Food is always good. Taylor Street location is more friendly and service is better. Waiter and staff seem to ignore us and be sluggish in serving us, intentionally. May have had to do with the fact that we were to only people of color there.
Great good and service! Amazing desserts! However, needs more options on menu.
We dined in for a late mother's day dinner, 7pm reservation. Very busy but the staff was great and the food was excellent. Had to wait about 10 min extra for the reservation but that's always understandable on a holiday.
Never had a bad meal here - food is exceptional. Will definitely be back.
Mothers Day, way too busy, poor service. Finished with dinner before we got our drink order.
Shame on them they never apologize or comp drinks.
We spent a lot if $$ there.
This eatery consistently performs at a high level, from the outstanding homemade Italian bread(with awesome olive oil to put on) to the delicious deserts. Oh yes and the entrees are great!
Mother’s Day 2018 — lots of people, large parties. All was handled very well; excellent service by Miguel and meal was excellent.
I absolutely love this restaurant. We came here for Mother’s Day the service was fast and the food was amazing I will definitely come back
Cold food. Ran out of soup at 12 noon.
Lucy and Bob were outstanding! Food was great. We were not rushed.
We went fro Mother's Day. The food was excellent and the service was quite good. We have never had a bad experience there and will continue to dine there. The only down side is the noise level can be quite high at times and if you have any hearing difficulties, it may be hard to hear conversations at your table.
The food was delicious. Gnocchi was the best I've ever had. Great service too.
Nice spot for dinner. Great service, as usual with the Francesca’s family. Food was good not great, but would certainly return.
My friend and I had the lunch combo and were satisfied (although they skimped a bit on her soup). The desserts are always good at Francesca's!
Everything great except that mgr wanted us out of our seats at 1;30. I maybe misunderstood that the mgr said a new party was coming in then. I originally told him we might be late but then we were all seated 5 min after time of res. Although I didn’t think it would be an issue that we’d be done by then, we ended up needing an extra half hour. A res shouldn’t be limited to only 1:30 min unless it is clearly stated at the time of booking. We felt rushed at end but we’re given some money off total bill. 18 bucks on $150 bill.
Birthday dinner with family - everyone loved it!
I love the relaxed feel of Francesca's on 95th. The dinning area is very comfortable and spacious.
The linguine with shrimp and scallops were bad. Other entrees were decent.
Great service. Our waiter was extremely helpful. Especially because we were trying to taste a few items from their banquet menu. We already booked a private party for a future date and wanted help with making our menu selections. Our waiter , Hymee, was extremely thoughtful in helping us pick items close to our banquet choices. He spent a good deal of time with us. We had a great experience!
Thank You Hymee!
Very nice evening for celebrating anniversary and daughter's straight A report card. Food was excellent and reasonably priced. Service was attentive.
Food is always consistently great. The pastas are flavorful as are the entrees. My wife had the chicken with sautéed spinach and mushrooms and after she gave me a bite she almost didn’t get it back. My daughter had gnocchi stuffed with fontina cheese and it was amazing as well. The wine selection is great and reasonably priced. We go to Francesca’s pretty frequently and the consistent quality and service keep us coming back.
The server graciously had the Profiteroles
Warmed in the oven . Insuring a crisp puff pastry and therefore a splendid dessert .
The mark of one who respects his establishment and it’s customer .
They had a buffet which I was not expecting. A bit pricey for what was offered, but ok.
Went here for Easter brunch. The food was fabulous although the desert was lackluster and the price for children was a little too high.
Awesome food and atmosphere! Perfect for every day dining and for holidays and special occasions. We visit regularly and have never had a bad experience!
Best waiter ever!
The Restaurant is readily accessible and convenient to my surroundings. The menu seems to have shrunk from previous visits. The food was on time, very tasty and reasonably priced. The wine was reasonably priced, and the service was very prompt and courteous. I have and will continue to recommend this venue to friends and family.
Wonderful restaurant. Service was great. Seated right away.
Never disappointed at Francesca’s 95th !
everything was outstanding , great food , and service.....................................................................................................
First time visiting had a wonderful experience will be back. Oscar was server and did great job.
We came for a birthday and enjoyed the pork tenderloin and striped bass. The fried ravioli were great as an appetizer. Wine he chose was a bit pricey ($65 for each bottle) but very good. The limoncello was great as "dessert" and our wait staff were knowledgeable and accessible without hovering. The room was not crowded on a Tuesday, but just full enough so we didn't feel lonely :)
The LaGrange Francesca's is no longer an option and Palos Park Vincinato is ofter crowded and noisy...so your location may give us a great venue.
No mention of our birthday celebrant even though I was called and asked special about the occasion.
I've been to Francesca's many times, but in different locations, so I was happy when one opened closer to home. I especially like their tilapia when it's on the menu, and the seasonal pumpkin ravioli. On this visit I ordered Linguine Mare e Monte, something I hadn't ordered before, and it was very good. s My husband always likes the pasta dishes or a chicken dish. The desserts are really good---our favorites are the profiteroles and the bread pudding, when it's available. However, all of the desserts are tempting. Our granddaughters love eating at Francesca's because of the children's menu. I think they offer a good wine selection. Service has always been very good.
Food was decent service was not the greatest
I took a couple of friends out for a thank you dinner, and we had a great time. It happened to be their "throw back to 1992" menu, and the food was wonderful. We also shared a couple of desserts and had a blast. The server didn't rush us at all and was extremely attentive, without being overbearing. I would definitely go again.
Super delicious as always
Servers come at you at once as soon as you sit down, but later you don't know who your waiter is, because they split up the jobs and no one wants to come back. very strange. They also let people who hang out by the bar talk on the phone. Twice now, there was a guy who talked loudly for over an hour. This really messes with the ambience.
Another great dinner the pork chops where delicious
Don’t like that I have to ask for bread and water.
