We loved being there! It is wonderful and always a pleasant experience
Never disappoints! Best steak you'll ever have! Everything we've ever tried is delicious.
It was a pleasure to have Four Winds host our pre-wedding cake cutting and dinner. The staff was informative and helpful. Very romantic setting in the corner with a waterview. Will be coming back every year for our anniversary. Thank you to all the staff at Four Winds for the exceptional service.
Always a good experience with great service and melt-in-your-mouth steaks!
Celebrating a friends 90 birthday. Food was excellent, filet tender, & beautiful vegetables. Love the homemade dressings! View relaxing along with attentive service.
We were seated a little bit before our reservation, the wait staff was very attentive and the food was amazing. Everything was timed out nicely and nothing felt rushed.
As always, it was a wonderful experience! Everything was delicious!
My favorite, the food, the view, the people. All in all a great place to go.
We went for our Anniversary and it was very special, the food was outstanding and the service was great. The view was tranquil and relaxing!
Food great as always. For some reason felt we felt we were being rushed - first time for that. Or could have been the service was so good we flew through the meal!
Will go back soon.
Located in a beautiful area with a country view. It was very relaxing, yet sophisticated.
Amazing as usual! Chicken fried tenderloin was so good!
Excellent food! Always a delicious, relaxed meal with good conversation. The noise level is just right to enjoy conversation with those you are dining with. The service is outstanding as well with just the right amount of attention - NOT hovering or talking too much.
Another lovely evening at Four Winds Steak House.
Excellent service and food. JB always does a great job!
We have eaten here before and had great experiences each and every time. We have moved away from the area and when we had the opportunity, we hurried right over. Obviously, the steaks are the big draw and rightly so, but we've had other entrees in the past we loved and this time my wife ordered the pecan encrusted catfish. Fabulous!
I love this place, will go again and again and again!
Four Winds is a family favorite for us. We were there this week for a birthday & like always the staff did not disappoint. The view of the pond is beautiful & by arriving early for dinner is was quiet and relaxing.
Everyone at Four Winds made our dinner enjoyable. From the receptionist to the wait staff, all were friendly and most helpful.
Our food was prepared as ordered, and everyone enjoyed the appetizers, salads, and main course. And, of course, the desserts were delicious.
I would like to recognize Abbey, our wait person. She was attentive, helpful, and patient.
Another enjoyable dinner at Four Winds. And we will go back.
We have been here before and enjoyed ourselves and while I can't say anything bad I feel that for the price it should have been a little bit more. We had ribeye that came out barely warm, au gratin potatoes that anyone could have made, carrots drenched in honey (I think), and asparagus drenched in butter, we each had a salad that was just a salad, and for dessert we shared a chocolate mousse thatc. While I can't say it was bad, I can't say I want to repeat. I could have made any of this myself. We went for our 29th anniversary and the waiter didn't even ask if we were celebrating anything. Service reminded me of anything I could get at any restaurant anywhere. I guess I just feel if your bill is going to be $150.00 for two (includes a bottle of wine), the service and food should be exceptional. We want a place we can celebrate our special occasions at that we feel special (not over the top just this was better than any of our local restaurants) and worth the drive, money, etc... So, I do think it is worth a visit but I think we will try a new place for our next occasion.
Melt in your moth filet, perfectly done vegetables, hot homemade bread, yummy crab cakes and excellent wine. Attentive and friendly wait staff. Beautiful setting on a ranch. More than worth a long drive for a memorable experience of quality and atmosphere.
We were here for my husband's birthday. It was fabulous! Our steaks were tender, juicy, and cooked to perfection. Our hostess was attentive and friendly. The noise level was high, but overall it was a wonderful experience!
Best steak you could ever sink your teeth into. I've been to many steakhouses and Four Winds is the best by far! Ft. Worth doesnt even come close. The sides are just as awesome!
Very cute steakhouse on a beautiful ranch 50 min. East of downtown Dallas. Food was delicious and the staff did a great job of serving and accommodating birthday requests.
Very nice, a little pricey but worth it. Will eat there again. Nice special occasion type place,
Very good food, nice setting in the country side. Best service ever! We will be going back soon.
Elegant yet comfortable. Excellent food and service.
Good food, good service, good value, best kept secret in the Dallas area!
This is a restaurant with a lot of potential. First and foremost, the food will not disappoint, especially the steaks. They are done to your choosing and come out how they should. However, don;t expect the food to come out in 5 minutes. Give them some time. Our food came in about 30 minutes which was a bit on the long side. Regarding the food, it is good and well cooked, but it is not presented in a way that is compelling. There are no garnishes, no sauces, nor attention given to how the food looks on the plate. The giant bone-in rib-eye steak will come with some sauce on top, and, while it tastes fine, it looks sloppy. Furthermore, the sides are family style and are plentiful, but all come in the same dish and do not look very appealing (even though they are good, albeit a bit too buttery).
The service was also good, but somewhat lacking in training. The waiters will not give you a detailed specials menu, nor entice you with details about the food and how it is prepared. Our waiter was good, but did not know some ingredients or what some of the culinary techniques meant that were on the menu.
Lastly, because the restaurant is far away from Dallas and located on a farm, one would think that the meat and vegetables are local. There is no reason why the beef has to come from who knows where when one can see cows our the window of the restaurant. Same thing with the vegetables. This is a missed opportunity to support local farmers and assure the best and freshest quality.
Overall, it was a good experience, just a bit off the mark to really be an excellent experience.
Delicious food and great service! We visited Four Winds this weekend to celebrate our anniversary with some friends, and had an amazing time!
If I’m ever sentenced to the electric chair I will request a steak from 4 winds as my last meal.

First time here and will not be our last. The bone in ribeye was amazing. Wife is a vegetarian and she loved the options for here there.
Very disappointed, poor service food okay, beautiful views.
Awesome food in a great setting, we’ve never been disappointed. Best part is not having to drive into Dallas to spend twice as much .
Wonderful as always!
Great steaks and service. Niki was our waitress and could not have better.
We have been coming for years and always very good.
Great as usual! My sisters and their husbands joined my husband and me and we all had a great time! The bread, salads, sides and steaks were all perfect and the desserts were delicious! Oh, the wine was good too! Also, you can't beat the prices!
Amazing steaks, creative appetizers and attention to detail make Four Winds stand out. The fact that a restaurant of this caliber is located in rural Wills Point, Texas makes it an even better place. Try the onion rings.... you won’t regret it!
My filet was very tender & flavorful. Cooked to perfection. Service was great.
I would have rated it a little higher if the service had been a little better. Restaurant service was an 8 out 10, but the bar service was a 5. There was an unordinary amount of wait time between salads and our dinner food being served. I believe it was 25-30 minuets after we finished our salads. Once served, the meal was very good and I would definitely recommend the beef tips; fantastic! Worth the drive.
