    There were four of us that each enjoyed a wonderful dish. The service was great. We were there pretty early so it wasn’t crowded. Very enjoyable.

    Came here with a party of 5. Everyone enjoyed their meal, my white fish was exceptional. Service was excellent. Will happily come back here again!

    Our server was fantastic. She said her mother used to work for the company and that she’s been eating the food her whole life so she had great recommendations. She was so friendly and attentive. The food was phenomenal and the ambience was perfect.

    We had a fantastic experience at Francesca's Vicinato Italian restaurant. From the moment we were greeted by the hostess to being seated and meeting our server, everything was seamless. The cocktails arrived promptly, and the service throughout was exceptional. The food was delicious! We had a couple of special requests for vegan versions of the pasta primavera, and they absolutely delivered—perfectly cooked vegetables in a light, flavorful tomato sauce. Our waiter was attentive and checked in several times to ensure we had everything we needed.

    The folks here are always great and it's a nice place for very good food. The restaurant is newly remodeled and beautiful. We have traveled to this Palos location quite often as we liked the "more quiet" feel even though we are only a mile from Frankfort location. The remodel brings with it a quite a bit louder experience.

    Hi Mr. Nepote, Thank you for your feedback. The side room is usually available for seating and tends to be a little less noisy. As for the wall between the bar and main dining area it is waiting for a divider to be delivered and installed along with chairs and bar stools.     Excellent atmosphere. Great food. Wonderful service. Only complaint is cocktails too expensive. $20 for a small pour of Buffalo Trace? Didn’t have Angels Envy. Out of Woodford Reserve. Price and size of drinks will make us hesitate the next time.
