One of our favorites. If I lived closer would be here at least once a week.
We have never been disappointed here. The menu changes often and they are more than willing to substitute ingredients.
service was outstanding, our server Ivan give us a great service and great recomendations about the food and wine, food was okay. I had the Pollo Romano wich was hard and overcooked but the salad and dessert was delicious. I will come back
Nothing to say
The usual excellent food and service. Their specials of the day were based on meatballs but my relative was looking for a pasta dish with meat. They offered a pot roast pasta and a few with seafood but more meat options (bolgnese?) would have been better.
Our server started out great, an older Greek gentleman who was lovely, but after the initial greeting he was hard to find. He seemed really busy and not able to offer much service to our table. The busboys were pretty good with water service but it would have been nice to have more attention during the meal.
I took my friend for her 96th birthday. She loved and enjoyed everything. Especially, the services.
The pizza is fantastic! However, we would love to see some classic Italian dishes offered such as lasagna or even spaghetti and meatballs. The regular menu tends to focus on non-marinara options which are good but some vararity would be a welcome change.
Experience was not great. We ordered salads and entrees at same time. Salads were delicious. I then ordered sparkling water and after twenty minutes flagged down waitress to ask where it was. She said she would get it. Another ten minutes goes by and my friend got up to ask about it. It came five minutes later. Waitress placed it down and said sorry and walked away. You could tell she was mad we asked a manager about it. Entrees came about forty minutes after we ordered. No explanation or apology for the delay. When my entree arrived I almost
The food is OK, not amazing. The salad is very good, the fish is always cooked in too much oil, even when I ask for “not greasy”. Two of us had half a chicken which they liked. One had gnocchi which she liked. Being that we eat here frequently, I would like to see more variety. I am gluten free and they really don’t offer much choice for me.
Went here on sat night. Our server Jamie was amazing she was very busy and treated us like we were the only people in the restaurant. Thank you for making our dinner so fun. We were there talking and they let us stay and talk. Food is always good great place. But a 10 plus to Jamie
Excellent food and service
Excellent food! Everything we had was delicious, and our server was very accommodating with a food allergy.
Excellent service. Food is consistently good. Amazing bread. Chefs are very good about modifying dishes for specific requests. Tends to get noisy when busy. Booths present a good option (less noisy.)
The grilled calamari was good ... but not as good as other places. the pasta dish just average. On the whole, we enjoyed it, but it wasn't great. Maybe it was because it was restaurant week ... just overly busy. Liked the variety of options for the restaurant week menu.
Food is always outstanding. It seems like the quality suffered on Valentine's Day, they had a big crowd that night.
Food was excellent! Service was great, even on a busy night like Valentine's Day!
Excellent food and great service.
The staff was very accommodating when making multiple reservation changes. The food and service were very good. We'll definitely be back.
It was Valentine's Day. They were slammed. But, from the front desk to the wait staff to the food runners, and of course, the kitchen. They were firing on all cylinders. We've been coming to Francesca's North for many years and have held many important life cycle celebrations there. Usually, though, things are a bit lower key there for a nice dinner. But,...it was Valentine's Day. See you again, soon.
Food wasn’t that great!
Been going since it opened, never dissatisfied or disappointed!
Awesome. Delicious. Just wanted a booth with a 4:20 reservation but no go.
Valentine’s Day dinner
Excellent Jamie is the best server she’s great always makes our dinner special.... food was great portions were a tad too small
The food was fantastic and our service was great. The Francesca's closed in our hometown and we made a road trip to eat at one of the Francesca's chain restaurants. We picked a good one. We knew we did when the whole bar was filled with patrons eating. Very busy and we arrived 30 minutes early and they seated us right away. Our waiter was great and did not rush us even though they were very busy. One thing about Francesca's if they have the ability they can make you anything that you wanted. We have had the chicken Parmesan and with their menu changing all the time they made a special order for us as they had it available. It was as good as ever. We also made changes to the pasta sauce as they made it arabiatta. Very enjoyable dinner and we will return.
There was a large party in the same room we dined in. VERY loud. Several couples refused tables there. There was a partition, closing it would have sacrificed a couple tables, so why do that? So what it was too loud, who remembers?
Love this restaurant, this last visit was memorable for the wrong reasons.
Very enjoyable. Good food. Attentive staff. General Manager went out of his way to make us feel welcome.
Our party of 6 enjoyed items from the Bar Bites Menu as well as full sized entrees, including calamari with shrimp. Everything we ordered was delicious. The tiramisu dessert was fabulous and the wine pours were generous. I look forward to our next visit.
Frequent guests of Francesca’s. Salad was very good, roast chicken and Branzino good. Very noisy!! Service average!! Would call whole meal average.
Food is always good. Had excellent service. TAbles just a little too close together and our neighbors not that pleasant. Still a favorite for Italian
This is our “local “ and we’re usually in at least once a month. I’m trying to watch calories and I know I can find items to work with. My husband can go for broke. All the staff are delightful and accommodating
Great as usual
The pea pod salad tasted just like vinegar
My lobster and pasta tasted spoiled and the pasta was like glue
My friend had pasta with calms and hated it
Appetizers were incredibly delicious. Dinner was excellent. Service was spectacular. Our waiter was attentive & kind without ever being intrusive.
Francesca North is always dependable. We've been going there for years.
I had the lobster ravioli and both the pasta and lobster were delicious. The downside was the sauce which was too rich taking away one or two stars from my food rating.
