this restaurant closed before I had a chance to use my reservation!
$5 drink specials and $5 off tapas from 5-7pm.
Some items were very tasty and a good value during happy hour but a few were just alright. A bit on the salty side as I'm still thirsty 5 hours later.
Food and atmosphere was great but service was a tad slow even though I specified I need quick service due to going to another event.
My chicken was not cooked - it was still pink. They got me another meal but did not offer to cover the cost or do anything else, which was quite surprising.
Honestly, I was hungry after the lunch. I got the ravioli. Portion was too small - I don't need a US super-sized portion, but still too small.
I enjoy dining at Four as it meets my needs (and the needs of others I dine with). Normally the food is great, on this occasion, it was okay. The person I was dining with had one of the entrée chicken dishes and thought it was good, mine (which I have order many times before) was different and very acidic. Without hesitation (and without me asking) they remade the dish and it was still not the same that I had come to really enjoy.
So my learning from this experience, is even great restaurants have off days, but I will go back again.
Our waitress was the single thing that made this business lunch so enjoyable. She made recommendations about the best entrees and wine. She was especially attentive and a pleasure to speak to.
This was my first opportunity to dine at FOUR and I was really looking forward to it as I have never had a bad meal at the 'sister' restaurant - Far Niente. Consequently I was 'super' disappointed with the meal as were my two colleagues. Two of us had the daily special - Chicken Schwarma. My cous cous was clumpy, there was very little if any hummus, the pita bread seemed stale and the chicken was not particularly flavorful . Our other guest had the mushroom ravioli and he could only eat about half of it. Wouldn't go back .
Decent lunch under a more relax and casual setting. Good option for casual business lunch.
Choice was good and all diners in our party chose different meals. Our server stood out as she could describe all of the wines and dishes extremely well giving diners the fact-base to make a decision.
