Late night stop in to grab some food. Staff was attentive and we were taken of quickly. It is quite loud and dark though. Honestly needed the flashlight on my phone to see the menu.

Very interesting place. Kind of tucked away with a bohemian/ burlesque vibe (in a very good way). Great place to go pre show if you’re heading to Kimmel Center, Merrian, or Academy of Music. Excellent ‘comfort food’ menu.

The Buffalo Brussels Sprouts were out of this world!! So good!! I also had the Vegetable Curry which I would absolutely order again. My husband had the Chicken Parmesan and really enjoyed it as well. Everything was delicious!! Our server was terrific...so friendly and made us feel welcome. We will absolutely be back!!

We arrived almost an hour before our reservation, but they had our table available already! Great selection of craft beers and other beverages, food was delicious. Noise level was pretty loud, but we were there for a sold out event for which everyone was excited. Perfect medium light and excellent service.

My husband, 2 kids, and myself went here before Hello Dolly at the Academy. We were seated right away. I saw my family look at me when we were seated, sort of questioning my choice of venues, but they loved everything from the first bite of our appetizers until the end of our meal. We ordered Frankys Fries and the Pierogies, both were outstanding. We got the chicken parm, my daughter got the mussels with pasta in red, and my son got the chicken sandwich. We had drinks and our entire check was just $100. Would definitely go there again!

We went over for a quick meal after seeing a show at WILMA and it was very good. Nice atmosphere and really good burgers.They had the option of a side salad instead of fries which was a huge plus, and the burgers were perfectly cooked. Will definitely go back.

Nice waitress, apps were really good (poerogiea, meatballs, spinach artichoke dip). I had beet salad - quite good, son and his girlfriend had burgers that they said were good as were the fries. My husband had chicken parm and spaghetti - very good but a little too garlicky. Good deal - 2 of the apps were $5 each and my son’s girlfriend and I each had $5 cucumber mule drink which was good.

Was concerned food wasnt going to be stellar but Frank’s delivered a delicious 3 course meal. on top of that the dessert was equally as awesome as the meal. I would definitely repeat this when visiting phillly in the future 2 thumbs up

We went here for pre-theater dinner during restaurant week. The restaurant week choices were awesome but too much food for us that night so we ordered off the regular menu. Awesome food and great service and atmosphere. We will definitely be back. Terrific large horseshoe shaped bar was cool.

We were told it was just a dark bar, but since it was restaurant week, we thought we'd give it a try. We all enjoyed our food. Some of the best scallops I've had in a long time.

My husband and I were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. I had gnocchi and he had salmon. Both were delish. We're thinking this might be a spot to return to the next time we're in the neighborhood.

Had dinner with old friends from California and had a wonderful time. Franky's is a trip and our friends loved the atmosphere. Food and drinks were excellent, but the best part was our server, Nicole I think was her name, who was so friendly and genuine, helpful with menu recommendations and just a delight. We'll be back!

I was disappointed because the food was not great, we always had to look out for a server, the food options weren't explained to us clearly and the worst thing that a hostess caught her hair on fire while wiping the table and it smelled really bad and no one came to us to ask how we felt about that. Staff should cover or put back their long hair when working at the restaurants, so that their hair is not a distraction. Sorry, I wish I could write something positive, but I really had a poor experience.

This is a an out of the way restaurant that has an eclectic ambiance and terrific food. We started out with the Franky's Fries that were outstanding. The combination of meat and cheese make for a perfect combination Our entrees included Shrimp and Polenta which again was terrific. The spiciness was just right. We also the the burger and the chicken sandwich. All excellent choices. Service was prompt and friendly. They make an effort to make you feel comfortable which adds to the dining experience. I would definitely recommend.
