    We had a wonderful dining experience at The Franklinville Inn! My son and I ordered the entree special--blackened New York strip steak with a crap cake--and our meals were phenomenal! I wish this dish was always on the menu! Yummy! My husband got his usual--salmon--because he always enjoys it. We also had especially good service last night as well as a nice quiet table that I had requested. Thank you, Franklinville Inn, as you never disappoint!

    Awesome place. One of the best prime ribs out there. Make sure you are ready for a big one.

    We started out with the house salad and it was excellent. All the ingredients blended together well with nothing overpowering. The crab bisque was very tasty. I ordered the queen prime rib and what was I thinking, it was way too much for me, although good. My loaded baked potato was good but the butter was not melted all the way. My date had the spare ribs which were the best. She is very picky with her ribs and will only order them at certain restaurants and said these were the best she's ever had. Her side was creamed sweet potato with cinnamon which she said was really good. Our waiter was excellent. While the meal was a little pricey it will be on the top of our list for special occasions.

    5 stars for all the things! Ambiance, food, service, location. Four of us dined celebrating three birthdays. The fireplace was lit. We had very reasonably priced cocktails. Our meals were perfect! The crab bisque was to die for, our steaks cooked perfectly and our server Marie was wonderful! We can’t wait to come back. This will be our celebratory spot! Perfection!!!

    I don’t think there’s anything that could be done to make our experience any better. It was perfect and as always the food is outstanding. I want to try other menu items but I can’t get past the Crab Cakes.

    The food and service are very good. The crab cakes are absolutely the best. Big chunks of crab meat. The best anywhere. The filet mignon was done to perfection. And if you are looking for a wonderful dessert, highly recommend the creme brulee. They flame it st your table. True perfection
