And if your favorite team isn’t getting you up off your chair and punching the air, our regular live bands and DJ performances will.
The server was great but nothing else at this place was. It took over 20 minutes to get 2 margaritas and a bottle of beer. There may have been 20 people in the place at the time. The manager came over and he did comp the drinks. Ordered chicken nachos and the chicken was so old it was dry and chalky. Way too many great options at Gulf Stream to tolerate this type of service and food.
Great large screen television for a game! Also drink specials and bar bites during a game. This Sunday was extremely loud doe to the TV.
Our server Maria was fantastic!!!
Great waitress! I think her name was Irene???
Best televisions to watch sports! Discounts on alcohol and beer during the games. Food is ok.
Veggie burgers are good. Sweet potatoe fries are delicious. Enjoyed watching the big screen tv for football games. And along with drink specials.
The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. We changed our table for better tv visibility and the staff was great about it. The nachos were good bucket of beer good value. That's where it ended. Rare steak sandwich came out well done. I would barely call it steak. Fries were cold and tasteless. Medium rare hamburger was well done. Chicken fajitas were all peppers and onions. The chicken was little nibbles of chicken barely resembling chicken. I really wanted to like this place but sorry we won't be back
Great televisions to watch football. The server Alex was very friendly but the kitchen service is a long wait! Bar service as far as getting the drinks to our table again was a long wait. Something is wrong with their system We have been to Frankey’s a few times and always the same a long wait
Interesting place with lots of distractions. We were pleasantly surprised to see a couple of large pool tables a recreation area away from the bar. But the service wasn't great, and our waitress, while nice, got our orders wrong.
Great place to enjoy good food and watch a major sporting event. We went for the Preakness Stakes and it was excellent.
I am always surprised the food is not better. Service O.K. Great place though to watch any major sporting event. Fantastic large screen tv.
Two many things to mention that did not speak well for Franky's
1. Checked in as Open Table right on time. Upon arriving home ,Open Table notified me that I did not keep my reservation. After providing the details of my dinner ,Open Table corrected the restaurants mistake. Hostess did not seem to care .
2. It is a loud sport's bar serving burgers, wings etc. Wife received a very small burger with minimal trimming [ lettuce ,tomatoes ,onion. Disappointing at best
3. I ordered Steak Fajitas which was full of pepper.
4. Not a very busy place considering location and traffic during the peak South Florida season.
5. Applause to Jackie the waitress who was a shining star in in a very cloudy sky.
They stayed open later than usual for the basketball game still playing on tv
The overall experience was good, service was fair but could be better, very noise to my taste.
We went on Super Bowl Sunday with 4 friends. One price all you could eat . Great value. Sat at bar Phil and Vanessa bartenders were awesome.. we had a lot of fun .. many tvs .. good easy vibe....
Nice place. Good food. Good service. Fun for betting horses and watching sports
We walked in and there was an unusual smell. It was only sports bar in area and we wanted to watch a college football game on a Friday night. The drinks for an average sports bar were quite high and food was mediocre at best. If you are in a situation like ours you can go, otherwise for. Bother.
My husband and I have been to Frankeys many times, and our last visit on Saturday did not disappoint. We went for the MayMac fight and we reserved our seats a couple weeks in advance. We walked up to the door where there was a line for reservations and a desperate (long) line for walkins. We were immediately taken in after they found our reservation and taken to our seats which were amazing! We had a great view of the fight on the big screen and the food as usual was amazing. Try the nachos or tacos! Great service and amassing experience
Very unsatisfied..smh Made reservations for the Mayweather fight and still had to wait 30 minutes for seating!!! Unbelievable! Smh These people play games and try to get the higher priced seating for your reserved seating..bar business practices. Definitely NOT giving his place anymore of my money.
Jessica was amazing she got us a perfect two for the fight and will definitely be going there for the next five thank you
Great hamburgers and French fries. Truffle aioli was terrific.
The best food I've ever tasted in a Sports Bar!! The service was very attentive and was spacious enough that watching the NBA Finals was great!!
