   What a beautiful day to sit outside with a friend and enjoy brunch at French Meadow! The service was lovely, the food was outstanding. I had the eggs and smoked salmon while my friend had the ahi tuna dish on the breakfast menu. Just scrumptious. I love the ambience of the restaurant and of course the display case full of delectable bakery items. Bonus for me upon checking out was the wide variety of ice cold Kombucha flavors to take home. Highly recommend this place -- and at 11 AM the free on-street parking made access a breeze.

   Not sure why we haven't been here before but we will be back! Needed a place for breakfast before going to the museum. Great service and meal. Definitely over ordered, and brought a lot home, but everything was tasty! Highly recommend.

   Such great food and a vast selection - from wonderfully flavored creative dishes to special requests and vegan - provides many choices for everyone. Casual, warm environment without pretense. Our server Callen was fun and professional. We had a great night and birthday celebration and left with a take home bag and bakery goodies for breakfast! Yum!

   Really pleased with the experience! Food was all very good, plenty of healthier options. A lot of stuff I'd like to try another time, and the outdoor space is really quaint.

    Had a great breakfast with an old friend. (I highly recommend the baked French toast.) The food was good the service was prompt and pleasant, and the price was quite reasonable. All in all, a delightful experience.

    French Meadow never disappoints. The staff is so attentive, friendly, and fast. The menu is expansive for all eaters. The focus on clean, natural, and sensitive food is so appreciated- gluten free, dairy free, veg, vegan -so much to choose from. The outdoor space is expansive and another reason that drives me to French Meadow. The patio allows dogs which we really use.

    We were a group of 5 with some wanting vegan options. The vegan plates were as carefully prepared as the other dishes and all were delicious. We appreciated the organic ingredients and the wonderful dessert selection. We sat outside comfortably away from traffic noise. The only issue was servers did their best but there could have been more staff on the floor.

    From out of town, picked this place because plant based dining Staff was super personable, knowledgeable and helpful. We were seared back in the loungey area. Cool spot w jazzy music. Food cam out quite fast and was spot on!

    We are from out of town but we’re visiting Minneapolis. Also had some family that was in town for a wedding. We’ve been to French Meadow on previous visits and always loved it. Once again the selection is always great, the food fantastic, and the service is awesome. Can’t give enough praise for this place.

    Most likely as a result of the current conditions of our world, staffing is tough. I did not feel like the way to staff that we had were very experienced or they were being spread way too thin amongst too many tables. Most of our food was cold upon arrival to the table. The corn pancake was dry and in desperate need of butter which did not come with it although it was brought to the table when requested. The hollandaise sauce on the eggs Benedict was called as well as the egg on top. In general over the years French meadow has not been able to maintain the high quality dining that they once had. I have been to Bluestem a couple times for dinner and had a better results than my cuisine at breakfast or lunch.

    Ok, our server was about a 10 plus- awesome! Claire was attentive and had a sense of urgency and timing. Our food was fresh, and we had vegan, GF and meat options. We are looking forward to going back soon!

    This was a perfect place to bring our friends from out of town. One person had specific food preferences so there was something for everyone to enjoy. The ambiance in the bar/dining area was nice and quiet and a fun atmosphere. Our server was very pleasant and checked in to make sure we had what we needed. We all liked our food and enjoyed our beverage choices. I would highly recommend this place and will return!

    Personable staff, pricey but worth it, great outdoor urban eating, parking availability good but biking or walking the way to go as calories are an issue and transportation to and from can burn off the calories.

    Atmosphere is wonderful with the right music, great lighting, and the natural decor make for a warm and comfortable feeling. Yet, the bars blue tiles and staff give the place a vibe of good energy! The food is always delicious, fresh and organic, and the service is on point. This is my go to place for a feel good experience.

    Will definitely not return again. Counter service has always been absolutely horrible but I’ve always had positive experiences dining in until my birthday dinner- they were out of everything, our server did not check on us or bring anything we ever asked for- water, extra napkins, drinks, oil/butter for bread- nothing! I had to get up from our table to go order my drink from the bar.

    Delicious food! Meal prices were average...$15 for quiche, $15 for eggs Benedict. Drinks were pricey!!! $4 can of coke and $3 very small cartons of chocolate milk.
