   First time here and definitely plan on coming back. Food was outstanding along with the service. Ashley was helpful sweet and knowledgeable about the menu. All along our time here was incredible! Nice little gem in Palos park

   My dining companion, and I both ordered the same thing which was one of the specials, rookie mistake. They definitely were trying to get rid of what they had. It was a beef pork Bolognese with linguine very greasy flavor was off very bad dish

   Francesca Vicinato is one of my favorite restaurants. They make the best Lemon Drop Martini. The menu choices are excellent from salad to dessert. They offer a lot of gluten free choices including pasta. Celebrating a birthday there is always nice as the birthday guest receives a profiterole with a candle. The wine menu is very nice too. Our waiter, Tacho, was great too. A fabulous experience as always.

   Met here for lunch with long-time friends to catch up and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals in a relaxed but elegant atmosphere. Francesca’s pasta dish was outstanding, as always. Paired with a crisp Prosecco, my meal was delicious. Our waitstaff was above and beyond. I have had only excellent experiences when dining here.

   We usually enjoy Francesca’s very much. This time, however, our waitress messed up our orders twice; we waited a very long time for replacement food and it still wasn’t correct and then charged us $5.00 extra per order for getting a specialized meal. Very disappointed.
