   Fratello's never disappoints. We had friends from lower Michigan come to visit, and took them to Fratello's because we knew we would have an excellent evening of fine dining and excellent service. And, we did! Food was perfectly cooked and our waitstaff person (Marina) was attentive, polite and made excellent recommendations.

   My family and I really enjoyed our time at Fratellos. We sat outside on the patio and had wonderful service as well as tasty food. The portions were definitely worth the price. I highly recommend Fratellos.

   Loved dining here. Beautiful view. Great service. Love the decor. Short ribs with pappardelle was very good. My daughter had walleye. Large piece of fish. Her fiancé had pasta dish which was also liked. Imaginative cocktails. Would go back.

   Our server was very attentive and had a great sense of humor. We went for a birthday and we’re surprised to receive a free dessert. The food was delicious and plentiful. The views of the river are spectacular. We will be back!

   We had a great dinner. Service was great. Attentive. Came back quickly to ensure everything was fine. We had a nice indoor table by the window. One of had a birthday and they brought out a nice piece of cheesecake with a big candle on it. Nice touch. It wasn’t too busy and they told us we didn’t have to rush out. Meals were tasty with nice salads. Nice portion sizes.

   A solid choice no matter the occasion. The service was great, especially considering how busy it was. Parking lot was packed, but we were seated immediately at reservation time, had water in 2 minutes, and drinks in about 8 minutes. Food was delivered about 20 or so minutes later, so all in all, great service. Food was solid. Some things I liked (chicken tenders), others were decent but not causing me to come back for it (the elk burger). One minor complaint: on my 2nd Metzcal old fashioned, there was no Luxardo cherry. At $12 each, it's important to get the drink correct. I withheld 1% from the tip due to this. Again, minor. But I really like those cherries.

    We had a wonderful Mother’s Day brunch! The food was very good and the service was attentive. The homemade Italian Bloody Mary was one of the best we’ve had! We would definitely return when in the area again.

    I ordered the mushroom and bacon Alfredo. I am a meat person and was very disappointed. I had one small piece of bacon in the entire bowl. It was an extra $5 for chicken which is a lot already for a $22 meal. Wish I would have gotten it. The Alfredo sauce has no flavor. Wry disappointing.

    Outstanding menu. The cheese curds were amazing, and the truffle fries were the best fries of any kind I have ever had. We had almond-crusted walleye, charred octopus, sausage and fennel pizza, grilled chicken & brie sandwich, and the salmon BLT. The prices were very reasonable, and the dishes were inventive, satisfying, and absolutely delicious. The room was gorgeous, the service was exceptional, the view was amazing. I could not have asked for a better restaurant experience.

    Service was AMAZING! The manager working the front was efficient and so kind. The only thing I would improve on is adding more mozzarella to the bruschetta, but that’s a very minor thing.

    I had not been to Fratellos since pre-Covid days, and it was better than I remembered. The hostess provided a scenic dining spot, our server was personable, the wine options plentiful, and a curated menu to satisfy all our tastes.

    It was very nice and the employees were exceptional. Our server was above average, actually delightful. I wasn't very happy with my dish. I ordered the shrimp and lobster scampi and it had hardly any flavor. Needed to it it a cple notches, maybe some garlic. My friend ordered the hamburger and she liked it allot.

    The building is amazing. Servers were great. No drinks so nothing to comment on there. Food: it looked great. We had steak and ravioli, bruschetta, crispy chicken, rib/pasta. Bruschetta was great, crispy chicken was ok. Kinda plain tasting. The French fries that came with the chicken were awesome. My sirloin steack was tough, there wasn’t any flavor on the steak, ravioli or sauce. We didn’t have salt/pepper at the table. My plate and her plate seemed like the same thing…same sauce. The rib was tender but plain as well.

    Food was very good, although my chicken was a little tough. Was much better the last time I had it. All other items were good. May have been because it was Easter and the usual chef may not have been there. Waiter was awesome and it was a beautiful day so view was great!

    First time going to Fratello's as we have just moved to Appleton. Enjoyed Easter Sunday brunch after church. Mimosas and a cool view of the locks/ dam of Appleton 1 on the Fox River. Appetizer of Capn Crunch chicken tenders were really good and came recommended by our waitress. Said they have been making them for 25 years so seems they got something there, sweet and tender. Ate from the brunch menu- Lobster Benedict for my husband and an omelette with tiny potatoes for me, I had a French Press coffee and we shared a tiramisu dessert. Loved it all. Will go back for dinner sometime as envision having a cocktail in the beautiful open bar area and seeing the view at night.

    Mixed bag last night: Negative 1. We didn’t receive the bread we ordered. 2. The two gluten free dishes (pasta and pizza) were awful! The pasta was so underdone, it was crunchy. 3. One of the medium rare steaks we ordered was pretty medium well. Some if the potatoes on that plate were burned. Positive 1. The restaurant is beautiful 2. We had a great table 3. All the rest of the food (beef sandwich, lemon salmon, sirloin ravioli, shrimp app, and chicken app) were very tasty. 4. Pleasant server. He forgot the bread but didn’t charge us for it. We will go back but definitely not order gluten-free pasta (ugh!)

    I had steak with mushroom ravioli. Delicious! The potato and leek soup was terrific. My husband had a chicken dish on a bed of purple mashed potatoes that he scarfed down. Our waitress was a delight! This is one of our favorite local restaurants. We'll be back soon.

    Our server, Ben H., was very attentive and personable. He thought of everything we might need even before we did! It was especially appreciated as we had taken my sister out for her birthday. She has dementia and lives in a facility in Appleton. We drive 2 1/2 hours from the northwoods to take her out once a month. She (and we) always feel at home at Fratello's. The filet was so flavorful (her words).
