Wonderful staff....from management to our super polite waiter. Will be back!

I like this location above all other Francescas around town. Great food at more than fair pricing. Our waiter was great, interactive and fun. Reservation was at 7 PM, got seated about 7:25. It was a bust Saturday night. Calamari perfect, salad fresh and cold. Meals were properly done and served with pride.

The bar did get a little loud but everything was great other than that.

Service was good however the food was not. All I had was the bisque and salad and couldn’t eat either one.

Easter Brunch was overpriced at $38 for the bland selection. Just don’t do holiday’s here, the reputations damage outweighs the revenue of staying open.

The restaurant’s normal operations are rather good.

Had a fabulous Easter brunch. Was so impressed with the variety and the quality of the buffet items, many of my childhood Italian favorites and items not offered in other run-of-the-mill buffets. Very enjoyable!

Always has great food that hasn't disappointed . Have been a repeat customer for years and have not had a bad meal.

Had a greater waiter who knew how veal should be cooked and ensured it was ....... medium rare

Fantastic service by both our water and busser! Pasta was done perfectly and cream sauce was not too much but just perfect.

Glad they have vegan options. Love the side of spinach. They open late till 10pm on Fri and Sat.

Great night! The manager was so awesome and took our kids to the kitchen to show them desserts! Our waiter and service was awesome and we had the best family night! Food was amazing!!!! Love this place!

Good solid Italian food. Menu is updated regularly so always good choices. Waitress provided incorrect info on salad but it was good anyway. Consistently very good food.

Food is really good. Staff is not at highest level. Acceptable but nothing special. Prices are way too high. $17 for a glass of house wine and $12 for a shot of booze. We all got pastas and still spent too much for a quick family of four dinner.

Great management that is the reflected in the servers.

Francesca's Food and service are consistently great. This is my go-to restaurant when arranging dinners with coworkers or business partners. There is something on their menu for everyone.

Liked being able to make a dinner reservation within one hour of arriving. Food was very fresh and tasted like home cooking.

My fiance and I went here on a whim with another couple after having both tried it before and thinking it was just alright. To our surprise everything was fantastic. We both ordered a shrimp pasta dish and the risotto. The service was good, the food was great, and so were the cappuccinos. We did not find it too loud but it does get very crowded on Friday and Saturday nights.

We went for a dinner date on a Friday night. We had a reservation and had to wait a few minutes before we were seated, which worked fine so we could get a glass of wine at the bar. Our sever and the rest of the staff was excellent. We shared a couple of dishes, none of which I would necessarily get again (I can't even remember what we had), but I would come back and try other dishes.

The most disappointing thing is the menu is so boring. The good news is they will prepare items not on the menu if possible . The other night every pasta came with tomato sauce of some kind. I find it too salty The bread is delicious. The restaurant week 3 course dinner was a great value.

Never a bad meal, the fish preparations are my favorite. Entire staff always very friendly.

We really enjoyed our dinner on Tuesday, great pork chop and pasta dinners. Nice of the kitchen to allow up to split our dinner salad. Terrific wines by the glass, and service was perfect. I think Dennis was our server, but the bus help was great also!

I always get seafood dish, it was superb. I prefer the original dining room, the north room is loud.

We love Francesca's - it's a gem in the Western Suburbs. We have been there many times and have never had a bad meal or bad service. Super friendly staff. Try it - you'll love it, too!

Fun place to come anytime. Wish the bar stayed open a little later on Friday and Saturday
night... 10:30-11:00. Its nice to stay at the restaurant to have an after dinner drink.

Great menu & service

The chef created a special version of entree for me due to my extremely low sodium diet. Entree was delicious. Nice to know I have someplace nice to dine and still stick to my restrictions. Waiter was attentive.

The menu is hand written it changes every day.. food is outstanding with Big portions!!! We come here all the time.. definitely a neighborhood GEM!!!

We went to Francesca's to celebrate a birthday dinner. The service and food was good. The room we were in was very loud and it was difficult to have conversations.

Our children got us a gift certificate for this restaurant to celebrate our anniversary. What a great place. Delicious food,great service and cozy ambience. It turned out to be a special evening

I made a reservation for 6 three days in advance. We were given the best table in the main dining area. This was at least my 6th visit to Francesca's Amici over recent years and the food quality has never disappointed. In my view, this restaurant gives very good value

Friday night dinner with a table at the window..great for people watching. Food is always delicious, good portion sizes, great variety. Menu changes daily. A great neighborhood restaurant.
