Consistently excellent. I'm Italian and very comfortable with the food. Seafood pasta dishes are excellent. Tammy is professional and well deserving of praise!

Wonderful ambiance, amazing wine list, delicious fare! Our waiter, Malik, was adorable - friendly, warm, informative and extremely professional especially for a young man. We returned a 2nd night - the food is that good!

The food was served in a timely manner by friendly staff. Food menu and wine menu was adequate. Some of the food was great but the fish was dry so disappointing. Not cheap but about on par with similar establishments in the village. Worth a visit.

ヒルトンビレッジ内の、少し見つけにく場所にあるせいか、他のレストランに比べ空いていると思います。かといって、料理や雰囲気が悪いわけではないので、穴場と言えるのではないでしょうか。日本語が話せるスタッフもいますので、英語が苦手な人でも安心して入れます。料理はどれも十分に美味しかったですし、Tボーンステーキは最高でした。値段もそれなりですが。

I am afraid two tries is enough. Lasagna was overcooked and top burned so very dry, although first time was not the case. Pollo Picata was very pasty with excessive flour dredging that was then not browned. I am not sure when I have ever had a picata that came with a cream sauce. With all the gummy flour and the cream sauce it was very hard to find the chicken. I finally gave up. It was quite unappealing.

I cannot remember a worse dining experience - ever! After waiting over 35+ minutes for our main courses after we finished our appetizers, we asked to speak to the manager for an update.
We asked to speak to the manager since our waiter did not stop by our table to check in on us or even refill our water classes; he simply just ignored us completely. After speaking with the manager we were assured that our meals would be served shortly. About 10 minutes later we were served our main courses - the risotto was basic, and the salmon was raw in the middle. We again asked to speak to the manager, and he offered a weak apology. At this point we simply got up and left after the manager agreed to comp our appetizers. Overall, a horrible experience. If there was a zero star rating I would use it.

i visited this resturant for a couples date on my.honeymoon and i ordered a bruchetta as the waiter that was serving me didnt advise me that they are out of bruchetta and another waiter decided to deliver another dish instead of my bruchetta not sure if.he thought i wouldn't notice the difference but unfortunately i did then when i confronted him.his response was sorry sir but we have ran out of bruchetta.

it would have been nice if he had told me from the start when he took my order not to just fool me with another dish

then i get my bill and i have been charged for this although i never ordered it.

i went to.the front desk advise the lady that i have been charged for somthing i never ordered. then they decided to double.charge my.credit card twice!

Food was okay. My meal was bland, but a few of the other dishes were tasty. Staff was nice. Kela, the hostess, was very friendly and accommodating. Great customer service. She set the tone for the evening. Our waitress, although very nice, seemed overwhelmed with our group of 10. We had to ask for water twice, butter twice, and on multiple occasions, as I started to refill wine glasses, then she would appear. Long periods would go by without any attention, when we needed assistance. I don't agree with any place that tacks on auto-grat, as sometimes it really isn't deserved, and service drops because grat does not need to be earned.

Typical Italian fare. Nicely prepared and fresh tasting, but not super creative or cutting edge. The servce was excellent and the friendly waiter suggested dishes that my husband and I both enjoyed. He had the special eggplant Parmesan which came with spaghetti and I had the salmon which came with spaghetti, warm vinegarette and garlic sauce and spinach. We split the Caesar salad which was tasty, but garlicky. Not that it was bad, but if you are not a garlic fan...beware. We ate late, so the restaurant may have been more quiet than usual, but most of the tables were filled. It could have been because the tables were well spaced. This restaurant is on the property of the Hilton Hawaiian Village and it is on the second floor. However it is not ADA Accessable.

