Great food and service. Glad to enjoy Frank and Albert’s again!
Beautiful restaurant in a beautiful historic hotel. Very good lunch selections, however, portions are small given the high price points.
Filet was cooked
The restaurant was noisy, over priced, with inconvenient parking (at cost). The recent hotel remodeling looked more like an amusement park than a historic building renovation.
Great options. A restaurant you can visit more than once during your stay at the hotel and still enjoy it. Yummy banana cheesecake!!!!
To be honest…. The food was gross, it tasted like nasty duck. It also was incredibly overpriced. Had to pay for water … even though it was only $1… we weren’t even warned? But just weird to even pay for water. 😂 Orange juice is $7 and their brunch menu is so tiny with only limited options.
Attentive service. Lots of options for all members of the family. Accommodating to Food allergies.
It was ok.. maybe I was expecting a little bit more since it’s at the Biltmore. We went there for Sunday brunch
Menu disappointment - different from Open Table menu - not interesting.
Priced at resort levels - $11 draft beer, $14-16 soups etc.
Service friendly but seemed under staffed and not at same level as the hotel.
Food was ok. My steak was undercooked and they served an entree 30 minutes prior to the rest of the entrees. The balloon bread was messy and tasteless but a conversation piece. We were never asked if we wanted refills on drinks. We had to beg for more water and wine. They were extremely quick to pick up our plates…even when we weren’t even done eating. The restaurant was half empty so not sure why there was a rush. Burger was good and the soup was good. Wouldn’t return.
The food, service and atmosphere were outstanding
Underwhelming food with nice service in a beautiful setting.
Great vibe . Service a little slow for the Sunday brunch
Pleasant experience. Our first time back since Covid lock down. We love the Biltmore and loved the renovations!!
Food was good but took a long time to get to our table. Like every other restaurant right now they seemed to be understaffed. Ambiance and atmosphere are always nice, staff was friendly.
All as expected. Quality service and food.
Good Morning Jorge, We were delighted to hear about your amazing dining experience at Frank &Albert’s. We look forward to welcoming you back soon. Bola
Nice atmosphere and good service. Food was nothing special. Daily wine selection was good.
Have been coming to the Biltmore for many years. This is first visit following massive renovation of entire facility, including new restaurant concepts. Frank and Albert was disappointing. First, glass of wine was tainted.....things happen. The "Balloon Bread" was a bit of a bust. Literally a "balloon", which in reality turni=ed into a crispy balloon of tasteless crisp. Margharita pizza was missing sufficient sauce, cheese and crispiness. Monday "special"....Moules frites was a bust. Mussles were well prepared, but there was truly no taste to the broth. I mean no taste. Shocked. So, I am very sad to se the new concept to fail as we love the resort.
The server was absolutely lovely. The food was extremely overpriced for what you got. The bread balloon was fabulous but if you order the BOWL of soup for $16, expect a 1/4 cup of soup. It was actually so laughable that we had to take pictures.
Dined at Frank & Albert's for the first time. Marisol and John served us. They were both super friendly and eager to please. Their recommendations were spot on.
The atmosphere was nice and quiet. The wings, Iceberg lettuce salad, and the Banana cream cheesecake were delicious!!! The cheesecake off the charts yummy!
Lovely grounds to walk and visit the outside bar, to finish off a beautiful evening.
The Arizona Biltmore is pure excellence.!!
Casual coffee-shop ambience inside, excellent food and service. The Bloody Mary's are very good--we all had the Nashville Chicken Sandwich with fries for brunch and it was excellent. We will be back!
Good Afternoon Denise, Thank you so much for your amazing review. I would recommend trying our pizzas on your next visit. We look to forward welcoming you back for another fantastic dining experience!!!! Thank you again, Bola
Great service and u good food although the steak could have been a little hotter. Did I mention great service?😊
I was so surprised when I saw this restaurant has only 3.5 stars (Yelp) before I went. After having breakfast today, I totally understand why people are underwhelmed by this place. The service was poor at best. (The staff put their heads down and walk fast. They, in whole, do not have their attention on the guests) The food was just average. For the venue and prices, I expected to be wowed. Unfortunately there is no wow factor here. Save your money and time and eat somewhere else.
