What an exceptional dining experience! The island itself is a marvel of engineering, creativity, and hospitality, and it is worth a trip just to explore it and enjoy all of its decorative details and breathtaking views of the city and pier 39. But make no mistake--the food, service, and ambiance were also incredible. It was clear to us that pride is taken in every facet of a guest's visit, including even the brisk boat ride to the island from I dock. Our perfectly portioned and delicious four course meal was delivered to our table with impeccable timing and ideally attentive yet polite service, leading to what felt like a top notch French dining experience executed with American sensibilities. During our visit, I also had the a pleasure of eating the most delectable and well-prepared portion of salmon I have ever tasted.
