Fresh food with flair. Safe and friendly. Yum yum yum.
I was recently visiting MPLS and ate at French Meadow daily. Wonderful, fresh, organic food. Friendly staff...tastiest organic French fries and great desserts 🍮
So mice to back. I made reservations for the patio and was promptly seated when we arrived. The staff were all wearing PPE and so many of my favorites were on the menu. The outdoor area is lovely with all the flowers and plants. I was missing having the smoked salmon and eggs and it was on the menu!!!! Delish!
It was fun! We had a good time!
The food was good but the service was definitely lacking! We were seated in an almost empty indoor section, which was fine, but it was like they’d forgotten we were there- no waiter approached us to take drink orders, bring silverware, or even just introduce themselves. A waiter did help the one other table in that section, which was peculiar as they didn’t even seem to notice we were there. Finally about 20 minutes in the hostess came back to check on us and took our food and drink orders, realizing we still hadn’t been helped. We received our bottled waters but were missing our other drink we requested, with another waitress coming back and saying she would bring it and never doing so. Our food came in a timely manner, but our waitress, or who I can assume to be so as about 4 different people ended up bringing drinks, taking orders, bringing food, etc., didn’t check on us much at all. We had to ask for silverware and napkins, and finally gave up on getting our other drink.
Overall, the food was good and I definitely understand weekends are busy and can be overwhelming for staff, but it was overall just an off putting experience that I would not want to have again!
Amazing place for any meal or anytime!!
Our server was wonderful and the outdoor space is lovely.
Do yourself a favor and order the breakfast burrito.
Fantastic! My new fav restaurant!
Great COVID protection.
Had a great table. Service was excellent. Food was really good. Had a Birthday brunch and it was a perfect spot.
Service was a little unfriendly
My daughter and I had lunch. It was delicious. We dined outside and the flowers and plants were beautiful. The pasties and desserts looked amazing.
Great job dealing with COVID requirements!
This was the first time I have eaten out at a restaurant since March, and I had guests from out of town. We sat outside, the food and the service was great, and it felt nice to be back at a neighborhood restaurant! Also, THANK YOU for being open on a Monday!!!
I had a reservation for outdoor seating , but a table wasn't reserved for my party. We would need to wait st least 20 min. to be seated. So, we ordered food at the counter.
The food was good but it took a very long to get and it wasn’t very warm.
My husband and I went out for Father’s Day breakfast. It was great to be back at a restaurant that we love and see the same staff who’s been there for a long time. We are grateful I’ve been able to re-open for dining options, we sat outside on the patio and it was beautiful. The food was delicious as always.
Wonderful experience! The service was great and we enjoyed the patio around the back.
