Food and service were excellent! The server was attentive and gave excellent descriptions and advice regarding the food selections.

Wonderful experience! And very accommodating for gluten sensitivity!

I have only been here in the summer for drinks out on the ledge and thought that because of the colder temps it wouldn’t be as fun but the view is still absolutely stunning, our server was very educated on the menu and had great recommendations, the drinks are to die for and the food was out of this world! We each split a different entree and nothing disappointed. It’s my new favorite place in Madison!

Food was great, nice server too. We were seated right next to the front door which wasn’t ideal and it was incredibly loud but we loved everything else.

We had a delightful dining experience at Fresco. Our waiter was attentive and efficient. Our food was wonderful. The snow covered patio was beautiful. I would definitely recommend Fresco to my friends.

Great service, wonderful atmosphere

We were seated with only a short wait on a busy Saturday night. Our table was perfect - right in the corner with a spectacular view! Everything from the bartender's suggestions on wine while we waited for our table all the way through the unbelievably delicious beignets for dessert was amazing.

Love the convenience of Fresco when going to the Overture. However, I wish they would enlarge their menu and change it more often.

We always have a wonderful dining experience when we go to Fresco and this time was no different. The service is always superb and the food is always amazing.

The menu was just the right size (not too big) and a decent variety that you knew what you ordered would be an item that they would have specialized. Items on the menu were unique to Fresco and they were prepared well. Portions were appropriately sized, as well.

Have been eating here for years. Dinner Friday night was one of the best ever. The scallops were sweet and the succotash a perfect accompaniment. My husband had the duck breast and thought it was great too.

Opera with my Mom. And heading back for dinner next Friday before the Symphony. Scallops were amazing!! And Jenna was a delightful, attentive server. Thank you!

One of our always-reliable go-to restaurants before a show at Overture, Fresco has a nice big-city buzz, serves elegant food, and the staff is courteous and engaging.

We like to come here before the theater with another couple. Always good food, interesting, but not weird. Quiet, which is VERY important to our group. Not rushed.

An intimate gem atop the Madison Museum of Contemporary Art, this was a fantastic find for us. The menu is quite small but presents intriguing recipes. The wine list offers limited selections by the glass but were well chosen to represent each variety of tastes. Lighting was low but not so dim as to make reading the menu difficult. Staff was friendly and our waiter was knowledgeable about both the food and good wine pairings. My husband had the chicken and I had the scallops. Both choices were delicious! We look forward to returning to try the beef and duck dishes. I recommend!

I would go back but go in the summer and during daylight. Reflections in the glass at night hindered the view.

Fresco is one of our favorite restaurants in Madison. They consistently offer a lovely dining experience all around.

Us to have to rush eating to get to performance at the Oveture. My sister was unable to finish her meal. :(
