Good experience, nice outdoor area with fireplace.
Food came out super fast!
My husband and I have loved Frank and Alberts, since we first came to the Arizona Biltomore 10 years ago. We usually come for two and a half days, and eat all our meals there. Everything is always good, some, like the meat loaf and the tortilla soup, divine. Salads are also good. Servers are usually quite professional. Sitting out on the patio in the right weather is idyllic.
At the Biltmore Hotel so excellent ambience for Frank Lloyd Wright enthusiasts...service was super and the falconeer with his hawk a delightful experience as we were eating on their patio. There famous chicken salad lived up to its reputation.
Love going there every time sitting outside. Great food, service and ambiance.
We greatly enjoyed the food and service however it was extremely frustrating keeping the flies off of our food and drink. Considering the prices of the menu etc I was very disappointed in having to deal with flies.
Took our out of town guests. Excellent experience
Easter dinner...fabulous!
Had great reviews so we gave it a try...server was very friendly, but inattentive and didn't manage to bring our friends beverage for over an hour after we sat down, actually! The food was glorified bar food, at best. Disappointing given the good ratings. We definitely won't be back or recommend.
Easter Sunday is sort of crazy with visitors, etc. however, with that said, our experience was very good and the value for brunch is good when comparing to other resorts. It is appreciated to have nice food at a decent price. It is hard to understand charges up to $100.00 that some places charge - especially for breakfast. Thanks Frank and Albert’s.
The server was very attentive even though we selected the buffet. The only issue was the space for the buffet is very small and there was quite a line waiting to get food. The host staff were not very nice which is the only negative I have to say about the experience.
As always a wonderful brunch meal with great service and a great atmosphere.
Enjoyed the breakfast buffet
Lovely patio dining. Menu limited but food was good. Server was excellent.
Cute outside table
Our sever was amazing. We ordered a steak that was cooked a lot more than we asked.
Great place to dine if staying at the hotel. Great for kids too.
Excellent place. Great food and super outdoor dinning.
Also terrific to wander the grounds of the historic hotel before or after.
Slow service and expensive food. But the worst of it was I was charged $302 for my $62 meal. I called about it the next day and they apologized for their error and two weeks later it is still “unresolved “. It’s hard to believe a biltmore product can be this bad.
Our server Kala was wonderful! The tortilla soup lived up to the reviews and be sure to leave room for desert. Hubby had the strawberry shortcake and I had the chocolate pot de creme and both were excellent.
Delicious food. We will be back.
It was for my daughters birthday. They did not do anything would be my only complaint, even when I booked it on open table and said it was her birthday and selected birthday occasion.
Food was mediocre at best. Felt like a diner with much higher prices. Assumed because it was located in Biltmore it would be exceptional, but unfortunately, food was not. Service was exceptional, however. Zee was our server and she is excellent.
Food was outstanding, service was great, waitress was very friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!
Beautiful setting in Arizona Biltmore. Elegant ambiance. Excellent service. Very good wines at very reasonable prices. Wood fired pizza looked good, but was not crispy, skimpy toppings.
Awesome place!
We enjoyed a nice lunch here. The chicken salad was flavorful & lived the dressing. My daughter enjoyed the grilled cheese & tomato soup. Our server was very knowledgeable & helpful!
The hostess seated us in an area of the restaurant where no one else was seated. We don’t think she told the wait staff about us. We sat for about 20 minutes before anyone helped us.
Chicken and waffle was so good. Must have been busy because service was a bit slow. I would come back though.
Our waitress Becky was very knowledgeable and caring.
Rained that day which was too bad. Had hoped to have eaten outside.
Next time.
We are love a good rib eye. and went for that. Steaks were not as marbled as a good rib eye is, and were overwhelmed by a sauce too strong. But still a c+.
Great service. Waitress was attentive and knowledgeable about all the items on the menu. Menu has a variety of foods for all tastes and had gluten free items identified. Salads were fresh, colorful and delicious. Food was served in a timely manner.
Cheesecake Dessert to celebrate anniversary was delicious!!
Overbooked for Presidents’ Day weekend. awful service.
Beef short ribs and scallops were great. Our server, Kevin, was attentive w/o being too friendly or overbearing. Prices are the one thing that kept me from giving a better review. Overpriced for what it is.
Lisa our server was awesome!
Did not like that they put us in the “kids room” in back. No ambience.
I took my friend to lunch for her birthday yesterday. The service was outstanding and the food was delicious. Not only that, our server brought a card signed by all of the staff with a small gift from the shop ( coffee mug) to her since she passed on dessert. Truly a memorable experience!
Great!! Love it
Excellent service, great food, nice ambiance for an intimate dinner.
Excellent service and food. Had a chance to dine in many fine dining with my wife. Frank and Albert’s at the top of our list. Highly recommended.
