polite.
Fresh restaurant is my favorite place for a great steak. I have to order one ever time I'm there. Perfectly cooked and seasoned everytime. My only complaint is that I had the best no whip goat cheese cheesecake there once and I've never seen it there again. Love the service.
Last year our family had brunch at Fresh, and this year we decided to go there again. The waitress remembered us from last year (perhaps we are a motley crew!) and was very lovely and accommodating. My 94 year old mother was impressed---which does not happen often! Everyone had a great time and enjoyed the wonderful food and comfortable setting. Nobody rushed us out, we enjoyed chatting and hopefully will do it again next year. Thank you and Merry Christmas!
The only downside was how insanely expensive the prices were. 10$ for 3 duck spring rolls!? That's a bit ridiculous... the food was decent. My hubby was disappointed when he received his twice baked potatoes and didn't like them I enjoyed my chicken but the creme Brule was a total let down. It's supposed to crack when u hit the top with a spoon. This was very soft and gushy. The best part of the night was the service. Kelly is a superstar. Give her a raise!!!
As always, we enjoyed the good selection offered by the buffet. The one thing I personally missed was the chocolate tower, even a good chocolate cake would have been a welcome option (there was a Black Forest cake, but that's not the same). Anyhow, that was only a small thing. Overall we had no complaints and the food was tasty and fresh. Our server, Loula, was awesome. She has a memory like a steel trap, is friendly and helpful, a charming person - and we always feel lucky to be seated at a table in her area.
We were looking for a place to eat on are way back from Harrison Hot Spring Resort. I decided to go to this restaurant because of there brunch menu and price. We were not disappointed at all. The food was plenty and a great mix of all types to chose from. Most of all the price was great.
