On the menu you will find classic American comfort food such as fried chicken, meatloaf, and steak as well as classic French dishes such as escargot, cheese fondue, etc.

Francks wonderful setting, in a quaint cottage style atmosphere, reminds me of going to grandmas home for a wonderful evening of laughter and yummy food. Francks did not disappoint, we had great conversation, with laughter and the food was yummy! Dont miss out on the fondue as s starter or thr entree specials, as the chefs continue to change the menu often adding specials, anchored by some favorite homestyle entrees.

Truly a elebration of God’s creations. Everything we were served from start to finish was outstanding. This is what dining out should be like. Each dish was deliciously thoughtful, creatively prepared and exciting bite after bite. I can’t recommend enough. Go go go!

Have been to Franck's several times. Always great servers (dinner, and lunch). Servers are knowledgable, attentive and friendly. Food is always high quality and cooked well. Good flavor profile. Items on menu can please everyone in the group. Most recently went on a last minute date with my wife and the mood was perfect, quiet, relaxed and unhurried.

We had a wonderful time at your restaurant! It was our anniversary and table by window was perfect. Lamb shank was delicious and our waitress could not be more attentive. We want to go back for the hamburgers.

Simply the best small restaurant in the valley. Tuesday's Tasting Menu is our favorite but we've done the regular menu many times. Outstanding chef, great kitchen and wait staffs, caring and involved manager.....what's not to like. Do yourself a big favor and 'try' this place'!

Heard about this place and figured we'd give it a try. Now we are hooked and plan on going back to try everything on the menu. Fondue is outta this world but be careful, it will fill you up with the single order. Plan on going back very soon in the near future and taking some other couples' with us so they too can enjoy this gem.

Best small restaurant in the valley; actually it's the best 'food' in the valley, period. Robert Perkins is the head chef and he's amazing. The Tuesday Tasting Menu is our 'go-to' evening but we've been there many times for special dinners that are advertised frequently. You can request an email for everything 'Franck's'!
Just tell your waiter.

BTW, the wait staff is superb, as is the kitchen staff. The Manager is Mike DeHaan. He'll greet you at the door.

Salt Lake has many fine restaurants; Franck's is our absolute favorite.

The cuisine was outstanding; creative, unique with a beautiful combination of flavors, and the entire staff was friendly and attentive. It would have been a near perfect experience if we had been seated by the windows as I had requested two weeks in advance for a birthday celebration, but we were seated in a back corner by the kitchen and bathrooms. That said, it won't stop me from returning, you have a great place here and I'm excited to try the hamburger specials!

Service was below average with poor ability to recommend selection of food or wine, a few polite insults about how much butter is in their biscuits (90%!!), so don’t ask for more, cold soup with an excuse of “how cold it is back there), and salty meatloaf. Cocktails were really bad- an old fashioned is hard to screw up in Utah! Enjoyed the pork cheek and the desert the most

We dine at Franck’s regularly. It was good as always. The server had an unusual affect reminiscent of Sheldon on Big Bang Theory. In general, it seems the meal quality and flavor is not quite the same since Franck’s departure, but still really solid meal.

We went to Franck's for the first time for a celebratory family dinner over the holidays - we enjoyed ourselves immensely! The brussel sprouts were excellent, and we had one of their specials - cod over a risotto nere. It was one of the best meals I have ever eaten. My husband and I will definitely be returning for our next special occasion!

Francks is consistently inventive and delicious and the service is impeccable (great host and wait staff!) We always order the meatloaf and fried chicken, although the few times we’ve gotten other entrees they’ve been delicious, we just can’t help ourselves! You will lick the plates (and bowls) of the tomato pie, brussels sprouts and the soup of the day. Order them! My only complaint is it’s a little loud when the dining room is full (and it’s usually full) and it’s a little cold in the winter - I always make sure I wear a big sweater. In the summer we always eat outside on the patio and it couldn’t be more pleasant. Overall it’s our favorite spot for date night.

I loved the ambiance of this place! When we went, it was decorated for the holidays and had just snowed, which made for a wonderful atmosphere on its own, but the service and how welcoming the staff were made the experience that much more memorable. The space feels cozy but never cramped and feels very intimate. We had the pork shank, the sauce on which was one of the single most delicious things I have tasted, as well as the meatloaf - which was spectacular in its own right. Couple the delicious food with a respectable wine list and you have a great place for a date night, celebration, or even just a break from the norm in the Valley. Franck's is definitely going to be my new 'go-to' for all of my out of town guests!

The food was superb. The warm mozzarella appetizer was a unique blend of flavors with an Asian flare. We also shared the signature Brussels sprouts. The ham and bean soup was such a savory treat! The toasty warm fireplace was a romantic and cozy backdrop for our special dinner - and was especially welcome with the snow falling outside. Overall, a lovely dining experience.

Reading the reviews, we were very excited to visit this place. alhough the food was good, we did not consider it exceptional. the brussel sproughts were beyond crispy, they were charred. but the thing that really was a problem was the noise. there was a party of 8 or 10 that must have all been deaf. I literally had to turn off my hearing aids, then could not converse with my wife or the waitress. Thought it was goingto be a problem when one guy brought in a whole case of wine. I know the fault lies with rude people, but management should address this for the enjoyment of the other guests.

As someone from out of town and wanting a great local experience, this was the best one I had. Food was great and appropriately sized for the prices, the service was outstanding even as we enjoyed our desserts well past closing, and the atmosphere was delightful and intimate without feeling claustrophobic or as if we were underdressed.

Franck's is the best small restaurant in the valley; food choices are eclectic and the four-course 'Tuesday's Tasting Menu' for $39 is the best deal anywhere in the city.

Outstanding food: that's the responsibility of Robert Perkins, the head chef, and his excellent kitchen crew. The wait staff is exceptional.

Mike DeHaan is the manager of this place, doubling as 'gardener' in spring and summer. Thanks to Mike the restaurant is a 'dollhouse', inside and out.

Valet parking is twenty feet from the front door. We've been here over a hundred times; don't believe that? Check out the reviews.
