About Frankie's Ristorante
The Santoro Family has been in the food service industry since 1988 through their casual restaurant Frankie’s Beef & Pasta in Oak Lawn and Frankie’s Catering for off site events. From our famous robust homemade Italian sausage and meatballs to our house-made pastas and sauces to our decadent imported Italian desserts, we strive for perfection in our kitchen and have raised the bar high for our service standards. Our customers are treated like guests in the Santoro family’s home and our purpose is not only to make them feel wined and dined, but also pampered. Our chef - born, raised and schooled in his homeland of Italy and with experience in some of the most renowned fine dining establishments in the US and Europe, has found his passion in life in cooking and has brought this passion to each one of his dishes. He maintains a consistent authenticity which has won us rave reviews in the local news media as well as a following among our guests.

Frankie's Ristorante Ratings and Reviews
Frankie's has a very extensive regular menu including pastas, meats, and seafoods. In addition there are always daily specials that add to the variety. Every time we eat here we are greeted with a friendly welcome by whoever is working the desk. Our server Debbie was friendly and and attentive. She remembered what my wife and I ordered for drinks from previous visits and she knows our tastes so she knows what specials to recommend. Frankie's is a family run restaurant that takes pride in putting their name on everything they do.
We love Frankie’s! Food here is the bomb. Their Basil martinis I can drink all day. My favorite is the gnocchi in vodka sauce. My wife loves the chicken limone. Frankie always is checking on guests making you feel welcomed. This place is a gem. Check it out
The delicious food and beautiful atmosphere coupled with Frankie and his wonderful staff make this restaurant one of my favorites. A true gem in the south suburbs. In an area where lousy chain restaurants are the only thing around, it is really nice to have a place like Frankie's around.
This was our first time here. The food was excellent. The server was very attentive but not intrusive. She explained the menu and told us about the chef and they're food. It was lively but quiet enough for conversation. Very cozy and festive with decorations for Christmas. We had a 6:30 reservation and were seated immediately upon our arrival. We lingered over coffee and dessert and had a lovely night. Can't wait to go back soon.
Had a family and friend dinner here recently. Couldn’t had a better experience. Amazing ambience! Nice size eating area and cozy bar nestled within. Staff is very friendly and supremely attentive. Drinks and food outstanding. Can’t say enough about this place... PERFECTION!
We do not live in the area but had a wake close by. I booked it purely by the Yelp reviews which were great. Our server was awesome and so knowledgable. We were greeted right away by the host who was very nice and friendly and went around checking on everyone's table. We got the chef recommended appetizer (sausage and peppers) which was delicious. My husband had a venison dish and I had a sea bass dish. Both were fantastic! I appreciated not being rushed, I felt that it made the dining experience that much more enjoyable. Sadly we were too full for dessert. Maybe next time we will skip the appetizer and save room for dessert!
We love Frankie's and this date night dinner did not disappoint. Our waiter Travis was wonderful and Frankie is always a great host. This is a great neighborhood restaurant for drinks and dinner. Our dinner choices were delicious and ended the evening with some limoncello. Looking forward to doing another cooking class too here hopefully. Give them a try for catering too -- we have always been pleased with the food for parties at our home too.
I took my cousin here for her birthday. Staff was wonderful and food was good but pricy, they charge city prices and I would say while the overall quality was good, it's not quite up to city standards. Would go again for a special occasion. Also I consider this place very traditional American Italian food.
