   Great food for the Brunch. Emily, our wait staff went out of her way to ensure we had enough water and coffee as well as clearing our plates off of our table. Emily always has been a great wait staff every time we come for a meal at Swann Terrace.

   I found Swan Terrace to be a lovely place for lunch with very comfortable chairs and pretty upholstery and carpet. However, there were no menus. I was told that lunch was served at the buffet. The dishes on the buffet were quite spicy.The broccoli and desserts were good but nothing else. It was disappointing. I would recommend calling first to ask about the foods on the buffet before reserving a table.

   The Swan Terrace was so beautiful. I really enjoyed the food, my date thought it was mediocre. I loved the variety. I did not realize that the seating arrangements were so different. I assume if you arrive early, you can get the comfortable seating in the main dining area. The area was noisy, but it's to be expected with that number of people. Also since so many people are waiting to be seated at the same time, there is a line and a process to be seated. It was handled pretty well; still chaotic. The service was good; no complaints. Overall, a pretty good experience.

   We went for Mother’s Day brunch buffet this year and it was busy. The check-in process was easy and we were seated quickly despite the large group of people. Overall, the food was pretty good, but the quality was not that great given the price.

    What a beautiful venue! We had the perfect dining experience all around, from the very pleasant staff to the delicious food. I'm so excited we found this place. The grounds are beautiful, my little girls enjoyed exploring the gardens after dinner. Easily a new favorite!

    Not much fresh items. Omelette that was made for me was very good. Chicken was dried out. They give you one small piece of roast beef. Salad bar was ordinary and dessert area needs some help. I would not go back for the money you pay.

    Not our servers fault but she was attending two large parties and it took away from our table. It was hard for her to keep up. Anything we wanted took longer than expected. I would recommend if a server has a large party other people should be assigned to the smaller group tables. Food was OK.

    Extremely poor organization at the time of sitting. The people in charging of sitting guests were overwhelmed. We tried asking questions, and lost over 20 minutes trying to get our names on the list to get sitted even though we had a reservation.

    Our first time for a holiday brunch and on balance, it was pleasant experience. Our server, while professional, seemed to have more tables than she could easily accommodate. Organized seating arrangement and everyone we spoke to was professional and friendly. A nice variety but surprised on Easter that besides ham, there was not lamb or prime rib. But everything we tried was well prepared. When we went to the desert table around 2:40, there was little to choose from at either table although folks were bringing more pies out, but there were more customers than deserts at that moment. We were surprised that an automatic 20% tip was charged for a party of 2. We are accustomed to this practice for parties of either6-8 or more, but then this practice is advertised on the menu. We did not see this advertised anywhere, nor did we see the menu for this holiday brunch on the restaurant website. Appreciated the live piano player but it was difficult to hear from where we were seated.

    WE have been frequenting Swan Terrace for holiday buffets for years. We arrived hopeful, and were so disappointed. We were not told that there might be overflow seating. Instead of eating in the lovely main dining room with the large window with lovely views and small intimate tables, we were dumped in an interior banquet room - made to feel like forgotten wedding guests. The food was meh - and the waiters untrained. My coffee cup arrived without a saucer and sans milk or sugar. When asked for the items, there was not a yes ma'am to be heard - ok, yup, yeah. He showed up with a large silver urn of milk and poured milk into my coffee. That was new. The performance was repeated for my second cup. And for all of this, we got to pay what those diners in the main room paid. Never again. You lost us.

    The food has been better at past holiday brunches. The omelettes were good. I don't feel that the food was worth $55 per person. We had the most fun at the petting zoo. It was nice that there was an egg hunt, but my daughters were too old to participate.

    As usual the food was good but lacked the variety as compared to the past. The service is always great and very pleasant. The added "service charge" is set at 20% so pay attention to your bill. The piano is a nice touch but too loud as holding a conversation at times was difficult. All in all a good place for special occasions.

    The quality of the food has definitely declined over the years. Easter brunch only added to the decline. Food was only semi warm and the crowd created even more challenges. While the servers attempted to keep up with the crowd there were too many people to provide adequate service. The Easter brunch was excessively overpriced for what you received considering the lack of quality in food and service and the crowd you had to battle to get your food.

    The food on the lunch buffet was very good. The seating was comfortable and accommodating for large groups. The service was not good, there appeared to be only one server. Fortunately we did not have to wait for the food, since it was a lunch buffet.

    Went for Sunday brunch, lots of people there at beginning and we had to wait in line despite having a reservation after the opening time. Once we got to the desk we were seated immediately. Kailey our server was excellent. She immediately put us at ease and provided top notch service and was very attentive to our needs. The food was very good I started with the raw bar with oysters, shrimp and smoked salmon. Omelet station provide a good assortment of ingredients and provided a nice size omelet which was easily split between the two of us. Carving had prime rib and corned beef which was juicy and tender. Salad bar was ample with fresh ingredients. There were also breakfast meats which I did not try. Weakest part of this buffet was the dessert bar which was average compared to the other sections. Overall a great experience and spectacular service thank to Kailey. We had been to this brunch before and would definitely return based on this experience. It is a great value consider the items offered.

    The food is always excellent. The noise level is a little high due to a live piano in the background and conversations happening simultaneously. There was a line to enter the restaurant even with a reservation. The wait was 20 minutes or so. We plan to visit again.

    I love the setting here, it’s a beautiful place. The prices are higher than the quality should allow and on this visit the service was very slow. There was a wedding taking place while we were there and I suspect they did not staff appropriately. First we were left standing at the hostess stand while the hostess was on the phone without being acknowledged by her at all for 7-8 mins before a different person finally came over and found our reservation and sat us. Service was slow throughout the meal but the waiter was kind and was trying his best. I like to visit Swan Terrace to make special occasions exceptional but this time they missed the mark.

    We took our family including 4 children ages 5 to 13. Everyone found food they enjoyed. The offerings included prime rib, oyster, shrimp and salmon. Typical breakfast buffet items also available. Desserts were excellent. Very nice time.

    My experience was everything! This was my first time celebrating a Valentine’s Day with a spouse and it was everything I imagined and more. Eric made the night very pleasant as well and my son loved his food also they were very accommodating for last minute changes to my reservation. Will definitely be back!
