The overall experience was great. But the service at times was slow. Drinks took 10 minutes during
dinner. There seemed to be too much time between courses although that may be the plan. Most of the food was great. However my the starch side with my salmon was very salty.

We had a wonderful time. Our driver John, who took us up and down the mountain, was fantastic. He helped us get into and out of the snow cat and asked if we wanted to ride in the front with him. Before we left he explained what to expect and turned on music for us. Our Maitre' D, Cliff was amazing. He explained how the night would progress before we entered the building and was constantly checking on our table and making sure we were satisfied with everything. Our waiter Wyatt was extremely attentive and pleasant throughout our entire experience. The snow cat ride both up and down was beautiful.

Lovely evening. Everyone goes out of their way to make it extra special. Food is great, good wine list, friendly wait staff. It was paced nicely - but be warned it’s a lot of food so arrive hungry!!!

We would give this experience more stars if we could. Everything about it was great, we'll go again and have been recommending it to friends. We were able to watch the lights come on in Steamboat as we took the gondola up. We had a drink at Hazies (not sure I'd recommend that though as two drinks cost us $25 which was only $3 less than the excellent bottle of wine we had a Four Points). Then we loaded into the snow cat and headed up to Four Points. Lucky for us it was a clear night, and the night prior to the full Super moon, so heading up in the snow cat was a magical experience as we watched the moon rise in front of us. The snow cat ride was fun and pretty smooth. Then when we arrived, the night got even better. The maitre d and all the staff were excellent - thank you Nick(?) from New York, via Whitefish, for your excellent service. And the FOOD!!!! Everything was fabulous and each course was just the right portion for an excellent taste without being over or underwhelming. One of the best meals we've ever had. It's not a cheap night, but we thought it was great value for the experience, food, and service, loved it! (I wouldn't recommend taking children.)

Four Points was an incredible experience. Riding up in a gondola to get to a snow cat that takes you to the restaurant is the most unique way to get anywhere. The staff was very attentive and the food was outstanding.

Gondola ride on a clear night is not to be missed and we loved the snow cat ride up to the restaurant. Food and service were superb, beyond what I expected! Fantastic way to spend our last night in Steamboat. We will definitely book this again on our next trip.

This was our second time - we had eaten here a few years back. I can say the service is exceptional this year. From the gondola ride at sunset to the cat ride up the mountain was an amazing experience. The dining was equally as amazing with exceptional service. Having dined at every mountain restaurant I think this one has the best service. You are greeted on the cat at four points by the Cliff the manager - it is clear he has a passion for service. He stopped by multiple times to ask about our night. Throughout the night there was live music on keyboard which was perfect for the multi- course meal. My husband and I both had the lobster bisque and the lamb chop special which was exceptional. The cheese, pasta and dessert course were equally as good but don’t require any choices. Looking forward to returning next year!

The ride up the mountain in the gondola followed by the snowcat (in a heated comfortable cabin) were great and highly recommended. The food was really good along with service to match a high end restaurant. Comment on the value is that we payed an up charge for Valentine’s and I would have expected something different or extra for the charge and we did not get it. The normal price I would have increased my rating. Would recommend and would go again next time we are in the area. I would take all of the chefs recommendations - they were amazing.

Food was good but not worth the price. You would never know it cost $400 for two people since they never tell you a price. Cliff the manager and John the driver are the only reason we would consider coming back. Atmosphere was very chilly where they placed us and they left us and made us wait 20 mins to get a different ride down the mountain. The experience is once-in-a-lifetime but the cost almost caused me to fall over in my chair.

This is my third visit to the SnowCat Four Points experience. I have enjoyed in the past but things have changed. The cat is greeted by the "maitre d" who was dressed more like a car salesman. His emphasis was on payment methods. Our party of four was last served but pushed to finish to catch the ride back. The servers were men/boys with man buns and stringy surfer hair. The oral presentation was poorly memorized.

The food was interesting and generally tasty. My salmon was not. The appetizers were presented on one small plate at a large table for four, very impractical and very sparse. The desert was delicious but presented with a sales pitch for a desert wine that turned out to be $25 a small glass. I will not be back unless assured that changes are made. The meal was over $500 for four.

This was our third time doing the Four Points Snow Cat dinner. It was amazing again. The food and service were outstanding. We were a party of 4 and could not decide on whose entrée was better - they were all outstanding - lamb, pork chop and the pasta special. The portions seem small at first but considering it is a 5 course meal, it was plenty.

Our group of locals and out-of-towners had a fabulous time at Four Points. From the gondi ride complete with blankets to the warm snowcat, the trip up was a blast. Then to be escorted into a thoroughly transformed Four Points hut, with linen tablecloths and candlelight, and a tasty amuse bouche and wine tasting before we went to our table, set the scene for the excellent dinner to come. Our favorite course was the ravioli tasting, although the red onion soup and veal chop were crowd faves. We will be back!

We enjoyed the experience of riding the snow cat at night to Four Points. The service was excellent and attentive. Everyone in our party had a different entree so we had some idea of the menu. All entrees were well prepared and excellent. The soup, salads, appetizers were excellent as well. We enjoyed the evening and would recommend to others.

The best part of the night was the trip to the lodge in the Arctic Cat. Unfortunately, the dining experience was very disappointing. The servers were nice, but the food quality does not deliver for the price point. Do not go here for a gourmet experience. More like overpriced Olive Garden.

The experience was nice on the Mountain. The snowcat ride is not nearly as nice as the sleigh ride to the other mountain restaurant- very closed in.
The restaurant is nice but still the daily ski lodge made nicer. My view was of the hallway to the bathroom.
The food is good but the experience overpriced.
The service was excellent and the staff very welcoming.
