we had looked at online menu first and it showed lazyman lobster for 2 for $44. when we got there waitress said it was $60 so mildly disappointed there. also we like Kendall Jackson Chardonnary which was not listed on the menu so we asked her and she said yes they had it. ordered a a slice of carrot cake to go for dessert as it was our anniversary. the slice was VERY small for $8. wouldn't do that again.

The food was, as always, delicious. The kitchen made shrimp scampi for me with s slightly lighter sauce, which made a huge difference. The only negative was that my husband asked for Angel hair pasta with his seafood dish, and I had asked for penne. Both came with very thick linguini. It was really busy, and we had a third person at our table who would have had to wait, so we dealt with it.

We have enjoyed dining at Fresh Catch for over 30 years now. I has always been a neighborhood gem where you are always guaranteed the freshest seafood. The recent renovation to the dining room is really nice, and it appears that the have also stepped up the preparation of the food once again. Overall, a reliable restaurant and a great value.

Fresh Catch happens to be one of my Favorite Restaurants since the Food has always been Fresh, Hot & Delicious. I always make a reservation & the Table is available. Our waitress was excellent. Very good seafood and other choices. My only complaint would be the fact that they use “fake crabmeat” in their Alaskan chowder. I’d prefer they left it out and put another fish in it. The restaurant also has a seafood and butcher shop attached. A good selection of foods that you can purchase to take home.

Food was excellent. My wife had oysters and fried clams and she said they were the best she's had, rivaling The Clam Shack in Kennebunkport, ME. I had the chicken parmesan and it was very good. Definitely will return.

We had excellent service, and the food was good. This is not an upscale restaurant, and the ambiance good be better. However, it’s clean and has lots of free parking. Our waitress was an Asian woman whose name escapes me but she was very professional and helpful. My partner is not a fish eater so he had a steak. It too was cooked well. I had a lobster roll and an order of steamers—really good. I would go again.

Still and always will be my favorite restaurant. We have twin infants and they are always so accommodating. Food comes out fast and fresh, so we can leave as soon as we need to. Candy is the best waitress I’ve ever had at any restaurant and she’s been waiting on us since 2015. The BEST!!

Seafood is super fresh and always good. Waitress & service excellent. Only complaint was it was too HOT in there. We were by thermostat & it said 78! Air conditioning did not appear to be working well. Commented to waitress & she said it is a common complaint. Mgr doesn’t address it. .Maybe read this review & lower the thermostat!

Broad menu, helpful for those choosing seafood and alternatives. Food was very good except for corn that probably was kept steaming or boiling far too long. Mussels were excellent. Lobster was excellent. Caesar salad was good. Grilled swordfish portion was good. Little taste as presented with herb butter. Pleasant atmosphere.

We absolutely loved our early dinner there last night with friends before going to a concert at Xfinity Center. Everything we ordered was fantastic, drinks were very good and service was excellent. Our server Mackenzie was very nice, friendly and on point with everything. Thank you for making our time there great and memorable. We'll be back!

The scallops were perfect. The risotto was very rich. Although the corn in it was a nice touch, the linguica on the bottom would have been better if it was removed from the casing, sauteed and folded into the risotto. As it was presented, it just sat at the bottom. The next time, I will order this dish with the asparagus which my friend had!

We were back in town and went two nights in a row. It was a regular stop for us whenever we were in the area. Great selection of seafood….especially clams and oysters. Service is always excellent….friendly and attentive. We lived in the area for almost 40 years and now live in Florida. This is the best seafood you will find around Boston!
