First off when we arrived reservation was not ready so we had to go to the bar and wait . Bruschetta brought to the table 2 pieces for four people. . The incorrect salad was brought to one of the guests, but didn’t send it back. Dinner for everyone was OK but nothing special. . The waiter was very inattentive After we ordered our appetizer and dinner, he never once came back to check if anything else was needed, and we never got to order coffee or dessert. Very disappointing. Too many good Italian restaurants in the area we won’t be going back.

It’s was an outing for Mother’s Day, Wedding Anniversary, and my daughter’s graduation. Excellent food, great customer service. We will definitely be visiting this restaurant again in the near future.

We all loved our dinners. A bit pricey but well worth it. I would skip the calamari since there was more fried zucchini than calamari but other than that it was excellent.

Been going here for over 10yrs and always great. Last night we sat for 20mins and had to go to bar to get our drinks, then another 20 mins before anyone took order. Took over 2hrrs for 2 people. Owner wasn’t there so maybe thats whay or they need to hire more help. Food always great and Cory amazing bartender!

We’ve been to Franco’s many times over the years and always enjoyed it. Last night was a big disappointment. We went with friends who’ve only been to Franco’s once or twice. First, we weren’t seated until 7:45, despite having a 7:00 reservation. The gentleman who’s usually at the desk wasn’t there, and the young woman in charge didn’t seem concerned about our long wait time. She kept saying that they were busy and there was nothing she could do. Did the restaurant overbook the time slots? Once we were finally seated, our waiter took our order and never came back until it was time for dessert. He never returned to offer grated cheese, to refill our water glasses, or to ask if everything with our food was all right. When we told him that we were unhappy with his service, he answered that it was very busy last night. This was simply an excuse. We were in an even busier restaurant this night before and the service was outstanding. To make things worse, my husband and I ordered our favorite dish, one that we’ve both ordered many times over many years, and we both had the same reaction: delicious dish but the portions were smaller than in the past. All four of us were so disappointed. We won’t be returning anytime soon.

I have been going to this restaurant for years but it seems to have become better with age! From the bruschetta served before the meal, to the warm bread, excellent choice of wines and generous portions of food, that is always fresh. I think it is at least 5 stars! And always very courteous staff. Even when they are busy during season service is always timely!

The food was absolutely Fantastic. I had to veal scallopini with mushrooms & asparagus tips in a light cream Chardonnay sauce. My husband had the dinner special - 4 jumbo shrimp fettuccine Alfredo. We also enjoyed a nice bottle of wine 🍷

We were early to our reservation but host/manager was very nice and sat us since it was still early and very empty at this point. We ordered drinks and appetizer our drinks come with the delicious bread. We wanted just to enjoy drinks and appetizer for a bit but appetizer did not arrive but our main meal did. It was a bit disappointing and our waiter was very apologetic. Our meals were good not great as we’ve experienced before. The carbonara was flavorless. We finished with the lemon cake it was delicious took most it home.

Every time we go in even if there’s different servers or bartenders they’re always amazing the manager check on us multiple times we actually stayed until it closed I definitely highly recommend and I certainly will go back on top of that the food was amazing

We went for what was supposed to be a nice Easter dinner. Turned out to be rushed, baked clams were literally shells of tasteless breadcrumbs -no clam - half portions, poor service, over priced , no air conditioning and we were 7 people yet they added a 20% gratuity for parties if 8 or more. When i asked they said they changed it. I told them too bad. We're 7 people. Take it off. They did. The restaurant was so good 10 years ago...slowly went downhill. Now we'll NEVER go back.

I think the chef was off last night, because the food which regularly is excellent, wasn’t good. The clams oreganata were bland with plain breadcrumbs, no seasoning, and weren’t cooked all the way. The spaghetti sauce which usually is the best sauce ever, was not the same either.

Absolutely one of the best Italian dinners out in a long time. I recommend reservations. We sat outside which put us at a table in front of a CBD store and next to the parking lot, which was a little weird. Other than the unfortunate seating arrangements, all else was very good.