Best suited for meets, which are outstanding, and served by a local farm owned by the same family. Other dishes were fine, but average. Service extremely professional and friendly. Kudos to our server, Jackie.
This was a special Salsa night event. While I do enjoy sports bars on occasion, this was more of a date. They are connected to a more "romantic" restaurant right next door (same owner, can share menus), so it all worked out very well. Our server Ernst was very attentive.
The food was overpriced , disgusting we had the hamburger (worst burger in my life) had no taste just bland, tried spreading the ketchup over the patty to see if it would help of course it did not. The fries were cold and soggy. Best experience our waiter Josh
Great atmosphere. Great location. The food was outstanding and the Watermelon Cocktail was amazing. The server could have been a little better and just a bit more attentive but overall it was a great experience. I will surely come back soon.
Nicely decorated, good atmosphere, spacious and with plenty of sitting space to chose from. The waiters are good and responsive. Very well located in Gulfstream Park. Happy hours are very good and well priced.
Really nice place and watched the UFC fight. Great server too! Loved seeing the staff crew teamwork
This was our first time here. Our server, Anita, was bubbly, friendly and a delight to talk to. She explained all of the offerings and how everything is grown or raised on the owner's farm in Ocala, Fl. All the beef is free range, grass fed. We had burgers this time. The taste was outstanding. Much finer and cleaner texture than commercially raised cattle. There really was a difference. The manager came out to us at least 3 times to make sure we were happy. We liked it so much we are taking mom there tonight. If you go, ask for Anita for your server. She makes the experience that much better!
First time dining at this restaurant... pleasant experience...
Great spot for lunch. My party was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Fresh and delicious food in a clean modern setting.
Misses mark in all levels
The place is very nice to watch sports. Drinks are good too, but the food is not that good, it is average, nothing special
The restaurant was very nice large screen TVs..food was average at best.
My friends and I found this place in Gulfstream and decided to try it .. We were not disappointed ! Great and organic food and a great happy hour
St Patricks day starts for many at noon with the noon meal and drinking that lasts till... Frankey's was out of Corned Beef and Cabbage by 6 PM that means anyone who came especially for their St Patrciks Day Special for Dinner did not have a St Partricks Day meal. We were there by 7PM and were told - we've been out of Corned Beef and Cabbage for a while. I asked are you open on Thanksgiving and do you serve Turkey on Thanksgiving. Yes, I was told but this past Thanksgiving the Turkeys weren't ready so we served Chicken. Publix has plenty of Corned Beef and Cabbage and Turkeys on Thanksgiving. You do what you have to do to deliver what you promised you were going to have and apologize that it isn't our regular but a substitute and let the patron decide. Most holidays don't require a specific meal there are choices but out of 365 days there are only 2 that are meal specific and Frankey's couldn't deliver on either - 0 for 2 in sports terms, maybe they understand that. If Frankey's was an Irish Pub they would have had a revolt and a donnybrook on their hands. Moving on, even the alpha males had their winter coats on. It was uncomfortably cold. Otherwise the food it good and reasonable no problem there. The tv screens are many and large to whoa HUGE, March madness, playoffs, World Cup, Championships etc this is the place to be. It's loud but to surprise not overly loud, it's a spirited loud. The noise level is not an issue. Looks and feels clean, really if you're in a place to eat and it doesn't look or feel clean... All in all we'll be back but not on St Patrick's Day nor Thanksgiving at least till we know they get it right.
Service was horrible food was good however when the manager Ernie came over he made it all a great expierience
Great place to have fun. Good food. Good tvs. Good place to bet horseracing and avoid the high charges at gulfstresm
Our waiter was preoccupied with another table and rarely checked in on us. My daughter had to ask him twice for honey mustard sauce. The food was not very good. The meat in my daughter's taco bowl was charred. My wife's wings were not good. The one positive is that the layout and design of the facility is very well done. We actually stopped at McDonald's afterwards because the food was not good.
Went to watch football and enjoyed the game. Service is great but the quality of food lags and be sure to bring a parka because it is freezing inside!
Great place to watch football. The food is OK