An evening at the Biltmore is perfect for any celebration
We look to forward welcoming you back for another fantastic dining experience!!!! Thank you Bola
The waitress didn’t return to the table to ask if our food was what we ordered and if we needed anything else. The order was wrong and so our eggs didn’t get any colder, we traded off each other’s plate to correct the order. Because she waited so long after the plated food had been delivered, we were not able to order more beverages to eat with our brunch.
The manager came by to ask how things were and I told her what happened with the food and if I could get some hot tea I would be grateful.
The waitress was questioned by the manager and she came to the table and confronted me. It was a very uncomfortable scene for everyone trying to have a nice brunch.
I had the flat iron steak which was excellent. My wife had the pizza which was tasty however uncooked in the middle.
I don't usually write reviews like this but I was so upset and disappointed with my experience here. I dine alone a lot but this is the first time that I felt truly invisible. I was seated no more than 5 steps away from the hostess table so I was in clear view of the staff at all times. After being seated it was a good 15 minutes before I was acknowledged again and not by my server but the hostess who brought me water. Then after another 10 minutes my server came over apologizing to take my order. I ordered my drink and meal at the same time because I had no idea how long it would be before I saw him again. My meal came out rather quickly. I finished my meal and still no drink. No one checked on me for another 15-20 minutes. When I finally saw my server again I asked for my check and to cancel my drink order. He promptly brought my check and apologized also giving me my drink which he said was on the house. He asked if I would like or order a dessert also on the house but at that point I just wanted to leave. I do not like conflict so I never spoke to anyone at the restaurant but they knew how upset I was and could probably read it all over my face. This was a horrible experience.
Lemon ricotta ravioli was delicious!
Limited menu choices especial seafood. Expensive for the food received would not recommend this place.
Place is inside the Biltmore hotel. The food is good but way overpriced for what you get. Expect to pay $25 for an okay burger.
Once seated, I had to seek out management and ask them to send over someone to take our drink order. I asked the server who Albert was and she did not know. My reservation was for noon and the brunch menu was very limited. I asked for a lunch menu and was told that they only have a brunch menu. The presentation of the food was lovely. However, the value just wasn’t there. The space is beautiful and the desserts were delicious. Overall, I was disappointed.
The service was terrible, the food was mediocre. Not the best way to kick off our vacation
Very small portion size for a main salad entree. Highly overrated.
Asked for medium well filet, told to order medium, steak came out rare.
the charred brocolini had no seasoning, so just dry twigs.
Asked for hot sauce with meal, had to ask
Asked for lemon when ordering, never got.
Veal schnitzel dry.
The outdoor dining at this time of year was perfect. My dinner of steamed mussels was delicious, although an addition of garlic bread to soak up the broth would have complimented the meal. Service was exceptional and the meal were presented quickly.
They’ve only been open for a month ... so I think they are still trying to figure out things... service was slow and confusing with prices different from menu? Manager had to fix our check twice !!! Which took fifteen minutes every time he need her. We can say the entrees we had were good.
We made it through appetizer and salads before our drinks ever arrived.
The food was good and nothing outstanding for the value. In fact, the flavors were ordinary and not striking.
At the Biltmore for a conference so kind of stranded. Menu looked good. Got seated and waited. And waited. And waited. Server came by take our orders. Food was ok. My guest’s salad with chicken was missing the chicken.
After dinner we waited. And waited. And waited. Finally another server brought our check. When I asked what was going on he told us that Server 1 was summoned to HR and that they forgot about us. You would think that they could handle their personnel issues before or after shift.
Oh and to top it off, I received an email from OT saying a missed my reservation. Kind of wish I had.
I came from out of town. Brought my family and asked if the was a Sunday Brunch for Mother's Day.
I was told yes and it was spectacular. I was mortified when we arrived to find that all that was available was a diner setting with a very limited menu.
Everyone was disappointed and I was thoroughly embarrassed!
This was unacceptable and never should have happened.
There is a huge difference in "Sunday Brunch" and eating at the hotel diner.
My family lives in Scottsdale, and I visit them quite often.
This was the most embarrassing experience I have ever had.
I would appreciate management contacting me to discuss who set up our reservation.
I took my Mom to brunch for Mother's Day at Frank & Albert's. It was so lovely, from start to finish. They gave her a rose when we first arrived, and chocolates when we left! The food was delicious, the drinks were amazing, and it was such a nice morning. I would highly, highly recommend.
