   Service a bit slow, our waitress disappeared for a while. Food was good calamari were great. My Creme brûlée delicious! The piano was a plus, very nice.

    Our waitress appeared to be new and was not attentive . At one point the entire table was out of drinks looking around for 5-10 minutes, with our waitress not to be found. When I got up to find her she was talking with co-works in a corner like her tables didn't matter. Multiple table guests ordered the most expensive steaks on the menu and were overcooked. Since it took so long to get our orders in, we didn't have time to wait for new steaks to get cooked and ate what was given to us. It was also brought up at the table about the inconsistency in cooking vegetables across the 4 steaks orders. Some were good and some were over cooked and soggy. Won't be back for any future dinners or client meetings.

    The bartenders were lovely, I believe Miles was our main - efficient and kind. We were sat after our reservation time, which was inconvenient but not a big deal. It seemed busy for a Tuesday night. Our waitress was sweet, she seemed to disappear throughout the night making it hard to ask for anything. We had the miso salmon skewers, the steak, and seafood risotto (which they can make lobster free). The miso and steak were great, the risotto was not. It tasted both undercooked and overcooked. The steak was perfectly done, and the perfect amount of food to be filling. The miso salmon skewers are something I will dream about, it was a perfect dish all around. The bread they brought out before the meal was also very good, along with the plate of oil/cheese/pepper. It's hard to give this a star rating or recommendation, it was good but not at the top of my list to return to. I would probably go more to sit at the bar and eat small plates.

    We were celebrating my son’s marriage with a special dinner and we were so impressed with how the staff helped to make the dinner special. Highly recommend for a special occasion or anytime! Also the food is amazing!

    No one served our table, we had to find the girl at the front desk to get us utensils and water. Poor service , many waitresses were standing at the corner of the back playing or chitchat on their cell phones instead of offering services.

    Francesco’s was a very nice restaurant with nice ambiance However in my opinion the prices were too high, I expect to pay more for good food but their prices were too high for the portion size. It’s a bad combination high prices and small portions

    We always have a nice time in the main dining room and the live music is always so relaxing and well played. The service I have to say was lacking. The waitress was very nice and she tried to be accomodating but I don't think she had any experience or she was not well trained. When I ordered a particular beer from the beer list she came back and told me they were out of it. But she did not offer an alternative. When I ordered some Sambuca at the end of the meal she looked like she had never heard of it. She came back and aksed if I wanted black or white. I did not know there were two kinds so I asked for clarification She had no idea. She did find out and then proceeded to keep us waiting for a really long time, she came back and said the bar was busy and then finally came back and told me that did not have any. Wow. She left me waiting all of that time and then nothing. Just sorry we are out of it. She could have said sorry we are out of it but I think you would really like XYZ and by the way its on the house for your wait. That would have been good service, but no, nothing. When you pay top dollar for a meal and ambiance a certain level of service is expected. Also, the have 3 fire places and two beautiful water falls in the main dinning room. One two fire places were working, and the water features have not been turned on sense pre covid. Its not a big problem but it does give the impression that the business is not being run to its highest expectation. I hope they improve as I do like the ambiance and the food is very good.
