Frank & Alberts
Dinner specialties such as Braised Short Ribs with Red Pepper Polenta and Crispy Salmon share billing with classic comfort food like Ketchup Glazed Meatloaf.
Lunch offerings include a variety of soups, salads, pizzas, Arizona comfort foods and daily specials.
Lovely time as always. The atmosphere, food and service were perfect.
Food and service was outstanding. The chef sent out a complimentary grilled pepper dish and our server graced me with a complimentary dessert for my birthday. A wonderful dining experience!
Several seating options inside and out. Staff friendly and helpful. Great menu. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. Love the mid century style.
This restaurant continues to be solidly average. Some menu items are excellent and others just are not. There was a real mix of satisfaction at our table. The service is similarly hit or miss. The patio, however, is a lovely setting.
It was fine and food and service were good but of course, being in the Biltmore, a bit pricey (thus the lower star count). We sat in the bar area where the ambiance was a bit better - lower lighting, more intimate.
Beautiful patio dining making our evening with friends most welcome and enjoyable. The food was superior quality, good wine & cocktail menus & even offered gluten free bread. Definitely will recommend to family & visitors for excellent dining in a Phoenix iconic location.
We sat outside on the patio and it was a lovely, serene setting. Our waitress, Becky, gave us excellent recommendations on what to order and went out of her way to check with the chef on what dishes I could order with my particular food allergy. The service was attentive, friendly and we were really made to feel welcome. The Southwestern Caesar Salad was a hit, and the Ancho Butternut Squash ravioli (with added chicken) was amazing!
The kitchen was totally unorganized, and the food quality was terrible. The hotel is beautiful however the restaurant was a huge letdown. Server did his best to make the experience better, but there wasn’t much he could do to control what came out of the kitchen. Will not go back.
Friendly service. Meal was good, standard hotel fare.
Too loud, not seated on patio as requested. Grumpy hostess,. Server too busy for assigned area
Great ambiance and good service but the food was overpriced for the quality. The outdoor seating was great.
Wonderful dining experience. Service was attentive and friendly with the meal perfectly paced. Bright space with a comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommend the brussel sprout salad and the scallops, they were cooked to perfection.
It is a hotel restaurant (Biltmore) but offers privacy and the environment required for a relaxed dinner.
Our party of 10 enjoyed a wonderful experience...worthy of beautiful memories for our Birthday Celebrant! We had three generations and good friends...our welcome and offering of two environments was awesome! Our Server Hannah was a fine example and representative for Frank and Alberts...repeat...repeat! THX!
Excellent restaurant. I had heard about the wonderful hamburgers and was not in the least disappointed. We were there on St. Patrick's Day and they had a free sample of shishito peppers with chipotle sauce that was excellent.
Will be back.
We met friends here on St. Patrick’s Day, expecting to have Sunday brunch at 12 noon. We were handed lunch menus. The waitress was wonderful. She spoke to the chef who made us 4 delicious omlets which were not on the lunch menu.
We sat on the outdoor patio which was beautiful.
Could not have been better!
The outdoor seating is lovely on a beautiful day. The buffet was mediocre-we would not do that again. The menu selections were of better quality. Bacon was delicious.
Great place to take a group for lunch on the patio. Lovely atmosphere and helpful staff that was available. In both occasions in the last couple of weeks the wait staff had many, many tables.
Very friendly waiter. They way he explained his favorite dish, the Meat loaf, caused 2-3 people of our party of 9 to order it. Will be back again!
The Biltmore is a BEAUTIFUL place and this is a very good restaurant. Great surface. We had meatloaf and brussel sprout salad with salmon - both were very flavorful.
The food wasn’t very good. $20 for a cold hamburger and limp cold fries seems a bit ridiculous. The turkey sandwich was hard to eat with a soggy bun and the add-one were so tiny they fell out, making it hard to eat. The setting is beautiful, but disappointing food
The breakfast and lunch menu did not match what was listed on the restaurant's website. We had a similar issue when we dined at Wright's several years ago. Seems sloppy for a high end hotel. Food was tasty but pricey. Service was excellent.
Did not have brunch, but a breakfast buffet. Food was generally good, service was ok. Somewhat pricey, but ambiance is excellent.
Overall it was just a glorified coffee shop. The servers were very nice and the food was tasty, but buffet area was not very visually appealing with some stations poorly replenished.
Food very good but pricey for lunch.
Service was great. Ambiance was fine.
Beautiful location at the Biltmore
Our server, Sherri, was fantastic! She went above and beyond to make my mom’s birthday brunch very special. (My mom is in a wheelchair).
The food was delicious!
Wonderful morning at the Biltmore.
A good place for a quick and tasty meal.
We were seated in a private dining room, which made our meeting/ reunion so much better.
We gathered for dinner with old friends and the food and service was excellent. We had the ravioli, Tortola soup, Brussels sprouts, and and two sister salad.
Very unfortunate that there was not another restaurant open in the hotel during lunch during our 4 day stay...we were tired of Frank and Alberts, as well as the menu....it was too expensive for the menu, and the quality of the food...
Too Crowded, bad planning for this to be the only restaurant available in the hotel for breakfast and lunch....menu got old after 3 visits.....service was slow
Atmosphere was nice
Service was great
Food was excellent
We went here on Valentines Day. Upon arrival they would not seat us even with available tables, to allow the kitchen to catch up. So we sat in the bar. We had to ask our server for a drink menu and then he never returned to take our order. I mentioned this to the hostess and she was less than concerned. We both ordered beef and one medium rare and one medium. After an extremely long wait they both arrived drastically over cooked. The Biltmore is a beautiful location and the atmosphere is lovely but they clearly need to better train their staff.
We enjoyed a dinner at Frank & Albert’s for their 4 course Valentine’s dinner. It was very high class compared to meals I’ve ate before. It was truly amazing and the taste of each course was unmatchable! This was my first visit and I plan to return for an actual extended stay at the accompanying resort.
We spent $200 on a Valentine's dinner in what is definitely the Denny's of the Biltmore. Food was good but over priced. Lighting so bright I felt as though we were in a department store display. Servers were disheveled. And it was terribly noisy. We made a bad dicision to eat here but will never again.
Valentine’s Day. Great night. Great service and food
Excellent food, atmosphere, and service! I had the ribeye which was a perfect medium rare. My wife had the delicious roasted Brussel sprouts with shrimp. We shared a lemon tart to cap off a pleasant evening.
Breakfast was delicious but pricey
Had a great meal here on 2/13/19. Hotel was not busy but F & A's had a nice turnout. Service was very good and the meal excellent. I had Scottish salmon, cooked to perfection with an extra crispy skin - delicious! For dessert, an expresso martini, also excellent.
Highly recommend this restaurant. The ambiance here is terrific.
