   We eat here regularly. The food and service are excellent. We were seated in a room on the third floor. At one point this room was likely a bedroom, it has 3 dining tables. There were 2 other couples seated in our room. While this area is less noisy than the bar you unfortunately hear everyone else’s conversation. We enjoy our meal every time we go. The Inn is the best!

   Food was delicious. I was surprised that soup or salad were included with your entree along with a side. Most fancy restaurants give you zilch.

   For visiting on Saturday night on Mother's Day weekend, we were surprised how great the food and service was overall. The food was excellent (steak and lobster tails) and Branden provided first class service.

   Our waiter, I believe his name was Salva, was wonderful and made our dining experience an even more wonderful experience. My husband and I took our moms for Mother’s Day, which was both of their first time dining at Franklinville Inn. We started out with cocktails that were all beautifully displayed and very enjoyable to drink. We all enjoyed the salad which is nicely plated and delicious. The filet tips Oscar (with lumps of crabmeat and hollandaise sauce over tips and asparagus) was delicious and melts in your mouth. Other entrees that our table ordered were the Ribeye and the NY Strip steaks. All delicuous with a side of a stuffed potato for each. Then on to dessert, we all had the best Crème Brûlée around. It comes to the table topped with a flame to burn out the rum, making a thin, crispy sugar layer and fresh whipped cream topped with a berry on each side of the bowl. As always, the food and service were exceptional!

   Once again, using the Open Table app, we were able to sit at our favorite table. We were were greeted warmly by Arlette and her staff when we arrived. Our Sever, Anneisha , was excellent and took care of all our little request. We had the Crab Bisque and Crab Cakes, salad, and a stuffed potato, as usual our food was delicious. They say you get what you pay for and at the "INN" the dining experience you have, you get more. Judy & John

    We have been there over a half a dozen times and enjoy it every time we go. The Filet Mignon is my favorite and the flavor is amazing. I would put it up against some of the better steakhouses we have tried. My wife loves the crab cake which are also fantastic with the roast pepper sauce. My favorite appetizer is the crab bisque. I get it every time. The service is always top rate, and attentive.