Decided to reserve Fresco to celebrate my hubby birthday was the best thing I've ever done. We have been staying at Hawaiian Hilton rainbow tower and didn't want to walk very far so I opened my app on open table and reserved it with a message written on. From the beginning, Open table app reminded me, the time and date via email which I really loved because I'm so forgetful. When we arrived we where greeted with very friendly waiter who took our order as soon as we got seated. Secondly the atmosphere was romantic, which had dim lights and a table close to the window which had a view of the rainbow lagoon. As starters, I had red wine and my hubby had a beer accompanied with bread. A couple of minutes later we had our food. I had the three course meal which started off with a salad then a steak and shrimp and topped off with a tiramisu cake. My hubby had the four course meal, starting off with a capresse salad then a delicious lobster pasta then a steak and lobster main course, topped with a cake with a special message that I wrote on open table to make a cake with a "Happy birthday Rick" on it. From the beginning to end, this place was on point. I will definitely be back again to celebrate my hubby birthday.

Very good Italian restaurant. Doesn't really look Italian, but the drinks and food were made to perfection. The Staff is very friendly. Nice small bar when you walk in to wait for your seating. Kid friendly. Located in Hilton Hawaiian Village in an upstairs kind of loft. My husband and I really enjoyed ourselves and they brought us dessert on the house for it being out 25th Anniversary.

数回行きましたが、この3年くらいは日本人というだけでメニューも満足に見られず、いつも同じコースを同じスタッフが勧めてくれる。作り置きのようなジューシーでないステーキ、デザートが好きなのに決まって好みではないティラミス限定。
メニューに慣れない日本人向けのサービスかもしれないが、割引していただいてもひとりチップ込み1万円なら、日本ではもっと選択の自由のある、もっと美味しいお料理が食べられるはず。
宿が近くて子供が行きたがるので渋々足を運んでいたが、もう限界。

ヒルトンに宿泊していて利用してみました。日本人も多く入りやすい雰囲気です。日本語のメニューも用意されていてスタッフも日本語オッケーな方もいて対応もスムーズでした。お値段的には少しお高めですが味付けとか全体的には大満足でした。料理の出てくるタイミングがだいぶ時間がかかり待たされたのでその分マイナスとさせていただきます。

I have been here before and had terrific meals. This time wasn't so great... ordered a chicken alfredo dish which was mostly dry chicken bits and noodles sans any alfredo sauce. Informed the waiter and they brought out some alfredo sauce but not the consistency of traditional sauce. Would not order again.

Bright side was my kids enjoyed the spaghetti bolognese and lobster raviolis. And the service was terrific.

Was hoping it was going to be better. Was looking for a nice, quiet romantic place with good food, but was very noisy which overshadowed the evening/experience. The pasta was very good and the Filet was just okay. The waiter was very attentive.
Recommend it if looking for a casual place for pasta.

We had a party of 18. Service was great . Orders were all correct. Good was delicious. Manager checked in to make sure everything was going well. They were happy to divide the check for us. Great experience.

First the Maître d' was awesome he got a table brought down from the upstairs restaurant so my wife on crutches didn't have to climb the rather large staircase, he was truly a great guy & employee for this establishment, he did all he could to make the experience a good one. Unfortunately things went downhill from there.

The wait service was below average and of course they were very intermittent in attention of any kind, rushed for an order then it took over and hour to come out. Once served the food was adequate but nothing beyond average at best. Of note is that after looking over the posted menu on Open Table it was different than what was offered at the restaurant, some dishes were missing and the paper menus didn't appear to be new as I know restaurants change menu offerings looking for good fits for the establishment but in this internet age your digital marketing should match your brick and mortar, someone should have the attention to detail to make this seamless.

Overall this was a disappointing outing .

Way overpriced. I ordered pasta Quattro 21.95 plus $8 for chicken. It was so fatty, I could only eat half of it. Then I asked for a couple tablespoons of marinara added on and they had to bring me a huge side of it and charged me $2. Pretty wasteful and not that tasty

Was not impressed. Waiter was attentive however food delivery was by another server who did not bring any of the additional requested spices/drinks and did not relay them to the main server. Menu was inflexible. For example they had an option for a steak and half a lobster but was unwilling to offer just a half a lobster. Salmon was over cooked for two of us and vegetables were undercooked. Over all food was average but atmosphere was good. Couldn't order garlic bread (6:15 seating) as they were sold out. Mind you an Italian restaurant. Cords to ourdoor equipment running across the floor as well as straws and napkins on floor at the table we were seated at. Just not the experience I was hoping for based on the other reviews.
