   I booked a table for four for dinner but when we got there we were sat in the lounge that area would be nice for having some drinks with friends but I don’t know how that expect someone to eat a meal at a 1’ round table 2’ high. We were told that there was a private event going on in the dinning room. There was a call to verify our reservation, at that time it should have been communicated that the dinning room would not be available.

   I really enjoy the Foundation Room lounge and this was my first time to dine in the restaurant at the FR. It was awesome in that we had the place to ourselves...great music playing and the decor is very cool, too. We had great service, too. I think the only reason why I can't give it a better review is that the menu has been pared down so much that the dining options are now pretty limited. Photos uploaded to OpenTable by the FR of all the great food they serve were not at all similar to what is still available in the restaurant. I'm disappointed in the selection, but what we did order was pretty good, just not legendary enough to want to order again. The wagyu burger was cooked perfectly as asked, but nothing special about the presentation. Aside from that, I still look forward to returning to try something else next time.

   Dan and the staff were amazing, the food was of incredible quality. The ambience is beyond enticing. I must for any occasion.

   Our waitress was busy, but attentive and gracious considering most of the diners were there before a concert and pretty much all arrived at the same time. The food was delicious & I loved the atmosphere in the restaurant! It was all together a wonderful dining experience.

   We had a reservation for over a month. When we arrived we were pleasantly greeted in the HOB and sent up to the Foundation Room. We were asked if a high top in the bar was ok (even though there were plenty of wide open tables) - we said yes, but that was not knowing that a group of about 20 people would be arriving and taking up the sofas located right next to us. Needless to say our table was knocked into several times, by people tripping over bags in the isle or getting around the large group - not off to a good start. We ordered 2 appetizers and drinks. Waited 30 minutes for the first appetizer to arrive. Our other appetizer was the tacos - our server told us she was sorry but they ran out of pita (it was 5:30 res) and had to run out to buy some. I am getting figitty now. But she kept wanting to serve us more drinks - of course at $15 - $20/drink! call me cheap, but the wine wasn't even that good, especially at $18/glass. Of course the cheaper one we asked for - you guessed it - they were out of it. My cucumber cocktail was delightful - best part of the evening. Now for the food - meatballs over ricotta with red sauce and toast - not bad, but by the time we got them, they were cold - not good. We could have used a few more pieces of toast, but at this point with the big group it was hard to get the servers attention. The tacos finally arrived and they were luke warm at best, but tasty - only thing was they kept coming back on me all night. I'm sure the people next to us wanted to die. All in all it was not the pre-concert experience I was hoping for, especially since we don't get to go down to the city that often.
