We had been here before and had a better experience. However, on this night we knew what we wanted ahead of time as we had looked at the menu online. We ordered our drinks and appetizer from the start. We were brought out water first. My wife's glass had lipstick smeared on the rim of her glass. The server took back to bartender who laughed as he handed her another glass. Next we ordered our dinner meals. We waited and after a drink and a half were brought our dinner. We asked about our appetizer and server replied that she had forgot. At this point it didn't make sense to wait on an appetizer with our meal in front of us. We ate most of our dinner but needed boxes to go. At this point our server apologized, went to speak with her mgr who offered a free dessert. We declined. We didn't want dessert and were full even if we did. We asked about some sort of discount, maybe in the amount of what a dessert cost? Dirty water glass, forgotten appetizer, never saw or spoke to the mgr personally?? The server again went to speak with the mgr and she informed us that he/she reluctantly okayed the discount of $4.50 from our $70 meal. Overall, the experience was very disappointing. Our server was ok, checking in on us frequently and friendly, she just completely forgot our appetizer and never noticed the red lipstick on water glass. The food was mediocre and took way too long to arrive on a very slow night with very few patrons near closing time. Management was where the biggest disappointment was. They acted very unprofessional in my opinion in having the server smooth things over and being their middle man instead of introducing themselves and offering an apology in person for the poor standards at their restaurant. We expected much more from this gastropub. There are many, many, other dining choices in NWA where they know how to treat and retain their patrons.
Had a great experience and the food was amazing! Our server was terrific and made great recommendations.
Always been a fan of fosters. Just got a plate that was a great flavor. The salmon was a little bland and dissapointing.
This was our first visit. Overall we were disappointed. As a group of four, some of our meals were adequate, the others were less than adequate. We dined on a Saturday evening at prime dinner time and the restaurant was less than half full. I’d say that speaks volumes! Oh, and the meals were overpriced a few dollars per dish, for the food quality we received. Too pricy for a casual atmosphere restaurant.
Garlic Parm Ckn was dry. Team Wait staff concept usually works well, this time, the "helper", almost knocked over my beer, spilt some, apologized, but didn't offer to clean up or top it off. They also left the dirty appetizer plate there the entire time, not a big deal, just cluttered table.
We loved this place. Great choices of beer -82 beers on tap- and the food was excellent. Who knew fried cheese curds are delicious?! Our waiter was knowledgeable and friendly. One huge plus is it takes reservations so our table for 6 was waiting for us when we arrived. I will definitely be back.
Table of 6 - great fun and food. Very helpful with beer choices. Will return whenever we’re back in Rogers
The beer lost is extensive and the food very good. This is my second time visiting the restaurant and will return.
Great service and good food. Had the PEI mussels, they were great. Would go back to try other dishes.
Great food, friendly service, but freezing restaurant, so we always sit outside in the summer months!
Lighting was way too bright, food was mediocre at best
Food was very good for a bar and grill, and the service was adequate, however, the Hostess was not particularly friendly and inviting when we arrived. Overall the atmosphere was fun and I would recommend it to a friend.
Good food. Very nice staff. The Watermelon Cucumber Smash - delicious.
Our waiter was absolutely amazing and needs a raise. Prices were a little much, food was good. Ambience was good, it was a little loud but even still it wasn't to loud that we had to shout at each other. Each member of the wait staff that we interacted with were very nice, and great at their jobs.
We loved the beer, the service, the atmosphere, and the company!
Our server made our first time visit a good one. Also appreciated the honesty of the manager when we asked whether mussels that didn't open should be eaten. He offered to replace with something else which we declined but did appreciate the offer. Food was good as well. Will definitely return.
It was a great experience over all. Perfect place to find a great craft beer and have a good meal for date night.
It was very loud in the restaurant and the service was very slow. The blue crab dip was wonderful tho
Well the server Matt was amazing. I felt so bad for him because everything we wanted to order they didn’t have. No pizza no desserts. Special shepherd pie he had to come back and say sorry we only have one left. The place was dead. I probably won’t return or take my business partners anymore. Sad cause this was a great place. It was a holiday weekend and there were only 6-7 tables. Just sad.
We always end up here on date night. The food is SO good! The caramelized brussel sprouts are a must try!!!
Interesting menus, great service but the food was small portions and my salmon wasn’t cooked all the way through. Not a lot of flavor- kind of bland and uninspired.
Such a fun place to eat and I think they have the best Shrimp & Grits in the area. The cheese curd appetizer was so good!
All of the staff we came in contact with wished us a Happy Anniversary - we had put it in our reservation - so kind of them.
We went on New Year's Eve which fell on Sunday and I guess they usually aren't open. But we made a reservation for 8:30pm and was informed when we sat down it was last call and they were closing at 9pm. All the lights were on and they were getting ready to leave before we finished our meal. Food was fine but didn't make up for the experience. We were overcharged because 3 people couldn't calculate a salad and a side correctly. I didn't get a single refill. We won't be back.
Outstanding selection of beers. Tasty and creative cuisine. Excellent staff.
We frequent this establishment. This visit was a family get together for a birthday. We had to add a few extra people close to our reservation time and were able to do so with no problem at all. The wait staff was very attentive and the food was terrific as we have come to expect from this place.
My first time there was fantastic! It was date night for the wife and I. The food was great, the atmosphere was good and I had no complaints!
Just took my daughter to dinner, we have been here many times. The Prime Rib was on special that night and it was great. My daughter had the Chicken and Waffles, which I have also had before and it was also great. My Arkansas Old Fashion also hit the spot.
Enjoyed the vast menu choices!
Party of 7, great food. Wine Wednesday is half price bottles. Win-Win 🍷
Delicious and something for everyone here! Great outdoor patio seating!
Horrible service. I would not recommend this restaurant. The food wasn't good either. I can't believe this is an OpenTable restaurant.
Great food and awesome drinks!!
Nice brew pub in suburban shopping area. Large beer selection
Good menu. Food was good, but not exceptional
Service was excellent.
A fun place for a casual meal
Mike was incredible! Fast friendly service great drinks! We even received a free drink... one of the waiters had the bartender make him a drink for an instagram post !!! We visited here after a long day of conference.
Food was OK. Service was terrible. Not enough waiters. Definitely not worth all the stars it got on OpenTable.
My husband took me for my birthday! The food and atmosphere was amazing and our waiter was awesome!
We felt deceived when we learned the current menu was not what was on the website. We chose the restaurant based on the website food menu.
Waiter was really good. Food was good. There was water on the floor that no one cares to wipe up. The guy that did it just looked at it and keep walking.
In town for a Wal-Mart meeting, so wanted to grab a beer and watch the Bruins game, so thought Fosters would be a good spot for dinner. Was perfect for both, but what blew me away besides the massive beer selection was the incredible food. If want the ultimate comfort food dinner, choose the short rib over Mac n cheese (includes asparagus for some "healthy" contribution) was incredible and one of the best meals have experienced.
Service was outstanding and so was the food. The brussel sprouts were soooooo good!
