    The restaurant was good for a pizza style restaurant. The service was good, not great because they had a large party on the outside patio. They were definitely understaffed but our waitress was very apologetic. It was not her fault. I would try it again.

    I am not sure if this was an off night. 4 of us went because of the great reviews. We sat in an area that was very empty which was great. The server was friendly and knowledge. The appetizers were good [mussels and a pear salad] but the entrees were a miss. I am not sure how you can mess up pasta in an Italian restaurant but they did. It was soggy and unsalted [I never feel that I have to salt restaurant food]. The shrimp in my shrimp parm was excellent. The special, flounder, was tasteless. We all left food on our plates, including pretty much all the pasta]. We were unable to find desserts that we wanted [no dessert menu to read so we had to choose from verbally offered desserts]. The coffee was undrinkable [and there was no decaf cappuccino]. I am truly sorry to give review but it was a fail for us.

    It was a nice evening with my team in the restaurant. We had a lot of fun. Everybody loved the served food. But there is a small minus this time because my food was served not really warm

    My only complaint is that the dinner came out way too soon after the appetizers. Seems to be an ongoing issue because it happened last time we were there. Our server Junior was awesome.

    I love this place, especially in warm weather when I can sit outside. Some favorites include the pasta with shrimp, the chopped salad, and the funnel cake fries.

    We started off with the broccoli rabe and sausage. It was really good. We ordered the house salad and that was also really good. I ordered Chicken Venezia and it was excellent. My wife ordered Tuscan Chicken and the flavor was good, but the chicken was dry. My issue was how fast everything came out. We told the waitress when we got there to please space the food out. It wasn't extremely busy. We had about a minute between the appetizer and the salad. A minute after she brought the salad, she said our meal was ready. we asked to please hold it off. As we were finishing our salad, she brought our dinners. They were not very hot since they were sitting in the kitchen for a bit. I would go back just for a dinner, but they need to work on spacing the food out

    Food was good except for the mozzarella en corrozza which was unlike anything I ever seen. It was served as a grilled cheese with mozzarella, not as expected.

    Got salmon and it was very good in quality and size. The lobster ravioli was good, but the portion was very small. Service was adequate but nothing outstanding, considering the restaurant wasn't full that night. No bread brought to the table (expected in most Italian restaurants).

    My only issue with this restaurant was that our entrees came out before we were done with our appetizers. We sent them back to the kitchen. When they were delivered a second time everything was still hot and not dried out. Our server did apologize for that which went a long way with our table. Will definitely be back.

    Meh. Based on the reviews I looked at I had much higher expectations. Frank Anthony's is basically a pizza place with a somewhat more extensive menu. We were a party of 5, but they had other larger parties. Service was not very good, and our waitress seemed completely overwhelmed. She was very nice, but disappeared for long stretches and it was hard to get her attention. The menu was very varied. The food was OK, but it took a very long time to arrive from the kitchen after we ordered. I had the veal Milanese, and it was only OK. The greens on top included roasted peppers (not listed on the menu) and the dressing was quite heavy and both really overwhelmed the delicate veal (which was way overcooked). Overall, if you're in the area, it's probably OK but it's certainly not worth the 45 minute drive for us (we met our daughter about halfway between our house and hers).

    BYOB. Excellent food, open doors and windows create a nice breeze. Very noisy when 3 or more tables are full. waiters are attentive but forget to bring additional items you request, extra napkins, desert and check. They do have parking on site.

    Everything all around was 10/10. The food, the ambience, the service. I can not believe I haven’t been here earlier. I will be going back as often as possible. Can’t wait to try lunch too, some off the sandwiches sound amazing.

    Another great meal at Frank Anthony's. There were 5 of us that were seated right away. Our server was terrific. I had one of the specials, Pork Parmesan. It was delicious. Three others had the fish special. They all said it was real good. My wife had the chicken Parmesan which is always good. We're retired now and living in Delaware (low taxes) but when we come up to visit family & friends we always try to make it back to Frank Anthony's !
