    Excellent service. Beautiful view of the river. I had the four course meal. Superb. Each course was beautifully presented and thought out. Simple flavours brought together. I loved the herb salad on top of the tartar. The fish was excellent.

    Empfehlung vom Michelin Führer: Volltreffer! Loup de Mer und besonders die Creme Brulé waren der absolute Hit. Auch das Lamm als Zwischengang war herausragend. Guter Service sowie ein schöner Ausblick rundeten meinen Aufenthalt ab. Kann man guten Herzens empfehlen.

    I went there with my family recently, we all ordered the non-vegetarian tasting menu. The service and location were nice but the food was one of the worst I’ve ever had. To be clear, I’ve lived in Frankfurt for two years and I am pretty familiar with the food scene there. I’ve also eaten at one-, two-, and three Michelin star restaurants, and I am very open to trying new flavors.. and yet nothing prepared me for the discordant flavor combinations at Frankfurter Botschaft: too sweet, too vinegary, too cold, too salty, no subtlety whatsoever. I understand that sometimes dishes don’t work out, but when all of the dishes are so out of balance, and six individuals all agreed unanimously, then there is a problem. Very disappointing!
