Four Winds - An Asian Restaurant
Food is delicious and there is a many dishes to choose from. The service is excellent even on an extremely busy night when everyone is trying to get in before a concert. The wait staff couldn't be nicer and somehow they seem to remember your name and the dishes you like to order.
The best Chinese food ever! We always love to eat there when visiting Bossier!
My first time there! Food and wait staff we incredible! We will definitely be back!!
We do not gamble. Our only reason to visit is to eat at Four Winds.
A little disappointed this time. Food was not as good as we remember it being on our previous visits!
The service at Four Winds is absolutely fantastic!! The food was just ok but we will go back because our server Mary made us feel so special and so appreciated. Also, the two young ladies that greeted us when we first arrived were just so so sweet and seemed to love their jobs so much!! It was a really great experience!!
Wonderful as always!
Great service and friendly staff!
Always enjoy four Winds. Wish they were open more days. We always ask for Andria as our waiter. She is wonderful and so attentive! The meals have all been great! The portions are so large that we always take some home. A great place!
My wife is a lover of Oriental cuisine. She said her meal was the best Chinese food she’d ever eaten. Service was great, waitress was exceedingly pleasant and attentive. Wine glasses were full. Meal was a bit pricey, though. Overall, a 5-star experience.
we always get walnut prawns. Your rice is the best
First time at this restaurant. Food was excellent. Looking forward to going back.
Very unorganized Restaurant & staff. They sat guests without reservations before one's like us with reservations. Did not have a cocktails menu, and since no servers approached our table. So after watching others get served, and waiting 20 minutes, we went to the host to find out what was wrong. They lied and said they thought we were waiting for 2 additional people, after they earlier cleared the additional place setting, while seating us. The 2 dinners we ordered arrived 20 minutes apart. My wife ordered the whole lobster, which arrived first. The food was good, but I waited another 20 minutes for Mongolian Beef, which wok fried should take about 5-7 minutes. Due to the poor start, and the staggered dining experience, I would not recommend the Four Winds Restaurant at the Horseshow in Bossier City, Louisiana.
We love their food, never disappointed. They are so professional, great atmosphere, also love Annie!
The atmosphere was lovely and elegant.
The service was amazing. The food was very good.
My only disappointment was that the bill was brought to the table before we could put our forks down.
I would certainly recommend the Four Winds to anyone looking for a fine dining experience.
The service was great! Food was FANTASTIC. Truly wonderful!
Delicious! We had the lettuce wraps as an appetizer - so tasty! The portions are large so four of us (ladies) split 3 entrees and an order of rice. Highly recommend!
Outstanding service and food!
Great service and food.
Our favorite place to eat in Shreveport. Always consistent and great service!
Our experience at Four Winds is always a positive one, whether we are eating alone, or entertaining family or friends.
At the time, the restaurant was not busy but there was a long wait time for drink refills and the check. The server was busy talking to other employees, so I sat and waited. The food was fair to good. Crab Rangoons were not very crisp and that was likely the best part of the meal. The fried rice was good, but it was a $10-$12 upgrade FOR RICE.
Always a wonderful experience!! The service is great and so is the food
Everything was excellent. The service was awesome. The timeliness of the food delivery was spot on. Every one was very courteous and helpful. The food was excellent. We had to take some home, but it was eaten right away. Will be returning soon.
Four Winds is a wonderful place to eat while in the Bossier area. The food is always amazing. The wait staff is top notch. This is my favorite place to have a nice quiet dinner.
We eat here whenever we come to the Horseshoe. Food and service are outstanding. Try the orange chicken and fried dumplings! Martini's and wine are great too!
For a fine dining experience, this restaurant falls flat. The food was no better than an all you eat Chinese buffet. 21$ for an appetizer that tasted like reheated frozen food. We spent $140 for 3 people, which included 2 drinks, tax and tip. We felt totally ripped off and very disappointed in this restaurant. I would not recommend.
Where always impressed with Four Winds! Some of the best Asian dishes in Bossier/Shreveport.
Was really looking forward to good Chinese food!!! Had read really good reviews!! I Was SO disappointed-Spring Rolls were terribly greasy. The sweet and sour chicken was just yucky-soggy, big slices of chicken breast - not much sauce and very little flavor. Kung Pao chicken was ok, a little sauce - but very little seasoning or heat. They were extremely eager to take plates. We really care to eat anyway.
This is a wonderful Asian restaurant in the Horseshoe Casino. The crab and asparagus soup was divine as well as the chicken lettuce wraps. We have dined here several times, and each time has been outstanding. Other great items: lemon grass soup and steamed lobster.
Excellent: clean , friendly staff, great service, generous food servings and delicious food
Food and service was outstanding. That says it all.
The food used to be GREAT!! One of my favorite places but the past 12 months or so the food is prepared different and has a different taste and flavor which I do not care for. I do like their lettuce wraps but will not order anything else
Good food but incredibly slow service. It took 1 hour to receive our appetizer.
Very large portions which are good for sharing. Spring rolls, dumplings, lettuce wraps to start. Moo shu pork, Mongolian beef, Kung pao shrimp and comb fried rice. All excellent. Service very good. Wine list could use more selections.
We love Four Winds at Horseshoe Bossier City, LA. They have THE BEST Asian cuisine around. Great service, and food is made to order. Spicy, or not; add or subtract ingredients. Even picky eaters will find something they love. Never disappoints us.
Food was delicious. Service was impeccable. I would go back in a heart beat.
All of our food was cold. They did not charge us
We usually eat at Binion's when playing at Horseshoe in Bossier City--but since we have discovered Four Winds, we have usually eaten there instead. The service is impeccable--"Miss Mary," is our preferred waitress. She is sincere, attentive, and fun! The food is outstanding.
Food was very bland. Wine was $16 per glass. Little out of hand.
Excellent service and delicious food!
