    Dinner was amazing and our waiter Jorge was amazing. Super helpful with the recommendations. He and all the staff really went the extra mile all evening. It was a great night!

    Atmosphere great ! Service awesome! Food mediocre! Beet salad had no greens at all ! Calamari marinara needed spice added!

    I came here with my parents on my birthday and it was a wonderful experience! They were very accommodating and they held our table even though our reservation was late. All the managers were kind and personalable and even when they got busy, they did not rush our table. They look our birthday cake and put candles on it for us and sang happy birthday to me. The food was absolutely delicious and the bread and olive oil was amazing. Would 100% come back again!

    Like an old actor holding on to their faded glory, this place had holes in the walls, flickering lights, and spotty food. Regarding the price, this place is robbery.

    A real shame. I’ve always liked the Francesca restaurants and look forward to visiting when I am in Chicago. But the Northbrook location is horribly overcrowded, making it both uncomfortable to be in and outrageously noisy. Even the wait staff couldn’t hear us over the noise. The manager did turn down (or off) the music when requested. The wait staff also didn’t remove dirty plates when bringing the next course to our table. Food remains terrific—but this location seems to be in need to some attention.
