Watched the 7th game of the World Series!!
The service was absolutely phenomenal! The assistant manager was so thoughtful and generous, and our server gave us recommendations for things to do in the area. A wonderful experience!
Our appetizers were very good, the scallops were excellent and the porterhouse pork chop was good.
Great Server! She was extremely efficient and very knowledgeable!!! Wonderful experience!!!!
The food has been fresh and delicious with SW flavors. Prices seem high, but not experienced with Phoenix prices. Servers efficient and friendly.
Went for the buffet breakfast, which, at $28, is expensive. Ended up paying $48, because I ordered 2 cappuccinos (which were not good) and sparkling water.
I went to enjoy the hotel’s architecture and to have a nice breakfast. The architecture was wonderful, the breakfast not...
Apart from the price, there was little choice and the quality was not the best.
The food was amazing as was the hotel and the customer service. I highly recommend the grits and salmon.
We met friends from Colorado ‼️‼️it was their first visit to AZ BILTMORE ‼️‼️
Our server Zac, was outstanding. He was super nice to my 90 year old mother.
Neither the dining area or patio area were particularly attractive. We were expecting more from a supposedly high end venue. The food was nothing to recommend either. There were not many customers for a Sunday brunch. Just an ok spot if you happen to be staying there, which we were not.
It was awesome everyone was so nice and accommodating. They even celebrated my husbands birthday with a really nice gift.
We had a delicious meal and an outstanding server, who was friendly and helpful. We look forward to returning.
Fantastic birthday dinner!! All staff provided excellent service to make this so memorable for me!
Food was good but steak knife was dull making it hard to cut a very nice ribeye steak. We asked the waiter to slow things down and he did which made for a much better experience.
Our server, Kayla, did an excellent job waiting on us Tuesday night. She was very attentive to our needs, brought our food and drinks out in a reasonable amount of time, and was very friendly and informative. Our group enjoyed the atmosphere and we were seated in the back of the restaurant where we could hear each other talk. We will definitely come back to Frank & Alberts the next time we are at the Biltmore.
Had a nice dinner with my husband on a Friday night. Food was good and service was also good. No complaints.
The food was amazing.
Excellent wine selection.
The reason I only gave 4 stars for the service was because we overheard our server offering the daily special and other options to people a couple of tables over. He never mentioned any of these to us. We may have been interested if we had been given the option.
Simply splendid. I’ll be back whenever I’m in town.
The arts and crafts decor was a stunning setting for our meal. Our waiter was extremely knowledgeable of the food and wine selections. Every suggestion he made was perfect! He even gave us a heads up of the incoming storm so we could leave safely and came after us with the credit card we accidentally left behind! The whole evening was perfect!
This was a celebration for surviving my stem cell transplant and an expression of gratitude for the care and support my sister and girlfriend have shown me in my cancer treatment and recovery. We spent one night at the resort and felt totally pampered. As always the seared scallops were phenomenal. Our server went above and beyond to make the evening so special. I was humbled and grateful at the same time..
Love it here!
Ambience is low energy. Place looked more like a cafe than a restaurant. Service was good and food was just okay. Expectations were higher for a restaurant in the Biltmore.
Literally the best dinner I've had in a long time. i ordered the rib-eye with fingerling potatoes and a side of wild mushrooms. Everything was perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious! My daughter ordered a pizza. It was wonderful - even the crust was so flavorful. The house fries are a must order item! Be sure to order extra citrus aoli with them - you're going to need it. The service was stellar. They were there when we needed them, but didn't hover. I really can't say enough good things about this experience.
I ordered the pork and it was a crazy cut that had a huge bone that wrapped around 2/3 of the cut, more disappointing was it was mostly fat and gristle. The flavor was nice and the vegetables that came with it were yummy. The meat was so unappetizing it turned me off the meal. My husband had the scallops which tasted ok but clearly not super fresh, the sides with it were good. For the price you would expect a lot higher quality.
We chose to dine at Frank and Alberts because we were staying at the Biltmore for just one night and we had our dog in the room. We didn’t want to leave the property and our kids only had shorts so we thought they’d be too casual for the other restaurant. I have to say; this was by far... the best dinner we have ever had at a hotel restaurant. I was blown away by the service and the food was incredible! My husband’s scallops were cooked perfectly and my son’s steak was so tender he didn’t even need his knife to cut it. We didn’t save room for dessert but we were tempted. We talked about maybe visiting the Biltmore for Thanksgiving and if we do we will definitely be back.
Having lunch at Frank and Alberts is a great way to visit the Arizona Biltmore. They have some tours you can sign up for as well if you want to know more on the history of the place. You need to call the resort to get information on the tours, days, time and cost. I could not find out much on tours until we were at the restaurant having lunch. The parking is a bit tricky as well I recommend using the valet parking.
We loved Frank & Alberts. The service was fantastic and the food delicious. My husband had the special fish and chips - portions were huge. I had the meatloaf. Everything was great!
We sat outside. The water misters were not working so we got hot. The food was good but omelet was a bit greasy. Otherwise it was a wonderful experience and we will go back when we are in Phoenix.
Food is excellent!
Father’s Day celebrated late!
Lunch menu very limited. Food options were too eclectic. Not busy, but took a long time for food to arrive. Avocado and chips were the best item ordered. Not at all impressed.
Father’s Day- food was undercooked or over cooked. Service was non existent. The worst breakfast experience we have ever had in Phoenix.
Needs to be updated. Food was good but somewhat looks like a Luby’s cafeteria. Not a great look for being at the Biltmore.
The food is reliability good but a little high in price for a casual environment.
The information I got online about the restaurant was somewhat inaccurate, however, the food was still excellent, and the service very good. It just wasn't as special of an ambiance as I was expecting. I'd go again in a heartbeat, it just wasn't what I'd intended for the evening. But the food was great.
My wife and I both got their burger. It great until we both bit into some small bits of bone. I would expect that a $20 burger would be better quality.
wonderful atmosphere, food and service, great table for two outside
Service was excellent, each of the dishes prepared was beautiful and our meal was delightful
